I reserved a dolly when I reserved the truck. Wasn't in the truck. I called and spoke with customer service and was told to let the location know when I returned the truck. The young man (I do not remember his name) was very polite and professional. However, he was the only one working in the store at the time. This means that he had to answer the phone, take care of the customers, and run outside to inspect and prepare vehicles for use. There were not enough employees to do what needed to be done, which delayed progress. In addition, the truck sounded as if it would break down at any time. It definitely needs to be serviced.PERRY M.

The person working there said he would make sure we received a discount on our bill due the poor experience picking up the truck. He said "I will email you a receipt with an applied discount". I called the store the following day to be told that no discount was applied.Jenannie W.
The associates at the location were awesome, but the ease of using the webpage is lacking. After turning in my truck early, I got notified that it was still missing the next day. I had to call a couple of phone numbers to get it straightened out.Philip N.
Frustrated because I was suppose to have a storage reserved but when I arrived to store my belongings and return the truck they told me no storage was available, therefore I had to keep the truck for another day drive to find another storage and then I was charged for going over on mileage. It was very inconvenient, I had my entire family with me and we were all tired as we just relocated to the area, bad first experience. The one positive thing was one of the workers offered me a lock to lock up my truck because I had to take the truck to the hotel I was staying for the night. I should not have been charged for going over mileage and I feel I should be reimbursed for the whole truck. I will have to move again soon to get my things out of storage and I don't think I want to use Uhaul!!!Jerry B.

Little concern with the return. I returned it at about 6, left the key at the desk with the clerk. Still haven't received a receipt or bill of sale. Hoping something didn't go wrong or that my rental isn't getting more miles out on it. The return prices seemed a bit sketchy.GAVIN M.

All my dealings were excellent. My only issue was the ability to contact each of the individual locations directly. Their phone numbers get routed through the central site and the wait time can be long for a simple request or to return a call. The trailer I rented did not have a jack to help position the coupler onto the ball. This was a nightmare because even empty the workers had to lift the front of the trailer by hand. This is a disgrace because it puts everyone at risk of being hurt!thomas R.

My household and I have rented a few times at this Uhaul location. The staff are helpful, friendly, and thorough with the rental process. They take the time to explain to us what to expect and how to make the overall experience pleasant. This most recent rental, the customer experience manager handled our rental order with care. He saw our current order and checked in with us whether we wanted to increase our rental time, in case things would run late. We initially declined, and he said to call him in case it does go overtime and he'll help us handle it. This man has vetted experience because we did need the extra hour. My household will continue to visit this Uhaul location so long as our experience on the customer and logistics end are unbeatable. This Uhaul location defines excellent service.Mark P.

Well first i will start with. NEW STAFF . Kimberly was super rude when my husband when inside to pick up the truck because she count understand his english well . He gave her my card so she can see how my name is spelled . I had to go inside and resolve the situation . She dis not prepare my equipment dolly was left at the door and we had to put it in the truck . Truck was not even ready for pick up .it was super cold and we had to walk around the building to go in the truck .very racist i would say . !! Second of all the lady that was with her was no help when i had to leave the store and come back with the card because it wasn't saves they were giggling and talking under their breath .!! Super RUDE AND RACIST. Kimberly said she will charge me for 17' truck but ended charging my account for the 20' even though thats not what i asked for and when i returned it thats when she said the system will charge for the 17' truck so i was short on money for the moving because she charged my card 165 instead of the price for the 17' truck . her customer service is at a negative 100 very disgusting attitude . I will not go there again or recommend i rather drive to kalamazoo and pick a truck and return here with no contact with staff . You guys should fire her she is super racist and unprofessionalJOSE C.

I was very unhappy about hidden charges I had to pay. I was misled when I initially called to make the box reservation. I was charged for 3 boxes when I only used 2 and had to call and point this out. I was never reimbursed on the insurance for the 3rd box that I never used, and called numerous times to get this reimbursed to no avail. I was charged $175.00 for storage for 2 days because I didn't get it out of the U-Haul facilities before my 30-day storage was up. I didn't have a place to store it until 2 days later and I was charged $175.00. UNBELIEVABLE!Jeannine M.

The lady who worked the front desk on Friday when I checked out and the same lady was extremely rude to myself, my daughter, and other customers. Not only did she make rude comments, she yelled and made threats. I will NEVER, EVER, visit this locations. I have rented from UHAUL for over 15 years, always have been courteous to your staff and returned your trucks with no damages/issues. I have never, in 15 years, so disappointed and appalled by the way myself and others were treated by your staff.TARA M.
