The facility its self was great. Employees are ridiculously pathetic. It appears the manager is embezzling money or something very fishy is going on there.. even with proof that all payments were made, I was continuously charged late fees even if payment were received on due date or before due I was charged $30 in late fees monthly. On top of a lein because I refused to pay the last 2 months when I had realized, I had been charged $30 every month for almost year and payments were not posted... I talked to corporate when, our local llady Joan turbed into royal Beast after bringing it to her attention I was aware of what was happening. I continue to fight with daily 4 for months her running my card without authorization several times put in my bank account in the negative and talks to me a whole bunch of overdraft fees which is only hurting my credit. when I done nothing to deserve it she needs to be investigated and she needs to be investigated her name is Joan in Richfield Utah. Because of that woman I no longer with you uhaul. and I will not say one positive thing about it to anyone. this is a very small town and sink or swim it's all word-of-mouth, here at the business lives or not. And I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one she's got. I ended up paying over $350 to get my stuff out of there which was less than she was requesting. She wanted over 500 but settled for 350 via 3rd party. In all honesty I should take this to court and fight it and have her prosecuted for unlawful transactions of the financial card because she ran it without permission uncountable times in fact several times the same day. After I had specifically talkin to her uncountable times about removing my card number and no longer forcing payments without my permission. I should have bought it instead of hate it but I wanted my stuff and I want it gone I'm sick of the drama I just said she's going to do this to somebody elseMisty W. | First Impressions
Provide outside trash receptacles for the customer to use during cleaning at turn-in. I appreciate favorably the broom that was provided. (Richfield location). People were all great.........Thomas G.

interior of the cab hadn't been cleaned real well. there was spilled soda in the cup holder. blankets and a dolly are automatically included which could serve as a bonus but they were both in the way. I could take the dolly out but the bracket was in the way. The blankets cannot be removed unless you break a seal on the zipper and if you break the seal you are charged $10. We had no choice but to break the seal and remove the blankets because we needed that space, we did not use the blankets. I love U-haul trucks, they have so many great features, just really wish this truck didn't include the dolly and blankets.Dustin D.

We had to pick up our 26' truck in St George Utah and had reserved a car dolly as a package. St. George did have a car dolly when we arrived to pick up the truck. I called the Richfield Utah office and they reserved a dolly for us which we picked up on our way yo Manti. They called someone and got us the package price instead of charging us the full price of an additional rental.Juan B.

I rented a trailer at the end of the business day on Friday, returned it on Saturday after they'd closed. But they closed less than 24 hours from the time I rented (they close earlier on Saturday). They tacked on a 20 after hours fee. I've never had to pay this before, and I'll try to avoid this location in the future because of it. Note that at the time of rental when the clerk asked if I'd be returning it the next day, I told her "well certainly before you open on Sunday." She never said anything about an after-hours charge.Kirt C.

Wanted a 26 footer for a 6 hour move told it was reserved but never left lot and charged me 57 dollars more for mileage which would not have happened with bigger truck had to make two trips instead of one uhaul use to be a good company would not recommend to anyone anytime soon very disappointed with my experienceâ€¦â€¦.Jerry C.

You have the nicest crew working in Richfield, UT. Joan was the biggest help for us. She gave us a few extra days to get the U-box back up to their store which is just beautiful. My experience was Top Class in the Richfield, Utah location. My Thanks to all there who helped me in every way possible for what can be a most stressful time in moving and relocating. ALL my needs were meet on every thing! My only question is â€œWhat took you so long to finally get you there in that capacity in Richfield?â€ When I was there in 2017 needing what is there now ..... Keeping your word is one thing. Also charging people for things they didn't t get is fraud and I didn't t appreciate paying double for a simple service when they said I would only get charged for the service provided. The service people scratched my bumper and didn't even have the decency to apologize or offer to fix it or compensate me for it. This was a very distasteful experience and I'll most likely never do service with Uhaul again. This is not the first time this company has put a bad taste in my mouth, but this will most likely be the last.trevor W.

I did not receive the truck I reserved, and it required me to make multiple trips costing more in fuel and nearly tripling my mileage. Very disappointing and discouraging. I was told there were multiple calls to inform me, I have no record in my call logs. Truck operated well.Craig P.

We dropped the truck off at night and the phone app would not pick up the location, so we just had to leave the truck. The clerk was able to check it in the next day, but did not tell us there had been any additional charges when we called to make sure everything was okay. It is very frustrating to be charged extra money for mileage when you had to make an 80 mile round trip drive just to pick up the truck because neither of the ones you tried to reserve were actually available the morning of your reservation. We have dealt with other truck rental places that are more considerate when they do not fulfill their end of the contract.Brian J.

Customer service in Richfield was beyond reproach. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I asked to have a 20' truck available on thurs., then called and said I wouldn't be able to pick it up until sat. morning.... they called me on weds, said they got the truck there for me and I could pick it up whenever it was convenient for me:) .. which I ended up picking up on fri evening. Everything the Richfield store did for me was above and beyond expectation, more than professional, and they said if I needed extra storage space, which I still may need, they would provide a free month! ..
