Reservation w/Confirmation #20777280 was made online and not honored at this location. Instead your AM guy said the Reservation was not there. He made my stressful situation even more stressful. My daughter made reservation online for the purpose of making my move easier, instead this guy turned it into hell. I had to re do reservation "again" start all over meanwhile time is passing by. Those he even realize his job is to check me in asap? Total disregard and disrespect for my time and myself. I have used U-Haul before but this franchise stores make the U-Haul name trash. Oh when I returned the cargo van the PM personnel were very rude it was 7:58pm so I guess I ruined their leaving at 8pm. I did not get a receipt even though the PM guy said "he sent it to my Email. Not true no receipt. I am very dissapointed. No more U-Haul for me.

With Covid going on, you would think the truck would be spotless, it was filthy! Marijuana and cigarette butter, just horrible. I have pictures, when I reported it to them, I was told I should have waited when I was on a time limit very unprofessional!

I am disappointed that I have been charged $150 for little rubber marks on the side of the van, which I did do or pay much attention to because it didn't seem like damage to note because it could be cleaned off. Also, I didn't realize the $150 deductible. I thought once you pay the $25 you are able to walk away, which is why I only noted the scratches. I did not come close to any vehicles that would have caused the scratches, and am requesting that you not charge me for it. I rent vans from you every week at the same location and will examine more thoroughly the vehicles before taking off. Many times in the past when I pointed out things of the sort, the service reps at U-Haul would say, "oh, don't worry about small things like that." I look forward to your response.

Customer service is horrible... workers are young & immature, never answers the phone & left me waiting on lobby for almost an hour...when I expressed my anger & frustration a female worker threatened to fight me...prices are high & units are not clean , I’m only choosing to tuff it out because it’s a convenient by distance to my home.. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone...

Make sure that when someone books a truck that the truck is AVAILABLE. I paid for a truck and did not get any notification of no availability. Luckily, a uhaul representative found a truck for us at this location.

I rated this store a 4 because the computers were down which caused us to be delayed. The staff was very kind and helpful. The staff figured a way to get the customers out of the facility and into our trucks in a very pleasant way. I was very Happy with the way everything was handled.

Train your employees on customer service. Employees showed absolutely no professionalism, they were having inappropriate conversations amongst each other, constantly on their phones, and having personal conversations on their phones. I didn't know whether they were talking to me, a co-worker, or someone on the phone.

The website told me one thing and when I went in person everything was totally not what I expected. I was under the impression my storage had a promo going for the first months rent free and when I got there it definitely wasn't legit. Also they charged me for the lock and online I was made to think I was getting it for free. There is not elevator and no available unites on the first floor which I wasn't made aware of. I believe that's something you should tell someone especially because you have no idea what they are moving and if that would change their minds. The building is like a maze to get to your unit. The area is full of dope deans and bums.

Make sure the truck has oil and gas before giving it to customers. Have someone there to walk customers through both the pickup and return process. Customer service was very lacking. Also, appoint a new manager or train the manager on how to properly support his employees. An employee told me to go inside and tell the manager to add to my account that the truck needed oil. The manager just said "you're ok don't worry" and didn't do anything. The employee complained about the manager not being very good or supportive and had to go inside himself to have the manager add the note to the account. Because of all the issues, I was there 30-45 minutes longer than I needed to be to pick up the truck and another 10-15 minutes longer than needed to return the vehicle.

The u-haul representatives at the counter and outside could be more attentive. The experience I had is probably not typical of U-haul's customer service. The person who assisted me at the counted was very distracted... his attention was divided between me and his co-worker who was hanging out at the counter. After completing the rental contract and receiving the keys I was told by the person assisting me that someone outside would assist me further. When we got outside no one assisted us. We searched for and found the truck ourselves. We inspected the truck's cab, made sure the roll door and the ramp operated properly. We did not know what to do with "rent me" sign that was in the truck's front window. I took it out and was taking it to one reps inside when someone outside said put it behind the seat. Maybe I'm being nit-picky, but i expected better service.

I am a repeat customer at this same u-haul location. Everytime I go in I am helped by Luis Serrano. He makes it his business to try to assign me truck number 1216, when i always say the truck smells l like gas. There were plenty of other cargo vans that he could have rented to me, but he always finds truck 1216 that smells like gas. I told him the last time, and they sprayed some spray inside. I am not happy with the experience here with this location the last few times that i rented from here.

Customer service was horrible. The worker tried to over charge us 40 dollars for renting the truck for less than 5 hours the truck was scraped up on the sides very dirty inside and out. For it to be covid 19 i would expect more on cleanliness also the truck smell like weed. The cashier was rude in his tone. I'm telling everyone to avoid this place unless they want covid and a headache with rude employees. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION

The night before my move, your company changed my pick up time and location without alerting me. I had a moving crew waiting at 7am to start (when I was confirmed to pick up) and had to then pick up at 9:15am instead. Not only that, I went to the original location that I was CONFIRMED at and found out you changed my location 20 minutes away. This cost me time and money and added miles to my trip. I am not happy. I've already used your company 3 times this year with a plan for three more rentals. I will not be going elsewhere. This was unacceptable.

Uhaul did not have an available truck at my preferred and RESERVED location or time. Uhaul then moved my location TWICE to inconvenient neighborhoods that weren't very friendly or safe. A Uhaul employee took myself and guest in their personal car to transport us to the third location which did not make us feel safe. There was zero compensation or apologies. I was then told my truck would be an hour and a half LATE after my RESERVED time slot. Unacceptable after dropping a large sum of money on a truck, nothing was guaranteed. Making travel and scheduling completely irrelevant. This is the WORST experience I've every had with any truck company and I will never be using Uhaul again.

Your staff is great; however, whoever owns this UHAUL location can provide better service for the community and its staff by hiring more employees to meet the demand. There were only two employees working. We reserved 24/7 quick pick up and had to wait in line and figure out what was happening. Honestly, you need to provide more support to your staff and thus it will make the customer experience better and also have an area where those who reserved the vehicle can get it when it is booked. I booked an 8am pick up and receive no message telling me I could pick the car up until 9 because that is when the store opens, but the whole point of 24/7 is to verify us and then allow us to pick up the vehicle when needed. This hour delay caused us to almost miss the return deadline and affected our move as well. Please do a little better in supporting your staff. They are amazing and friendly but two people at that location is not enough and add an area where they keys can be picked up without interacting with the line inside which by the way there were way too many people inside to consider that as social distancing.

In recent years it has been very hard to reach this location by phone directly. That’s fine it you are paying for storage.

The facility was disgustingly dirty, I got half way into moving my stuff in when I notice a cockroach the size of my palm. Then I began to notice dead roaches all through out the facility. I was charged when I wasn’t supposed to be for my first month and I had to extend my rental reservation and move all of my belongings out of your storage because it was not properly maintained for users. Beyond disappointing and an incredibly stressful day. Also, the young man didn’t know how to do his job. He had to call his manager every five minutes. He was helpful and assured me I should not be charged for my extended reservation and I will be refunded fully for the unit I do not have. But as such a large company you really should have better systems in place for your locations to run smoothly. Today was a serious joke.
