There was a smell in the facility that got into all of our clothing and furniture. The only way I was able to remove it was by washing everything, putting it in the cleaners or throwing it away. Even the hard surface furniture had the smell. I was extremely disappointed (6). (5) It appeared to be but I do not know what happened later that cause the poop smell. My complaint was sent to there insurance company but they denied it because we did not purchase the insurance coverage. We were asked if we had home coverage and we did on our old home at that time but when the house was sold (in North Carolina) the policy ended and it was four months before we moved into our new home. U-Haul Insurance coverage was never offered to us so we did not know we needed it or that it even existed. U-Haul should be liable for this damage because our items were suppose to be protected by them. This is U-haul facility so they should have control over the smells. Our cloths were packed in boxes and plastic bags and the smell went through both. Fred and Gloria Black

The picking up & returning process was quick/easy.

People did know their stuff. Needed to move a refrigerator reserved a small trailer but when got to the store would not work. So went through sh t and got a truck 5 times more expensive and it was as bad as the trailer would have been. Teach your phone people and people on site what can be moved in what. Waste of money and time frankly cause they didn’t know their stuff

Greetings and Salutations ?? Allow a pro-rated refund for situations where the customer informs uhaul that the scheduled pick up date is delayed for 2 days because of inclement weather conditions and it puts their storage rental 2 days over the due date and charge them the full price knowing that the client is a disabled senior citizen Vietnam Veteran Marine on social security and that could have been medications or food but that's ok I'm sure. did I get that all in 1 sentence? ??????????????

The less than forthright process that shoved in a hidden order (aka "Buyers Club") and charged me without fulfilling the order was very disappointing. U-Haul has been a brand that one used to be able to trust.

I have rented many U-haul's over the years and this one, by far, was the cleanest truck I have ever rented. The customer service at this location was wonderful! Robbie and, I did not get her name, the lady that processed my truck when I brought it back were very friendly. I would definitely use this place again and will recommend it.

Called to reserve a trailer for 24 hours. Went to pick it up my trailer at 9:30 am and the representative asked me if I would be back by 3:30. I told him that I needed it for 24 hours. And he said he had a reservation on it for 5:30 that evening for a cross country move. I told him I would do my best because I didn’t want to mess up someone moving cross country. I rushed through my move even though there was no discount for returning it early and returned the trailer at 4:30 pm so they could take care of the cross country reservation. The representative I dealt with on the return told me it was no big deal and they had another unit available for them. I really would have appreciated a phone call to let me know so I didn’t rush the entire move so you could take care of another customer since I had no financial gain in the process. Communication goes a long way.

They were having troubles with getting the information in and I'm not sure why I have to enter in all my info again since I had already done all that online. Also not sure what the problem was but using the light on the trailer would always blow me tail light fuse. If the trailer was not plugged in the fuse would not blow and other trailers that I have had hooked up I have not had that problem with.

Need more than one person attending to customers. Young man was very person but had to wait for sometime because he was assisting another customer. There were two other groups who came in after I arrived. Waiting also.

I was told I’d only be charged for 1 day of rental because I was already told a price but when I showed up it was more. Robbie the manager said he would give me a day free if I needed it and he told me again on the phone. I returned the UHaul today only to be charged ANOTHER $84 fee and it over-drafted my account. No one called me back when I called and when I FINALLY got someone on the phone I was told there was nothing they could do until Monday.

The car hauler I was rented had a beat up fender but it was functional. The other two on the lot we're in perfect condition. The entire staff I dealt with (3 different people) we're all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They keep the facility clean and neat which makes this U-Haul store my go to place for moving and storage supplies.

Your company took a reservation for an appliance dolly that was then not available as promised. When I arrived I was told that although your company makes the reservation, you don’t actually honor it. It screwed me over. I will do everything in my power never to use your company again.

exterior of vehicle was very dirty and windshield had to be scrubbed clean of bugs but they didi it. Phone app would never recognize my contract number; useless. Good customer service at both the facility and 800 number.

In July 17, my agreement was $35.95 per mo. Without any notification I was charged $45.95 per mo beginning in Apr 18. I inquired why the price increase, the manager was extremely rude in response.
