I see that I was charged $56 after I returned the truck. I made 30 miles more and I told them this. 79 cents per mile, so why was I charged $56? I filled the gas to the level when I got also. I am not sure about this overcharge.

Pay $6 for each blanket which you don't get to keep and you have to fold and put back in the plastic bags. $30 charge if you don't refill the tank exactly + gas cost. 40mil + 20$ does not equal $79...Oh wait processing and BS. I'm surprised UHAUL doesn't require people to return the cardboard boxes after they move....and repack them of course....with a fine for any tape left behind. Sucks you have a monopoly.

Linda L.I had a difficult time with the customer service associate at the desk upon picking up my vehicle. She was either new or didn't know what she was doing because I had to insert my credit card 3 times in the machine in order for it to process, but on the 2nd attempt she tried to challenge me making it seem as if I was using a debit card vice my credit card. The whole time it was either her or her system's fault but she tried to place the blame on me as the customer. And then with glaring attitude she had the nerve to say "I don't even have to rent this vehicle to you at all." Totally unprofessional and really terrible customer service & I'll never go back there. Additionally, the Van that I reserved was filthy on the inside with a cracked windshield. So when I brought this to the attention of the staff she looked up at me and said "what do you want me to do". I said, can I get the Van next to it or another one and she said no, that's our only Van. However one of the other staff members was nice enough to sweep out and mop the inside of the cargo Van and said that upon return she would Discount the purchase agreement for my inconvenience, but failed to do so as I can see. Just an overall BAD experience for me and I am a loyal customer who have used U-Haul several times over the years for my family.

Sandy S.My initial rental on Friday was a 4x7 open trailer. I failed to confirm that actual width of the trailer thinking a 4x7 would be 4ft wide. In actuality the trailer is less than 3ft wide inside. This required me to return the trailer within an hour and rent another trailer - 4x9 motorcycle trailer - which was actually just over 4ft inside width. The trailer cost was the same but I had to pay for one hour on the 4x7 which I was unable to use.

TOMMIE R.We had the uhaul reserved for a week… We called to request another day to avoid storages fees for one day since our apartment will be ready on Monday… the store had already reserved the u-haul to someone else, and told us we had to have it back by 7 am. The representative we talked to on the phone was very rude and not helpful. We also had to pay for a whole day when we did not have it a whole day… we ended up spending 300+ on the uhaul for the week, and no one would help us when we needed it. I'm disappointed in the lack of empathy, and the rudeness the workers portrayed over the phone. I felt like I was bothering them, and they made me feel stupid and not appreciated.

I showed him my gas receipt and they still charged me . Smh I will never rent from uhaul again. I never had this issue until now. They not checking these truck as return, they are too busy outside smoking weed at this location.

My debit card fell inside the dashboard and we needed road service which came after 45 minutes (which based upon our location and where they were coming from, was impressive) and saved the day. Only one time did we attempt to put the truck in park, that it was only in reverse and started moving. There was no event, and it is not clear whether or not it was operator error.
escamillio D.I reserved the 26' truck. When I got there, the lady said they didn't have any. When I asked what did they have available, she told me nothing. What was the point in making a reservation?? She then took it back and said they had a 20'. She really wasn't too friendly. Seemed to have had an attitude. The guy thought was very nice about everything. Even when I needed help with my mobile and he had no experience in it. He kindly told me he didn't and told to go to the young lady in the building.

The first schedule pick-up from the home office was a mess and the U-Box was not pulled. I explain the situation to Ms. Crystal and I became a happy customer. She step in and took care of business with every U-Box I had. They were pulled and on schedule. She compensated me with an reimbursement on the home office mess, she stop the automatic deduction from my account, and she has an outstanding team of coworkers Ikea and Bryce were a great help to me. Thank you so much Ms. Crystal for making me a happy customer and yes I would recommend U-Haul to family and friends.

Gail D. | First ImpressionsMy storage apparently was apart of a fire and water damage that we (the customers) didn't find out about until the day after it happened at almost 10pm via an automatic text. I lost so much of my stuff due to the fire and water damage. Furniture, tv, purses, clothes, my degrees and so much more. Most greatly I lost things that were irreplaceable, like all of the memories and valuables my siblings and I had stored away of our late father, I mourned for days I felt like I was reliving that day I got the news all over again; I was crushed! And all these people could compensate for myself and so many others was 1000 measly dollars. A storage is suppose to be a safe place we’re people store their valuables, important documents, and life long treasures not a place where you leave your things only to come back to things being destroyed, damaged or tampered with. I’m still trying to rebuild after that traumatic incident. I pray to God that I’m never in a situation where I’d need these people again because they are cruel, heartless, and highly unprofessional!

James O. | First ImpressionsThere was a fire???? And the sprinklers went off and flooded the bottom floor. We weren’t able to go in for 2 days. When we were able to go in there were still puddles of water on the floor which was dangerous. The air was not working. It was suffocating. By the end of the day they had set up dehumidifiers and fans. They did have help to empty your units and help you but if you valued your belongings you did it yourself. This was horrible. It seems to me uhaul fills like if you have things in storage it is not valuable to you. I have always used uhaul and I will never again.. it is not due to the employees at this facility but because of corporate and their risk management team. We had a big loss including our deductible and our time that it took to pull everything g out and unpack and repack boxes.

I had to move furniture from a restaurant and I only had so much time. But your opening hours on Sunday were somewhat inconvenient! 9 am hurt and pushed back the schedule in which I planned! So if moving the Sunday hours up a couple of hours are a real matter that can be changed, it would be great!
