PAUL DService was phenomenal! Both staff were excellent. The only reason I put 'no' on the equipment being clean and well maintained is because there was salt spilled and a salt packet in the little cubbyhole on the dash, and there was something spilled in the driver's seat cup holder on the dash. Other than those very teeny things, everything was spectacular.
KRISTEN SThere are visual obstructions between the front door and the customer service desk. Employees should recognize when their conversations are too loud, and are interfering with a transaction between a customer and the customer service.

Paul D | First ImpressionsPicked up two trailers. 2nd trailer attendant did an excellent job of securing trailer chains up off the ground. 1st trailer attendant had chains that were still dragging to low for personal comfort. Follow the example of the 2nd trailer pickup.

Justin WThe Richfield storage facility was awesome. They were courteous, respectful and super helpful. The process to rent both a unit or a vehicle was fast and painless. The convenience of being able to move our stuff just beyond what other companies consider a local move with in the state was amazing. I wish I had just gone with U-Haul from the start, the other company is a big disappointment. Highly recommended.

Terry BPLEASE clean the inside of the windshield. This has been a chronic complaint of mine when renting cars for the past 40+ years. Same for rental trucks. Trying to drive at night with a dirty windshield, in a rural area with deer all over the road, is, well, TRYING. Also, I could not get uhail.com/share to work when dropping off the car. I had to hand write the info on the contract and drop it in the orange box. The web site just kept telling me it couldn't connect. Odd. Otherwise, it was all very good! Thanks, Bill Barrett

We are truly lucky to have such a nice facility in a little town like Richfield. We managed to move in on the one day it rained hard in Richfield, I was worried about unloading in the rain. Then I found out you have indoor bays to park and unload, what a great, well thought facility. The lady working the desk was very helpful, but you really should get her some mechanical help to unhitch and move those 6x12 UHaul trailers , without trailer jacks! Those things are heavy and unwieldy!

It always looks super tidy and the drive-in-to-unload feature is great. The security set up is pretty cool because each door has an alarm which is set off if the correct code for that door is not properly entered. Moving supplies are right there and well priced.

No call , e.mail or any correspondence at alll, we stoped at our unit to drop off a couple items and when punching in our access code it sounds an alarm very embarrassing. We got a late fee and was treated poorly. I would understand if we were a month late but a few days that's crazy. We pay now on the first to avoid being humiliated again.

The loading dock was large and trollies were also available for our use. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were very happy and highly recommend!
