This place has the rudest people running it. Phones are rolled over to call center always. Staff is watching phone videos and will not answer the phone. They should have their franchise revoked

The two gentlemen working there are the rudest unprofessional that work there. They constantly roll the phones over to the main call center. You cannot talk to anyone in the store.

Only real complaints were not with the employees or ordering experience, the only rating dings were due to the truck I had ordered had a problem with it's seat belt warning alarm going off every quarter mile or less and doing so for about 4 miles every time the truck was started. After about the fifth time hearing this it was really getting on my nerves. Also the door didn't close well and had water in the door handle area because of such as well as a lot of noise was generated by this issue. I also didn't like that the truck was picked up having a quarter tank of gas so I had to guess how much gas to put back into it to bring it to that point and ended up going over by about $6 or 7 in gas. I think the trucks should be topped off when you pick it up so you don't have to guess how much gas you need to put into them. Other wise the staff was pretty good. I didn't really have any pickup or drop off issues, though the person I dropped off the truck with didn't seem to really care when I mentioned the issues with the seat belt warning alarm continuing to beep constantly even with the belt fully engaged, nor the door not closing properly. That said he could have written it up and I just didn't know so I am not going to over ding on the location or employees. All in all I got pretty much what I was expecting. Well there is one last thing that I wasn't thrilled about I will mention. The truck space was used up a bit by a dolly and furniture pads I didn't request nor need. They had tie downs and were more of a "hotelroom bar" deal trying to milk extra cash out of you. If you don't request those items (which I didn't) I don't feel like part of the space should be wasted with said items. It wasn't a huge waste of space, however it was #1 in a bad spot and #2 still unusable space none-the-less.

There was a half drank bottle of Mello Yellow and there was an empty dirty plastic bowl left under the passenger seat. The windshield was filthy to the point that it made it hard to see out of. The vehicle smelled of smoke and the worst part about the rental was the price of what we paid versus the value that we received. If it is left up to me I will never rent from that location again. We have Penske as an option and I will exercise my right to choose a different provider. When you spend $1,200.00 on transportation I would hope the level of equipment provided would also meet the price tag. That did not happen for us. The gentleman that helped us in store was fine. This complaint is due to the money paid versus the value received.

Loved the ability to start the rental process on the internet. Made picking up the vehicle smooth, quick, and without hassles. The staff at the U-haul store were very helpful, knowledgeable, and help make the whole process enjoyable.

I was really disappointed in the 10Ft box truck that we rented. It smelled quite disgusting in the cab, I had to stop straight away at an auto-zone to get air fresheners at my own expense. I was also sorely disappointed that the truck had no cruise control feature on my 15 hour drive.

The process of having to check yourself in or face a few is absurd. It didn’t work. Tried 5 times. Had to call and text and worry all night if I was getting charged. The instructions inside rental folder were wrong. Just ridiculous I would have to check in. Isn’t that your job?

When you promise a date to be delivered it should arrive on that day and when you transfer people they should verify the call gets transferred instead of trying to connect them and then they either hang up or the call gets dropped, your people even the three supervisors I spoke to after getting hung up more than 5 times being transferred and your company contacts should be assigned to new people when the original person assigned has left. Even though the fortune 500 company I work for recommends that I use your service since we have a contract, I can promise you I will not be utilizing your services in the future or my next move because of the stress, money, effort, and time I had to personally and my company had to invest in in order to just get one single Ubox to my destination. This was my first move with your company and I just have to say I'm not impressed, amazed at the unprofessionalism, and astounded by the lack of communication.

Just a thought. USB charger for phones. The Van only had 12v cigarette lighter. Since most cars/rentals have USB, I don’t carry the plug for lighter. Looked to buy one at location.... would have been nice to one at location. - all good

PADUCAH LOCATION this guy tried to talk me into dropping this off at another location by telling me that {may be extra charge for not using 62960 location on my dropoff bill ] witch was not open in early am when i finished other deliveries.

Only problem I have is with U-Haul Moving Help, Still have charges on my credit card that should not be there. Called U-Haul which is the number to call from the charge to my card, and U-Haul says it is still not responsible, no way to contact Moving Help. Very upset, I have over paid now over a few hundred dollars for services not received.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at U Haul location. When I walked in, one employee was sitting on the floor and the one behind the counter was playing on his cell phone/tablet. I asked him about the moving pad rental and he was rude and unhelpful. I didn't mind paying for the unopened pads, I just didn't understand the process so I ask a question to clarify. He was rude and his communication skills were poor and blunt. The other person working there was just as socially inept. All in all, a very bad experience. You need folks to feel welcomed in your store. I felt as if I was intruding on their fun time. They are not the type of people you need to hire for a customer service position. I would rather drive 50 miles out of the way than go back to this location.

I waited outside like it said to do and noticing there were no other customers I went in to see what the hold up was.... I opened the door and saw the employee sitting with his feet up on his phone.... I told him I had been waiting like the sign said and there was no response.... He did jump up as soon as I opened the door....

First rent the you haul a week in advance. Day before they send text and it has the pick up for location. After calling and being tossed around to different service reps finally a lady fixed our rental. When picking up it was a disaster. The guy was new didn’t know much. I had cash and told them When I rented I would be paying cash when got there it was a big issue a hour later I finally get it squared away. Didn’t receive paper work was told to leave the gas at where it was. When getting in you haul it was left in park while it was turned off. When returning Sunday night the online website wouldn’t work after spending 1 hour in the blazing heat at Murray location trying to figure it ours now I’ve been charged for the fuel but I left it where it was when I left it at the Murray location. Over all worst experience!

The pickup truck was somewhat dirty but not excessive but my overall experience was really good. ( All ) the staff were not only professional but were extremely polite and friendly and helpful to my needs. Thanks to all of the staff for all that you do. I would highly recommend this location for all your moving needs.

The truck that I first rented did not have a ramp so I had to change that was my mistake. However I did have to go through three trucks before finding one that would work before I realized it did not have a ramp. Also the third truck had visor holders removed and the visor kept interfering with my vision through the windshield.

So you know ,YOU WILL NOT HAVE ROUND THE CLOCK ACCESS TO YOUR THINGS! Once the facility closes THEY PUT THEIR OWN LOCKS ON ALL SHEDS WETHER LATE OR NOT! I don't recomend
