Make sure you have your system updated to know what equipment you have on hand. I reserved utility dollies and there were none. Also, the truck was not clean as the inside of the van was sticky and I had to ruin my mop to clean it so that my furniture would not be damaged. Also, make sure that the trucks are full of gas.

This was the second time I used your service. The headlights on your trucks are not functioning properly for night time driving. As a result, should the operator have an accident at night because of this issue, u-hall would be liable.

Advise on the $15 cleaning fee. My $25 rental turned into $50 at the end and I was not even informed there was a cleaning fee for something that wasn't getting dirty. Even car rentals advise you to bring back the same way to AVOID additional charges.

I recommend you know where to drop off before just showing up. Returning the one-way rental was a pain in the rear and took over 2 hours. I showed up at the location I was supposed to drop off and was told his computer system was down. He helped find another location but they didn't know if they could take it. Huge headache. 2 hours later, I finally was able to return to a main location not too far away. I had to call U-Haul corporate to get them to change the reservation in the system so that I could return there.

My experience at the Riverdale location was very pleasant and professional. The staff, especially one of the managers, Dee, always called and texted reminders to my cellphone regarding payment due dates. Another manager, Fazio, was helpful as well. Improve your customer service. The young lady Saturday morning could have been a lot more pleasant. She acted like she didn't want to be there., mad at someone she was talking to on the phone for being late and her attitude carried over to myself and my partner. Teach your people customer service with a smile and a lot less attitude. My partner notice the same attitude. So glad you sent me this survey. I really wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the young lady that helped us early Saturday morning. I would never want to interact with her ever again. I believe Uhaul could do a lot better. Thank you for allowing me to vent.

Ok first of all I don't ever write feedback like this. I understand that this location is in a bad or less desirable area... not my issue.. I had to have my wife called while she was sleeping to verify another number to protect them from ... what??? I have rented from U-haul many times and all of my information should be in your system... Ok fast forward after my wife was woken up... Now I ended up needing the truck for 8 hours instead of the original 4 hours... I called the number I was instructed to an hour or so before it was due back to return. Everything was set... Until I received a voicemail claiming if they didn't hear from me by 2:30pm they would contact the authorities and report it stolen... what amazing customer service!!! It's not my issue that your system doesn't communicate properly or Realtime or your employees are not trained to check these things first before a "threatening" call is placed to my phone...is it? Seriously... this was one of the worst experiences as a business man and an adult dealing with a company as a customer... no I didn't leave a google review or anywhere else because I don't believe in destroying a business's reputation.. But you emailed me and asked.... Respectfully... Dissatisfied customer.

The truck needs to be service it was dirty driver side window was dirty and the Steering Wheel was sticky from drink and passenger side mirror was cracked the ramp was extremely dirty . I called the store back. Once I left to report that the truck transmission was sticking. She told me that the truck had just been serviced, but it kept sticking and stalling.

Had to leave the truck running because it act like it didn't want to start up. I buy storages so I be far out a lot. Had to put a lot of gas in it running the hold time I cleaned out two storages. Time is money. I love this location this people are so nice that work their.

Although management communicated thoroughly, the raising of the rent and rekeying without proper notice wasn’t great. As far as communication goes they stayed on top of everything except informing me of changing my rent and not having me locked into a rate. I was never told that long term my rate would keep increasing.

I paid for 24hr access but often times could not access. Multiple times I had to wait, once for over two hours, for staff to arrive for assistance. The light was out near one of my units. In addition, the staff was often overwhelmed, understaffed and rude.

They STOLE my refund for the month of November. I moved out 100% yesterday. However, their contract says, to get a refund I had to move out by a certain date. I find this policy selfish and greedy. I will definitely need storage again next year as I will relocate again. As I travel I'm seeing more and more storage businesses who I'm sure want the business. I moved from GA back to Alabama. I needed my refund for gas, my birthday and food. UHaul KEPT my refund. That's okay. IT'S TIME FOR ME TO START USING and SUPPORTING OTHER STORAGE BUSINESSES. The storage space is EMPTY, but they held tightly to my REFUND. GREED can cause a reputable business to loose valuable customers. F around and find out!

I moved out of the unit thst i was renting on 05/22/2023, i went to the office to notify the staff, I was told that I would receive an email, however the email was never received. On 05/25/23 my card was charged for June's rent. That should not have happened. I called the office and was told that I had to come back to the store with my card in order to receive a refund which is a total inconveience due to me now being in another state for the next 30 days. I need this matter resolced before 30 days.

I did not move out. You Sold all me and my Children’s things after I had been paying Monthly for a year. I told y’all I lost my job and to Please work with me. I called y’all and told y’all I would have the money the day after the Auction and nobody called me and said Ok That would be fine or Nawl you have to have it before. I just had found out that I was suppose to pay by 4pm that Sunday but No one told me that at All. Crooks is what you call this took everything I had even important paperwork and sentimental things.

I wanted to remove my things before my payment was due. They somehow dropped the ball in getting my lock cut off and I had to pay for another month and then waited another 3 days to get it off.

NASTY STAFF #1 STAFF WANTED TO FIGHT ME AND TEAM MEMBERS WAS HOLDING HER BACK ASSISTANCE MANGER CALLED THE STORE MANAGER WHO NEVER CAME TO STORE I HAD BEEN WITH THEM FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS I MOVED MY STUFF OUT BECAUSE OF THE ASSISTANCE MANAGER I WAS 2 MONTHS BEHIND SO I WAS TRYING TO DO PAY SOMETHING ON IT AND MOVE IT OUT INTO THE NEW STORAGE PLACE WHICH IS PULIC STORAGE I ENJOY HOW THE STAFF GREETED ME N WELCOME ME IN. THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ON HIGHWAY 85 SUCKS THEY DONT GIVE A DANG ABOUT THERE GUEST BUT I WILL NEVER EVER SEND ANYONE TO UHAUL THE STORE MANAGER NEVER DO ANYTHING TO STAFF FOR BEING RUDE AND NASTY CALLED HOME HOUSE MADE A STATEMENT ABOUT THIS LOCATION WAS TOLD THAT I WILL GET A CALL FROM THE AREA MANAGER I DIDNT WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AT THAT LOCATION BECAUSE HE DONT CARE ABOUT HIS GUEST I ASKED THE STORE MANAGER FOR THE STORAGE CLARK NUMBER AND HE REFUSED THE TO GIVE ME THE NUMBER I ALSO ASK FOR THE MCP AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THAT NUMBER STILL WAITING ON SOMEONE TO REACH BACK OUT TO ME MY NUMBER IS 678 748 2402 YALL HAVE VIDEO CAMERA SO LOOK AT YALL CAMERAS ON HOW THE STAFF WAS TRYING TO FIGHT ME PAID A SETTLEMENT OF 310 JUST TO BE TALKED TO AND TRY TO FIGHT ME AT THIS LOCATION STORE MANGER WAS ON PHONE BUT HE DIDNT CARE NEVER SHOWED UP BUT STAYED ON PHONE
