When I arrived on-site there was one employee moving trucks in the parking lot and one inside. There were 8+ folks in front of me, delaying my checkin until an hour after the rental started. The truck was damaged on all sides, and the inside smelled like a chain smoker's truck. I received the vehicle with less than 3/4 tank of gas. When filling at the gas station, the truck never acknowledged the gas being above 1/2 tank, so I would up filling beyond full. It wasn't until arriving at the uhaul lot that the truck registered a full tank. So y'all got 1/4 tank from me. The employees were fine, but understaffed + equipment issues = me rethinking my next reservation.

Lacy M.Stop trying to steal peoples hard earned money by charging their credit card on file for bogus charges. I rented a van $19.95/day plus $.79/mile for a 24 hour period. I didn't even have the van for a full 24 hours yet the ‘final bill' showed $189.90 for van rental plus $134 in mileage plus $20 in collision damage waiver. I've dealt with U-Haul for many years and never had an issue like this before. I'm certain it's the location and NOT U-Haul as a company. Stay far away from this particular location as I do not believe that they give an accurate representation of the company as a whole.
Brian C.Had a challenge with drop off after hours. Tried to do online drop off just going through a mobile web page. Was not able to upload pictures after trying for 15 minutes decided to download the U-Haul app. Once I signed in via the app everything moved fast. I would recommend providing that as a requirement to simplify the process vs just saying to go to the website.

Tyler S.It was never explained that returning equipment after the anticipated return time (even by just a few hours) would result in being charged for an entire extra day. Additionally, I was not told that if I was going to be late that I should call and extend my reservation time to avoid that. When I called to try and resolve the issue neither the employee or the GM were willing to compromise with me. While I like the convenience of UHaul, the way that charges are hidden from customers is frustrating.

There was an error on someone's part when I edited the reservation via phone which put my reservation at a different store. This error resulted in me spending almost an hour waiting and having to get a box truck instead while spending more money than I had been quoted.

Mark E.It was the worst moving experience I ever had. I asked for a truck and a dolly to help ease the move. I was already stress out because I only had 6 hours to move everything, the lady who help me at the uhaul location explained everything well. She walked out of the office to make sure everything was fine and I trusted her, but when I arrive to my apartment to start the move, I found out that she didn't load the dolly. It not only cause me physical damage I hurt my wrist and my back trying to pick up heavy things, but it also cause me emotional damage. I cried of frutration thinking that the dolly could have help us tremendously. I don't think ill be using your services in the future.

She then put me on hold but before said she was getting someone to better assist me. Another girl got on the phone and was professional at first but then began to cut me off the. Telling me it was my fault o should have taken a picture of my mileage. Things got more rude then she put me on hold I hung up she kept calling me back finally when I answered I asked to speak to her supervisor she was arguing with me about that. She then got a man on the phone claiming to be a supervisor but wouldn't give me his name so he hung up on me. I never had this experience before until now I have used U-Haul for 20 plus years and never had anyone rude or disrespectful. I will be sending an email to Henry. Y'all need to hire professional staff..

WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION SYSTEM IF THE ONLINE RESERVATION IS NOT HONORED! I am lucky they were able to help me find another unit nearby although I am now paying more than I had initially intended to for a unit of the same size. Great staff, terrible reservation system. I am never recommending a uhaul storage unit to anyone and will never use uhaul storage or anything uhaul again. Moving is already a stressful experience, and finding out that the unit you reserved is no longer available when all your furniture is a truck in the parking lot is even more stressful . Awful, irresponsible, and unbelievably unreliable.

Constantly grabbing at center of mask with bare hands and touching everything from paperwork to cards being exchanged. Felt so uncomfortable, as I am moving due to losing family to COVID and and trying to be cautious when this made that impossible. Also given a unit that already had a lock on it and that caused even more issues. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on these actions and the manner workers presented themselves in. I am only grateful for the young woman who fixed the storage unit access issue as fast as possible. Although this also left me with a unit in the very back when mine was originally in the front.
