The vehicle was clean but the gas level was below the amount the tech indicated on the form prior to me taking the vehicle. I didn't pay complete attention to the amount of gas the tech indicted until after the fact and by that time it was too late. II drove 4.8 miles and ended up adding more gas into the vehicle. This amount includes a trip down the street replenish the tank. I really don't think I drove that much to necessitate a need to put 3.542 gallons back in, but you never know. Vehicle was dirty and had ripped seats. Lever to adjust seat closer was very difficult to move. Took the manager about 5 minutes to move it. Staff gave me wrong information about products. Told them I need to move a motorcycle and was given a 10 foot box truck with no ramp. Was told the box truck came with straps. It did not. Found out when I returned the truck that no trucks come with straps and ramps aren't provided for 10 foot box trucks. Very frustratingCOURTNEY C.

Overall experience with U-Haul was horrible. Was told that the closest equipment was 40 miles away, got there and they didn't have it. Next was told that closest equipment was 10 miles further, got there and they said they made a mistake. Traveled another 80 miles and finally got the equipment.JAMES K.

First of all every time I've ever picked up a U-Haul truck it's always been on full so there would be no confusion. Yesterday it definitely wasn't full when I picked it up. So when I dropped it off they tried to charge $26 for a fuel charge. I went back disputed that and they refunded that part. I brought the U-Haul back in the same condition as I always would. For whatever reason they charge $36 for a cleaning fee now mind you I went to the bank cash to check and came back. By the time I came back my dirty U-Haul was already cleaned out. So if it was so dirty why would they charge me $36 you would be still cleaning it I literally went to the bank and came back to dispute the transaction. The customer service sucked and the general manager we worked with wasn't the best. Worst experience ever. And I've done business with your company a couple of times last year alone I think I rented at least seven times. Just this time didn't work out. I will think twice before renting with your company again.Richard M.

Wiring on 2â€ ball trailer was for small utility. No adapter available but good news for 13.50 you can buy one. Phone quote 25.43 actual was 28.30. Trailer in traffic I saw was low bed wide and long, 25.00 all day no mileage. We don't got one of those. 5x9 too small for lawn mower had to dissemble in rain, not happy.CARLTON L.

Truck was never cleaned from well I don't know when, there was a glob of something on the center console maybe soda drip maybe a clump of chewing tabaco. Any ways it was gross that I had to clean it also over all truck looks like it was not even wiped down a little bit dirt dust on dash board. Truck stank of cigarettes had to keep windows down for fresh air and fan on high. Oil had not been checked oil light would come on when taking a corner. Not happy at all with it. Other then that truck and service were great. In and out fast. But with Covid being around seeing that the truck was not cleaned correctly and having to do it my self was not good at allJAMES M.

The steering wheel had grime on it. I had to clean it before driving. The back of the truck had soil/dirt on the floor. It could have been swept some more.
