One thing completely killed it for me. I got the coverage in case it was stolen but she never told me its was for each day she made it sound like it was a one time charge . at coast more than the dam rental did. Thanks completely shysty and screwed up. I feel like I was taken advantaged of. That type of business is completely wrong. Other than that everything was great. The ladie that helped me seems like she isnt happy or doesn't like people or her job but the company and set up was nice and easy and fast. I just can't get over the charge for everyday I would not have done it thats for sure.Michael R.
Customer service, you had marked that I was to have half a tank and I was almost empty. When I went back in to ask the desk clerk she was dismissive and the cleaning crew helped me more. The tuck itself was horrible. The emergency brake light Was on and not going away and making noise .noise in power steering when making turns and moving right to left when driving 50 plus. I was lucky made it safe back To return the truck.Mohammad K.

I got one price quote online for a 4 hour rental but when I went in to rent the van it was for an all day rental. I was in too much of a hurry to argue or figure out what happened. Also the â€œcalling someoneâ€ to verify my identity was annoying and unnecessary. I would have been fine putting down a credit card as collateralDaniel P.

Let me start by saying that this problem was not with any of the businesses that were assigned for our pickup. This was more uhaul and computer issues. This wasn't the location we chose. We reserved in advance and received email at 200 pm day before pickup that location was changed. We then received call after 700 pm that the truck had not been returned and pickup was changed from 6am to 9am. We arrived at 9 am only to be advised they didn't have a 26' available. We were then sent to another location 30 minutes away. Over all it took 2 hours before we made it back home making it 5 hours after our anticipated start time. We had to hurry and load as much as possible because we had help at final destination. We were 5 hours later loading then anticipated. Because of this we had to make a second trip to retrieve the remainder of items. Returning the truck we were charged an additional $40 for over milage allowed. Not only did we lose time but had to pay for additional gas. I have always used uhaul for all our moves but this cluster was so bad that I will most likely never use again.ALEX F.

Everyone i dealt with from pick-up to drop-off and in-between on the phone was professional, friendly, and an excellent representative of your company! Oftentimes, large corporations don't have the best reputation with regards to customer service, but i can vouch that the Midway location is making Uhaul look good. ¡Gracias!MATTHEW M.

The employees were nice. The process was terrible. Got the truck way back in the corner of the lot and took 30 minutes to move all other trucks that were in the way. Would have been better if the website gave me a truck that was not blocked in. 2nd I got the truck with zero gas in it. Had to go straight to the gas station. Took a picture of the gas level when I picked up the truck thank goodness. When I dropped the truck off they asked me to pay a surcharge for gas. No I gave them back with more gas than I got it with. The process was terrible took too long, and trying to penny pinch me after I gave them more gas than I started with.Jarid A.

Staff made me fill up the gas tank full to drop it off, but when I received the U-haul truck at its pick-up location I received the truck with less than a quarter tank of gas in it.Dena M.

We actually had to change to this location the morning of, due to a terrible experience at another in addition to 45 min on the 800 number. All that to say, there was a 40 min line at this one, but once in, we were well taken care of by the staff. Opened at 9am but the only guy who could work the computers arrived at 9:15, leaving 6 customers waiting in the lobby. The trailer was filthy. The floor had oil and broken glass on it. I had to remind my movers to not drag the mattresses over the oil. The only highlight was the guy who was there to open and receive trailer back, even though he could not work the computers.JULIA R.

My Uhaul truck was not ready when I arrived. The gentleman working at the store refused to help me and told me the only way I could check in was to use my phone online. Then when the online system malfunctioned, he did not help me, and rather mocked my efforts. Then, he made me go outside to find the truck myself, and once I found it, I had to re-enter the store to get the key. The gentleman gave me the key to the incorrect truck, causing me to be 30 mins late to my moving appointment. I would report this location if I could. Terrible customer service.Tavin B.

I was in traffic and called to say I would be returning a few hours late. The lady on the phone said they wouldn't charge me for the late fee/ next day fee. Great customer service from the employee at the front desk. There was a mix up with my store location pick up. I reserved online and received a phone call from the National City uhaul location. The representative at that location said I would have to pick up the truck I reserved there because the truck I reserved in advance was supposedly unavailable? I drove to the preferred location off of midway drive and the service representative was able to fix my reservation and I was happy with the help. Kudos to the folks that work at this location. Overall a really great experience. Robin and Jeremy did everything to make sure I was taken care off and found a great spot for my moving out for the trailer. Dalton was the one really going above by helping position the trailer just right and making sure I didn't have to cross the incoming truck lane.
