MATT H.Two things, The pickup and drop off area better designed to get you off the road and clear of all traffic on McCorkle. It's very hard to see around parked rental trucks to safely exit your lot into traffic. My suggestion would be to park the short trailers on the front row to keep customers from parking and yet most can see over top of them to exit the lot safely. Thank you

Jameria L.U-Haul was not in the best cleanliness condition when picking up. Was charged a cleaning fee of $90, and they refused to give me my deposit refund back and failed to reimburse me for the gas I put in it as they said they would, although it was not at my fault. Will be reaching out to corporate.

Rebecca was able to call headquarters and link a unit directly across from the one I had, making it very convenient. The whole process went smoothly. I was disappointed, however, that I was not offered a free month from where I had rented a 10’ truck 3 days before.

Stuart M.There was a double book (not my fault), so I did Uhaul a favor and tried to move my pick up four hours earlier (I was helping you). When the employee changed it on your system, it moved my pick up to another location farther away from my destination (more miles to pay for). I received a text with the address of the new location. I showed up at that address and no one was around. I called the number I was given with that address and as it turns out, my pick up was even farther away at another location. Before I dropped it off back at the farthest location, I filled the gas back up, actually more than when I picked it up, but when I looked at the receipt on my email this morning. I was charged for fuel. I took pictures on my phone to prove no gas was needed. The employees at the location of my pick up were good. They were able to get me a discount on the mileage because the way things were handled.

So then Monday AM I receive an email indicating that I dropped trailer off 2 days late and they charged me. Of course I contacted. U-Haul. On Tuesday they called at 7;30 am telling us they refunded that extra mistake they were responsible for. So all that being said. Good Luck I hope U-Haul is a good experience for you.

This was quickly taken care of by the employee working and definitely made the experience much better. Access to the building could have been a little more clear (use the exterior keypad even during normal hours). But I likely didn’t read everything.

When I was finally able to reach someone in the dispatch center ( sometime after several transfers and holds of 10 or more minutes between each) they were able to quickly resolve issues and give me specifics regarding timing, etc. The dispatch centers and the delivery and pick up people were excellent to deal with - very professional.

Leslie N.My only negative was before i setup autopay and I was 1 day late on payment. They called my reference contact before calling me. I found that extremely aggressive for being one day late. Autopay solved that though... maybe autopay should be the default unless the customer declines that option.

Upon arriving at my destination, and opening the back door I was shocked to find NOTHING🤷♂️ good thing I wasn't going very far and my storage unit was in uhaul itself so when I did return all of my concerns we swiftly dealt with and made whole.

The last time I rented a truck, I reserved 2 furniture dollies and an appliance Dolly a few days in advance. When I picked up the truck, they had no available dollies for me. That has been my only complaint. Everything else has been satisfactory.

Within this time period, we have had several issues so I am now getting twice the size unit for cheaper down the street from a company that values me as a customer. In seven months I have seen the highest turnover rate for any company I have ever seen. Is it the desk jockeys or the management???
