I showed up 15 minutes early during normal business hours. I found the employee in the parking lot. I told him I was there to pick up the trailer. He replied "great, I'll help you in 15 minutes" and walked away. There we no other customers there. He continued to be rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Staff was fast paced and rude I brought the truck back 4 hours ahead of schedule and was charged still more than I was quotedMark S.

Equipment was clean. But well maintained? No. The truck we rented sounded like it was at its end of life. For the amount we pay, the trucks should be more on the newer side, for safety reasons (besides the fact we have to pay for insurance/safety) We were afraid that it was going to fall apart on the road. The 2 employees were great and I'm not saying it's their fault for the trucks. I mean the company in general needs newer trucks. This was the second time I rented a truck (different location) and it's the same problem.felicia B.
Windshield was very dirty on the inside and I did not notice until it was too late when I was driving in the dark and rain. I'm coming headlights made it very difficult to see through the window with the rain because of the streaks on the inside. Also the window wipers should be replaced because they straight horribly with the rain. That I believe is a safety hazard!Rebecca S.

i was charged for 7 gallons of gas for 27.8 miles. manager was very stubborn saying i failed to check gas level when i picked up truck. bottom line is no way does 7 gallons get used for 27.8 miles. he said truck averages 10 mpg. so how does that equal 7 gal for 27.8??? very disappointed.Michael C.

I got my order bumped from saugus to Lynn and didn't receive a text until I was in lynn that I had to go to Salem for my rental and one guy who helped me was very nice but the other guy was very rude and very unprofessional I'm glad I am done with moving because I used uhaul 3 times to move and my last experience was so bad I will never use uhaul again.John R.

They allow online check in and drop off, but then do not allow after hours key drop. I completed the entire return process for the vehicle at 730 PM, at which time the online process told me to drop the keys in the after hours drop. The after hours drop was taped up and said they do not allow after hours drop offs, and I would have to come back tomorrow. They need to sync up there processes, and definitely need to allow for drop offs after 7 PM.Patrick B.

Apparently the roof was scratched when I returned the vehicle. I did not know. There was no communication from the store manager as I saw it on the bill. I went to the store, the manager ignored me for 30 minutes, then showed me the area that he thinks was scratched. I did not notice the scratch by touching and he did not seem to be interested in explaining further. I do not understand the process, and there might have been a scratch, the customer service was awful.Baris B.
The vehicle had only 1/8 tank gas at the time of pickup. This was not something I planned on when considering my schedule. Since I had to guess my plan and could not risk further delays for refueling, I overestimated and incurred more expense in my rental than I would have needed to have spent. The pickup process could have been a bit better. There was only one person working (he did a great job juggling all the customers) but there was a long wait because he had to run three computers for check in and bounce inside to outside for trailers and trucks.Steve M.
The GM manager on duty that day was exceptional. He was working alone and the line outside at 7am was huge. By himself, he manned the 3 cashiers and got everyone out in a timely manner. My problem was with the sales rep on the phone. She didn't realize that the storage box on the second level had access only by a stairs/ladder. It was very difficult to get into, pipes in the ceiling and a difficult angle. I wouldn't have been able to manage if my son didn't tag along last minute.
