The staff were always friendly, although at times it was hard to get someone on the phone. The rats there, though? Y’all need to tell people about them. I had quite a bit of things destroyed, that had to be thrown away, either because it had been chewed through or because it was covered in rat feces. I would never use this facility again, and would never suggest you to a friend or family member, for that very reason. Also - the two late fees policy is terrible. The staff at the facility was great, and they are your saving grace.

I dealt with 4 different individuals at this location and all of them were very helpful, friendly, informative and eager to give me a good experience. Can't say enough for the courtesy and customer attention. A+ for this location, really. I live in Oxford and have been going to this spot for over a decade. Nothing but improvement.

I refused the insurance on the utility trailer that I rented this morning. Justin Daniel emailed me my receipt. Upon looking at me email when I got home I realized that he had charged me for it anyway. Now I am back at the store and he is not here. I called his cell and he is giving me the runaround. Please follow up with me as I am very disappointed with his service at this time.

Issue #1 I was billed for extra insurance and not given the option to decline it. Issue #2 I was told that the truck had a full tank of fuel. The Digital gage said 340 mi. to E. It took $11.00 to fill the tank to go 20 miles. The Digital gage said 362 mi. to E. Issue #3 They failed to point out preavis damage on the truck. Issue #4 On both pickup and return both the CC terminal and the computer system were down so I did not receive a contract or CC receipt. I am a former U-Haul employee (1979) so I probably hold U-Haul to a higher standard than most.

The only issue is area is very small and need a passcode to get all of the way in. I just turned to the right and pulled in front if the door. If you have trouble driving a big truck in tight pkaces, you might need to pick somewhere else.

When I refilled the tank I was watching the guage to make sure I didn't put more gas in it then I used, but the guage wouldn't move so I put in a 1/4 more than I needed. This was very disappointing and cost me over $20. I don't have any issues with the employees who check me out and in. They were great. That was my only complaint.

To begin with I made my reservation for this location for 9am but I woke up to an email telling me mine was changed to 11am to pick up at shooters alley. I don't think this is a good policy for people who are on a schedule or anyone for that matter. I tried calling the number in the email and never got an answer so went to the Oxford location and the man working professionally accommodated my needs.

The sign in process was easy. My only complaint is that the truck was not the truck that I ordered and the calculations are off on how much gas is needed to refill (on the receipt- so watch out)

The lady that actually received my truck in was absolutely curious, and understanding. Especially when she checked my return fuel and miles driven. I had called earlier around 10am and the gentleman cause my my pickup paperwork had drop off time for If I recall it was 1pm. But I was told verbally when I received the truck, that as long as I return it apprx. same time the reservation was paid and printed within the 24hr frame I would be fine. But I called cause of the 2 return times that I was told, and the one on my paperwork. The gentleman wasn't sure about any of that info. I explained the 2 times and informed him upon discovering the differences I asked if I would be charged for another days fee. I was having to find available storage facilities that were not too expenseive and I was doing all of my loading and unloading without help. He said no ma'am u only have to pay for any extra miles when u return it. The lady explained he had helped inside cause they were short staffed, and said she had heard him give incorrect info b4. But upon me telling her about that call with him, she really understood and believed it was true. I had gone over on my miles and paid $11.00 aprx. So just the misinformation and/or lack of information from him is the only improvement needed that I experienced. Thank you so very much!

Tell people ahead of time that they return the uhaul rental after hours by going on a website and just leave the trailer there. We had No idea it would be closed and we Had no idea what to do. The first phone call we made they put us on hold for 28 minutes. That’s a long time to sit and wait when you have a 2 1/2 hour drive back home.

Paid $79.80 for a tow dolly w/ insurance. Was in a hurry to get the vehicle we were towing back before the local dealership closed to have repairs done. Asked to drop it off same day and was told we could not do that at that location. Later found out from drop off location that I had been overcharged by almost double.

The lady was really grumpy the day we picked up the truck. She said the tank was full and we should being it back full. The tank was not full. It was between full and 3/4 full. They also did not have 2 of the dollies we ordered. Ahe td us we could go to another Uhaul and try to find them. It was my understanding that Ugaul was supposed to do so, and have everything there for us the day of our move.

Make a parking lot at this location. It’s ridiculously small and cramped when trying to park to go inside the office or when picking up or dropping off equipment.

U-Haul emailed and texted me changing my pickup location twice. I didn't like the location being changed. The 2nd location was not even open when we arrived. What a joke of a place. I called and vented to U-Haul customer service, and she routed us to a great location. No complaints whatsoever with the pickup location! We were in and out within just a few minutes.

Therese was awesome! I reserved my truck at this location for pickup in Louisiana. I also had to drop it off because the location given by Uhaul was closed down. Therese was fantastic when I dropped off the vehicle as well. Great customer service even though she was very busy!

Only complaint was I had to stand and wait a very long time and listen to an older lady and a cashier discuss a bill which was none of my business even when two agents were there, finally one decided to process my rental and I got on my way but I should not have to stand and wait for a fifteen minute heated discussion between an agent and a storage unit rental when I had already checked in online, Will most likely go to another location for next rental

You simply became too expensive an alternative. We also have a 10x10 climate controlled unit for $100 per month. Their rate has not changed in 3 years while yours increased multiple times.
