Everything went smoothly
BRYAN SWe were on a time crunch and check out took forever to check in. My address and information had to be entered multiple times. I also ask for a closer storage unit and was put into 1664. So extra trips and time to go farther back and forth.

zack nThe in store employees were unorganized & rude. They both had a condescending sort of attitude about questions. The truck itself was janky as hell. The door barely closed, the parking break is broken, the latch lock is broken & the drive did not feel safe. Upon return I put way too much gas in the truck & when I asked about compensation the gentlemen yet again had a condescending attitude. 10/10 would not recommend.

Todd VWhen I arrived, I wanted to park upfront in the handicap as I have a sticker. But there were two vehicles parked in both handicapped spots that didn’t contain placards or license plates and no other customers were there. It appeared to be employee cars.

Dan MUhaul is chaotic! I had a reservation at one location. I see my can leaving as we are parking. I go inside and they tell me that the person who has my van is not back yet and they need to send my reservation to another location. I get to the offer location to find out that my reservation was never transferred! THEN the following day, I get my van, I drive from my house to the goodwill which is literally 2 minutes from my house. It took me all of one hour to finish using the truck. They charge me $78! I will NEVER use uhaul again! From now on I will be using enterprise rent a car or an actual moving service. Uhaul is not worth the trouble or the money! I HATE UHAUL!

Tyler LBoth team members were absolutely wonderful and were friendly, professional and provided great service. The only downside is that the UHAUL truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. Although you are only responsible for bringing the truck back with the amount of gas it originally has, I was disappointed the truck did not have adequate fuel. Nonetheless, this location is absolutely wonderful and I will absolutely be back.

KEBBA KThe first half of our experience (in FL) was an absolute nightmare. We dealt with property damage, poor customer service, terrible communication, and missed delivery windows, making our move less than ideal. However, since arriving in NC the process has been the complete opposite. We even had a special circumstance for one of our U-Boxes which was streamlined smoothly by Sally. She went above and beyond to address our concerns. Haley has been wonderful throughout the delivery and pickup process as well, being patient, courteous and extremely friendly. Please acknowledge these two wonderful people and give them the credit, recognition and push they deserve to be successful in their careers. Thank you for everything.

Iomara TI want to give credit to the whole entire staff at this location Curtis Martin, who is the general manager for this location is doing an amazing job. His staff members are so very professional even though this is late coming in giving compliments I moved on January 27 and it was the best location I’ve ever been to the professionalism, the excellent customer service, and, the product knowledge of what they do made my move so much easier. I enjoyed actually renting a truck from U-Haul just because of them I want to thank all of you who contribute to helping me that day was raining really hard that day but we all came together as a team and executed the mission and I just want to say thank you please recognize , Curtis, Martin and his whole staff. They deserve recognition. This is a great location a great place to rent your rentals and great customer service. I will always come back to this location. Thanks again from Miss Pharr.

Zondra HThe 26’ long truck was not cleaned out or swept out before we picked it up. There wasn’t a full tank of gas so we had to gas it up prior to driving from state of origin to destination state. Would not recommend this specific location because I don’t know anyone in that area to make recommendation. Uhaul is a relatively good rental company and it is the first one that comes to mind when a move is imminent.

If I could give their service 0 stars I would. Personel in charge of moving my belongings was very rude and unhelpful.

There has to be consideration to any renovations being made. I’m paying to access my personal property stored. I needed to get inside the unit outside of business hours and this was not an option. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to pricing as well.
