Erica has been absolutely amazing! She saw me outside struggling to use the app and she call me inside and handled my reservation. Not only was she quick she made my experience very pleasant. She has an amazing personality and is definitely a gem! Definitely will send my tenants there if they need to move. You guys rock!

Excellent Service
My reservation was messed up from the start. I could not check in contactless, dolly was removed from my reservation and reservation was suppose to be one way when I went to return it i was told I have one way equipment but the wrong reservation type for me to correct their error I was being charged $300 additional or having to return to pick up location over an hour away wtf! Uhaul error but I'm being charged what a hassle never again
Make sure new people are shadowed until they know the ropes. If not, it can waste the customer's time and money, like in my situation.

It wasn’t a horrible experience. My catalytic converter was stollen of my RV along with about 6 other people in the same day. The staff knew these type of things were going on there but no one told us about it in advance. In some way I feel they allowed it to happen because it could have been avoided but no one gave us the heads up. It was all about getting the money each month. Staff was ok but just not informative. Too many trashy people using the place. No security.
Everything is world class
The gates were frequently not working, pot holes everywhere, people sanding cars near expensive RV’s, poor lighting, hassle to get management to make improvements. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.

in this season of COVID-19 the workers behind the plastic shield did not have on mask and the lady kept touching my mobile phone and she did not have on gloves either, I am so glad i carry hand sanitizer in my purse, and i have a bottle in my personal vehicle, I wish i had gone down the street to the missouri city location because of this concern, COVID-19 is real, I lost a loved to this virus

They guy who checked us in. i think he was name was Brandon was great. Made sure i understood all of the charges and fees before i left. Seems like he is very knowledgable when it comes to running the store as he was there by himself juggling several tasks
The manager was extremely helpful- though it was obvious she was very busy. She was extremely organized and did things with excellence.

Literally no one was wearing a mask, which is a requirement in the area and one employee was coughing up a lung and probably a plague-bearer. Extremely unethical behavior and ridiculous.

Too long wait... only one employee for a long line. Trying to serve three customers at the same time is not effective, nor professional.

They don't deserve the one star the I gave them, but thats the least I can give. The “manager†of this store needs some training in customer service. All I ask is for some respect as a customer which is a bare necessity. From all the other reviews, I see that the blondy has been rude mostly poc, soo if you are a Poc please take your business where you can get the respect you deserve. All other employees were very respectful and friendly. I wonder why Uhaul hasn't looked into this issue even after so many bad reviews on her. Also try to teach her a bit about diversity so she can be a little less racist to the next customer.
I can't remember the front desk assistance name but I came in on 10/7 at 5pm and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I actually booked at the wrong location and he did t turn me away. He took care of canceling the other reservation and made sure I had a good vehicle. Please make sure he gets acknowledged.

The truck which was given to me did not have any a/c.
The truck was advertised for $19.95. After all the taxes and fees I ended up paying $58. 57. A total rip off to me. Not fond of U-haul.

I had a unit for 16 months and each time I was on the property, it was clean and the staff very friendly. The Manager, D’an, is professional, pleasant and very helpful - excellent customer service. I was very satisfied with my storage experience at Stafford U-Haul.
The customer service at the Stafford storage facility was awesome. My unit that was reserved was not available and they made sure to accommodate my need. This meant so much to me after having a bad day prior with my Hire A Helper movers not show up or call me.
You have this dated for 9/23/20 for move out. I did not move my RV from your facility on 9/23/20. I came in on that date to check on my RV and it was stolen.
We were told when rented the spot there were going to have several camera set in the back that they would see any usually active going on ? What happen here? No camera in the back at all !
Uhaul runs a very good operation. Glad I selected them for my move.

Deanne is absolute best. She is always so kind and helpful. She made last minute accommodations for me with a smile. I could not have asked for a better experience with Uhaul. Out of all the times I have moved and needed storage, no matter what part of Houston I’m in, I always only use her location to store my things because of how kind, warm and welcoming she is.

Moving is not easy and unloading your stuff for a couple hours can make you weary, but D-An and Jessica went out of their way to make this a great experience! When we were exhausted, she offered ice cold drinks for all of us and went over and beyond our expectations! They drove up after hours just to check in on us! It was such a treat when we were worn down! The units were very clean and fairly accessible with carts available to help in loading. I will recommend this place to anyone needing storage or moving services!!! Thank you to uhaul for making this experience as good as can be!
The Stafford office has the friendliest and most helpful people running the facility. Extremely accommodating. I will consider this facility for all my future storage needs and U-Haul for all my moving rentals.

I had a climate control storage for about 5 years. Everything from the facility to the staff was awesome. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future for any storage needs.
Considering I had a $2000 4-wheeler disappear out of a enclosed cargo trailer underneath an abundance of security cameras, I would not recommend this facility to a friend.
We have used them several times with college kids back & forth to campus and apartments and such. D-An is always so helpful and great to work with! She is awesome!

It was there job to up sale me, but after the third time that I said NO they still continued to try, not cool. I asked for my refund since I wasn’t able to use UHaul, and it turned into an argument.

Extremely unorganized and had issues working the computer. I tried to upgrade to the next size of 10*15 and after I measured it was told that even thought he measurement were 10*12 i was wrong.
