Actually provide the service you charge for. I paid for a hitch installation with with electrical and paid for it. They kept my car for 9 hours when initially they said 2-3hrs and no electrical connection was installed. I was charged for it but no one mentioned the work wasn't complete until I went to hook up my trailer. Now it's a miracle no one can call me back about this problem.Clarissa S.

The first guy that helped me reserved everything but told me that the first month wouldn't be free and that that has never been a "thing" then told me that I could turn in the truck late after hours. Then came back in and another employee told me the exact opposite. It would be great to have all workers on the same page with the company policies to reduce confusion. Train your people that attach the trailer how to do so properly. The pigtail for the wiring harness wasn't secured, dropped to the ground and within 30 minutes was ruined. We tried to call the roadside assistance twice and got put on hold for 30 minutes each time. My husband was able to fix the wiring harness at home. Other than that, all is well that ends well.Larry B.
Vehicle rental should be allow to continue until such time it is not needed. Yes we had it for several months, but only because the insurance company of the person who wrecked my suburban continues to delay paying off due to a total loss. Service was good as always. Equipment rented had two marker lights that were not working. One was replaced, however the second was removed due to faulty wiring. Trailer also had an overly, unevenly worn tire that needed to be replaced before departure as well.JASON P.

We did not receive the call we were told we would get the evening before our reservation to confirm the pick up. The truck and trailer were not available for pick up when we arrived at our reservation time. They called an hour later to let us know our reserved truck and equipment was ready. When we arrived the second time the had the truck we reserved ready but no trailer available. They did not assist us in finding a trailer instead canceled our order for the trailer. I called customer service and was on hold for 1.5 in order to get a trailer reserved.Jonathan S.

We did an online order to pick up a truck at one location. No one ever called to confirm. They didn't have our truck when we got there, so they sent us to a different place to get it. We got it and everything was fine. Then we got a call saying they gave us the wrong truck and needed our original stating mileage. Luckily we took a picture. However, to call back and give them this info was a 45 minute wait. So I would just suggest better communication and where you can call the stores directly.Alexander K.

The truck I rented was returned late, so I was quite irritated. They were very professional with me being so irritated. They did everything they could to accommodate me and did get the truck returned fairly quickly. The truck had a head light out and the power steering pump wash whining but I needed the truck for a short in town move so I took it. I had no time to wait due to scheduling. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again or in general use U-Haul.Grady T.

On u-boxes, you are great but vehicle storage is horrible. My Motorhome was vandalized and catalytic converter was stolen. It had only been in storage for 5 weeks. You refund my money for July storage. Then texts are sent to me about not paying and late charges. Received several of this texts from Dan Somers. It took multiple calls to straighten this out. I felt like I did not go the miles it said I did. 40miles? There was three places I went to and each place to place was less than 5 miles apart. It was all good til the odemeter read 40miles????? Front wheels out of balance and the front end alignment was trash. Had to position the steering wheel at 7 oclock and 1 positions instead of normal straight and level position of 9&3 position, in order to stay in lane. That is about 45 degrees out of alignment and should flunk state inspection. Dangerous equipment.Marcus N.

Most of staff very helpful. You have one guy who flippant and rude to customers in the store and on the phone. He also wasn't a team player. He tried to show his superiors over other workers. I have never had a bad experience with Uhaul outside of every time I visit or use this location it takes so long for me to helped or get anything done. Staff are very helpful and kind, but facility is very understaffed. All I needed to do was check out of my unit and I waited 35 minutes just to hand in a lock and get a receipt. The only complaint I have with U-Haul is in regards to the processing automatic draft payments and the $15 dollar processing fee associated with deactivated debit cards. In this modern electronic banking world in which we all live, fraudulent activity on one's debit/bank account is very common occurrence. Fraudulent activity almost always triggers one's debit card to be deactivated by the issuing banking institution and requires the holder of the debit card to contact every entity that has an automatic draft or auto pay associated. Rather than offer a courtesy call, email, etc. when a payment is declined by a debit card that has been deactivated due to fraudulent activity, U-Haul simply adds a $15 fee as if the account was overdrawn. The storage facility to which I moved to does not tack on ridiculous fees and offers a courtesy call when payment cannot be processed.Mike M. | Overall Experience

Had a vehicle in storage for months and turns out this location leaves the gate open all hours of the day and night and pays no attention to customer belongings. I decided to have the car shipped to me upon finding this out, the truck driver was able to enter the facility, work with a local tow driver, get to the back where my truck was, load it and drove off without so much as a gate code. Had also been trying to get in contact with the employees on location to help set up the shipping and for over a month all I could reach is corporate customer service because the location refused to answer or return any calls. I also ended up paying an extra month because of the same issue. Do not reccomend. Search elsewhere for a storage facility.andrea m. | Overall Experience
