They were helpful getting me a rental. This location took care of the rental helpfully. Uhaul as a company was giving me the runaround trying to get a vehicle to me at the requested day and time. You called me and changed my original location and size of rental. I received an email after this call and it was “guaranteed” to be there at 9:00. It wasn't, and the location had no idea when it would be in. Don't guarantee something you can't deliver and have me chasing around for a truck.

When I returned the trailer, I was told not to worry about trying to back the trailer into the stall as they unhitched the trailer and told me that everything was fine. A very seemless experience. There were fingernail clippings on the floorboard of the vehicle that I used. I will be sending pictures to the head office to show how gross and disgusting that is. Also there was no dolly in the truck that I paid for and I haven't gotten a refund back for the dolly that I paid for.

We used UHaul for storage and for truck/equipment rental. While the truck was missing the equipment when we initially got it, they remedied that issue immediately! We needed storage while we closed on our house, and storage was a very smooth and easy process! Our items were secure, and climate controlled! I will be using the Southaven location again ☺️! Every employee that I encountered was so sweet! You could tell that they were like a little family!

Two in a row. I won't be ordering from this location again. It is impossible to get a truck when needed, even when you reserve in person a week in advance, call again two days prior, call again the day before, then show up just to be told your truck (which is waiting in the parking lot) cannot be picked up by you because another customer also reserved it an hour prior. Somehow they reserved the truck that was ready and waiting for me after I had to go out of my way to ensure I would have a truck waiting for me. Guess their reservation was more important than mine.

One of the workers told me there were no uhauls available. When there were about 10 uhauls sitting in front of the store. She was very rude to me. I came in 5 minutes later and there was an older lady at the desk. She got me set up and I was driving away in a uhaul within 10 minutes. I don't know the young lady's name that I first encountered but she needs to be fired.

This place was the best uhaul location I have ever been to the lady Aria was amazingly helpful and concerned about me as a person. These people came and checked on me during my unload and one of the lady's even carried a few items to the storage unit to help me out. They were the most caring people I have ever done business with in moving industry

I called just before picking up the trailer and asked if I could add a day to my rental. Was told no, the trailer was rented by another customer one day from now. I asked what would occur if I was not able to make it back in time the next day. They said that they would check for another trailer and call me back. They called back and stated: "your reservation has been cancelled." I was very disappointed as now I had lost the option even for the 1 day rental. I had reserved and checked in for using the U-Haul app. I call customer service and explained the situation. They checked and found that the trailer was not reserved by another customer the following day and allowed me to add the 2nd day. I was happy with customer service, but quite dissatisfied with the location attendant.

It was not a good experience I regret now getting a storage there they told me my storage was in the second floor I was a little scare about that since I was moving big furniture and when I got there the elevator didn't work I heard other people complaining about it some guy say it's been like that for a few weeks now I couldn't move everything I need to move because it was only me and my wife moving stuff we had to go somewhere else to put the rest of the stuff I don't think I will use this location ever again I know my opinion don't count or matter but anyways thank you for nothing

I went in to confirm a booking I had made online. Crystal the GM advised me that my booking was not in the system. They also did not have the size space i reserved available. Most individuals that are working professionals have only Saturday or Sunday to transact business! If you are a parent of an active youngster Saturday's are booked! I had to move furniture from a restaurant and I only had so much time. But your opening hours on Sunday were somewhat inconvenient! 9 am hurt and pushed back the schedule in which I planned! So if moving the Sunday hours up a couple of hours are a real matter that can be changed, it would be great!

I actually moved out on April 30, 2018. I had to call three times to finally get y'all to quit asking me to pay for another months rent then you sent me a notice with a late fee. Pad lock on it 2X.
