They stated that I have access to the storage from 5am-9pm but ever since I moved in I have only been able to access it during THEIR business hours which is very inconvenient and if I had known that ahead of time I would have looked elsewhere for a storage I can access for more hours during the day as I was moving ALL day not just between 9am-5pm.

I rented it on June 7 at noon and returned item by June 9 at 10 am asked for a receipt and was told that he was checking it in after he was done with customer and the receipt would be mailed to me. So i called the lady back that confirmed my reservation ask her if there was a location i could go to she said yes & proceeded to tell me all my stuff was sent over. That was a complete lie. Everyone's customer service is piss poor at these locations & they expect me to believe i put 76 miles on this truck when i never even left the city needless to say my experience was freaking horrible & i wont be using U-Haul again. wanda M.Check the axle to make certain that it has not rusted through. if they tell you that they will pick up the trailer after it breaks down, videotape them doing so. They will most definitely charge you for not returning the trailer later, even when their own company picks it up from the side of the road. if you deal with their customer service line don't hold your breath. It is not helpful, as they will charge you regardless of what customer service says

Alice K.1. I made a reservation 25 days in advance to be told they rented out all the dollies and I could go to another location to buy one. Why are you taking reservations when you don't have enough equipment. I planned a move, with specific equipment, and I'm told essentially "oh well" to lack of equipment due to negligence. 2. Our truck had 1/4 tank of gas in it. I've never in life rented a moving truck, of any company, with this low amount of gas. It was ridiculous and annoying. Thank our stars it was an in town move, because clearly, just like the dollies we would have been in a "oh well" situation. 3. Apparently, people can park in the truck exit lane, preventing trucks from leaving. Lot attendant takes a good while to have the person moved, so we can finally leave. 4. Obtaining the truck was about an hour process and this isn't the first time UHaul has given us problems. This will be the last time.

Amanda S.Ok so this about 2 parts. First my uhal truck rental. It was hard to get the lock off the lock to get to the key. Of course the truck I wanted was sold out and I was in a hard location. Someone should of pulled my truck out and had it in a different location then what it was. The truck I had was hard to drive. Left my knee sore for a week.. Part 2...I have 3 storages at this location. I came in on 04/16 to try and merge them down to one. But one of them has the red lock on it. U-haul has a check on the way and I showed proof that it was on the way. I only wanted like 3 items from that unit and add items to the lock unit. So Fozzy knows me, I have been a loyal customer for years now. So because he did not have the check in hand he couldn't take the red lock off until we got done doing what was needed. NOW I have to try again to get the stuff I need out. And I might or might not have help. JUST a real inconvenience. This man and some of his team mates have been nothing but extra since he took over.

This was not told to me upon renting the unit. Getting through to the store is a joke, I have been at the gate unable to get in and called the office only to be on an extended hold and once I go into the store the ladies were sitting around talking and laughing. When I vacated the unit yesterday Fozzy was pleasant. Also for some inconvenience I experienced I was supposed to get a $10 gift card and/or credit that I never received. No worries I'll think twice before I use UHAUL again.

The parking lot is entirely too small. You can't even get the 26' foot truck down the aisle to your unit. I was not able to access the climate controlled unit with the code I created. I had to wait for someone to let me in and I was not able to get into my unit after hours because my code didn't work.
