We were hurriedly explained the process, had to hunt and find the truck ourselves, then when we tried to return it the online link didn't properly work (on purpose) so that we could be charged extra money. The bill went from approximately $116 to $198?! Uhaul is definitely changed from how they used to be and we won't be using you again.STEPHANIE B.

Your Hot Springs, AR facility was not user friendly. I was told I could not come in the building. I had to finish the contract over the phone from my car! When that didn't work your employee made several trips from her office back and forth to my car and we finally were able to leave for Memphis. We were told that the dolly we paid for was not available and were asked to pick it up from another location. We were short on time and did not go by the other location. Your Memphis employees were very empathetic and gave us credit for the missing dolly and were very helpful with our check-in. But I was a little surprised by the $95 rate. Very unorganized. Spent most of my rental time going back and forth with the repDenise N.
Make sure the rental boxes are clean from previous renter. Most of the boxes were clean, but whoever used those boxes prior to me did not clean a few out as they had food crumbs and dead stink bugs. After returning the boxes, I found one of those same bugs crawling on my front seat 2 days later. I hope I didn't bring anything to my new place from those boxes.Kimberlyn F.

Why did uhaul send me here ? I wanted someplace alot closer to Arlington, tn . Uhaul's website sucks big time. If there were a rating to getting the run around uhaul would get 10 out of 5 stars. Young people are so unprofessional, and the company should require more training, when it comes to customer service. When I arrived they said they already put up the supplies that i never picked up so i was refunded, but the refund was not in my account. Your survey is limited to my opinion of the location. This is an extremely limited way to evaluate the totality of the leasing experience which has been POOR at best. There isn't much to say about a self service leasing location. The total leasing experience has been Poor to satisfactory at best.
