Outstanding customer service. I arrived without a reservation for a small utility trailer was in and out of the store quickly the trailer worked well. I did more than I had planned to do with it and returned it a half a day early. Check in after the day was quick. Again, excellent service

Robert BThe customer service was terrible. Unfortunately our vehicle broke down in town and we were able to get it back to the location. Even though we loss recourses, time and money on the project, these things happen and in no way shape or form during the returning of the vehicle did we give an angry/upset attitude towards staff. For some reason they gave us terrible attitude. Today now we are renting from another company because we have no desire to work with those individuals.

Adris MI'm a send the my exp from the store on commercial lane. Place is the worst out all the uhual I been to. I will be sending all my money do that's on video to my YouTube influencer friends and help me get that place close down or that particular worker that was very rude. I fact extremely rude. Didn't want us to rent a truck cause he was saving it for his friend. I found out later cause he told a bunch of his friend saying I denied this "Asian" dude
Phalla KI don’t know how you can improve this location - it was excellent. The staff member that checked me in and the other staff member that checked my return were both excellent ! I’ll need to rent again in a few weeks and will definitely use this location.
John BThe manager at the Rochester Mn Civic Center Dr location needs to be more respectful of his employees. Maybe a training course on respect. The reservation that was made both online and over the phone ended up wrong . Wanted enclosed trailer and ended up open. Staff made it right after leaving because computers were down. After coming back at 1:30pm waiting for manager who was going to call at1:00pm and never did. Come to find out left for the day. Otherwise all other staff were spot on and very courteous.

Michael SOnly negative feedback I can give is the amount of time you have to wait if anyone is in line before you. There is only one person at the computers. Other than that, this is the only place we rent from because the staff here are amazing!

scott bI was told that somebody would call me ahead of my appointment, which they did not. I did receive an email stating to pick up my rental after 4pm. When I arrived around 5:30pm (which was after the 4pm I was told), there was not the size rental vehicle I had reserved on the lot. I was told that there was an "emergency" and my vehicle was given to somebody else. I was forced to settle for a smaller truck and was unable to fit all my items in the smaller truck. I was "compensated" by giving me the price for a smaller truck. This was incredibly disappointing and caused me a lot more stress.
brian sThe guy that checked me in was training, he did really well considering. The guy that was training him was also great. He double checked their work and helped speed up the process where he could without impinging on the other person's training. Drop off was really quick and easy. Overall the best uhaul experience I've ever had.

Susan ASuper friendly staff and very accommodating. Showed us many options on storage units to use, even from other locations. Had a sliding door in front of our unit that they allowed us to back up to and open to have easy access to the unit. Definitely recommend.

Albert V | Online Move InThe facility was well maintained and the staff are great, but there were three reason I gave below average score; 1. Not having 24 hr access or at least til 9pm. 2. The door closest to my unit that was supposed to be unlocked during business hours never was. I’m a disabled veteran with mobility issues and had to walked further because the door was never unlocked. 3. My storage fee went up twice. It was only a small amount each time but the first time was after only a few months into moving in.
