When we 1st got there at 12:00pm the guy was rude thru the process. He said we only had truck for 4 hours!!! We were moving my mom into a assisted living home. I called the 1 800 number saying we were gonna be late. They gave us more time... At no charge!!! We had to rush to move and broke some of my moms stuff in a hurry!!! I tried my hardest to get the truck back by 7:00 pm before the u haul closed. I couldnt even put gas!!! I got there 7;03.. The guy that helped us earlier, was really nice now, he explained the process and said we could turn it in after we put gas. We turned it in at 7:30!!! This time i rented a u haul was a bad experience i was in a rush. Worried and sad... My friend said we should have the u haul for 24 hours... They said i only had the u haul truck for 4 hours...

Donna was nice at first. Until we felt we were lied to when we came in to pick up our truck. Will def not return to that location to rent again

The young man on counter was rude, I was trying to prepay the rental storage and get the lock n insurance done. To top it off how can you put a disabled person on a second floor. In the end we wasted our time and money.

Get more help....hire....your short staffed...but the gentlemen who helped us even with no help and he was very busy was wonderful....

Donna made the pickup and drop off excruciating. She did things the other employees did not do, like calling my emergency contact to confirm it was "ok to be my emergency contact". These other steps took a lot of time and were unappreciated by my wife, who was still asleep at 7:20am when she had to receive a call before I could continue with the pickup. If Donna acted in accordance with Uhaul policy expect business to decline. Even the people around me complained of her extra attention.

Same scenario as the pickup of the equipment. I arranged to drop it off roughly 1 mile from my new home, but had to drive 8+ miles to compensate for the fact that you don't want to hire hostlers to move your equipment. The ONLY positive in this experience was the girl who checked in the truck. She was extremely courteous and helpful.

There was a very long wait to pick up truck even though I did it on line. Plus, I reserved a 26 foot truck and the day before, they called and said they had none and gave me a 20 foot truck.

My opinion; Putting a person with disabilities on the top floor is shameful. I've used uhaul for 20 years. Here in Colorado. And in other states I ve resided in. So will be removing the personal items

The hours for the facility are not convenient! when your renting a unit. And the price for an 8 °× 10 is pricey. The staff was fantastic Ron gets 10 thumbs up, great guy. And outside guy was great .

Only issue I had was the access card for after office hours use, but that wasn’t a big issue to me at all. I had a great experience for the 3 years I rented there.

Great people! Left a jacket there by accident and they called me a week later and found it in one of their trucks. Really appreciated that. Payment was easy and the facility is nice!

had the unit for just 4 days I could have picked up a roof bag to transport the few items for less realized this just after leaving facility at the Walmart across the street ask for refund 80$ 4 days

I have mixed feelings about my help with UHaul. Almost a week after the UBox had been returned to Uhaul I still got yet another call asking if the UBox had been cleared out ... seriously?!

The employees were always very polite and helpful, any time that I visited my storage unit. I was constantly impressed, as they were always, very busy. They do excellent work keeping up with the rush.

U-box did not arrive on time as scheduled, but refund was applied for the number of days late as promised. Location is very busy at times resulting in long wait times.

Trying to charge me for a months rent when they stated I had a free month at the beginning but apparently it wasn't true. Have contacted a lawyer over the matter. Staff wasn't helpful

Storage facility is great. Only problem is the UHaul system is always down when you go to pay your bill most every month... in person or online... very inconvenient but not this facility’s fault.

The storage facility has a keypad for after hours that is nonfunctional so you can't have access after business hours, which is inconvenient if you work late. Otherwise an above average experience
