The U-box service is very convenient and easy to reserve. However, it was incredibly frustrating/time-consuming to confirm drop-off and delivery of the U-box with local dispatch both in Memphis and South Bend. All orders should include direct phone/contact information for local dispatch and/or the assigned driver and not just a general UHaul phone number where wait times can exceed 30 minutes. I shipped thousands of $$ worth of personal items over 500 miles and had no idea when it would be delivered to my destination because I had little to no contact with local dispatch. UHaul customer service could only tell me that the driver would be in contact. A better system for drop-off, pick-up and delivery that focuses on the customer/client is needed ASAP. ¡Gracias!Amelia T.

Had issues when I received the vehicle. Paperwork stated 7/8 of a tank and it was below 3/4 tank. The pictures on all sides of the truck were not accurate. I was in the process of going around taking pictures to upload them and was told â€œyou don't need to do that since it's an in town rental and ur not going out of townâ€. Make sure that the check-in process is complete with each customer and allow each customer to receive a receipts with each transaction. I was told I did not have to complete my return at the counter. The technician said my vehicle was checked in by him. After returning home I reached out to the corporate office I later discovered that my vehicle was not checked in. Luckily the Uhaul location was not closed yet and I was able to go back to the store to rectify the matter. So what I learned from this situation is to obtain a receipt.KARLISHA N.

The location itself was fine but the customer service I received was not up to par. I was told when booking over the phone that I would be receiving a 15' truck and that it came equipped with straps. They said that I would receive a call the day before to set up a time and discuss if I wanted any additional equipment like dolleys. Instead they told me that I only had the option of a 20' truck despite agreeing on a 15' truck a month in advance. Upon pick up they told me that the truck didn't come with straps which was now a bigger issue due to the larger truck than I agreed upon. When asking about this I was met with a response of frustration and passive aggression. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location due to this interaction and wishing no one to have to deal with that attitude during a stressful move.Braden K.

Any help with equipment disconnect was scarce to none available. Twice I was seen from a distance (index finger motioned as be with you in moment) and put off from help to disconnect/lift the trailer off the hitch for awhile, only then after 35-40 mins of waiting, I managed it myself after three attempts only to injure my back in doing so. After getting the trailer off, I drove around front and saw people just sitting around (one tech sitting in garage and the others in the front office). My reservation wasn't there and it took over 40 minutes on hold at a closed location to find this out on my moving day. I spoke to a nice woman the next morning in local scheduling who helped and found me a truck. She says I'm getting a $50 credit, but still waiting. Then I had trouble dropping it off after hours because your web sight shows a key drop that's nothing like what I finally found at the store. Took forever to find it where it was hidden. Making sure the representative listens to the customer. I was checking in through the app and walked in to get the keys to the truck when the representative took over and ended up overcharging me. I currently have 2 charges for the same truck rental that I was told would come off in 3 to 5 days. I have close to $260 in pending charges for a truck that only should have cost me $125 and the final charge had yet to come through. Yvonne Brewer went above and beyond to handle my confusing 7 pod move to and from driveways and even 1 from Canada to storage to driveway. Yvonne kept up with them better than we did and always friendly no matter what time of the morning or how many times we changed delivery dates or which pods were being picked up or delivered back from storage on what date or how Cold it was! AND did it with a Smile and like they loved the job. I dealt with a lot of people buying a new house and moving and relocating another family member from Canada this past winter and Yvonne Brewer was one of the few that was a joy to work with. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Confidant, Helpful 5 stars! Uhauls moving boxes and packing bubble wrap on the other hand were a disappointment. And I bought a lot. The bubble wrap was thin compared to other brands out there for the price (later found this out) and the cardboard boxes are not holding up even after just 6 months. I would use and recommend Upods to anyone but the supplies I would steer them in another direction.Debra P.

Most individuals that are working professionals have only Saturday or Sunday to transact business! If you are a parent of an active youngster Saturday's are booked! I had to move furniture from a restaurant and I only had so much time. But your opening hours on Sunday were somewhat inconvenient! 9 am hurt and pushed back the schedule in which I planned!
