You need to fix your scheduling team. I was sent 60 miles away to pickup a transport . Talked to the rudest person ( Sharon) that cancelled my reservation. I was going to be charged extra if I did not return the trailer to the place I picked it up ( an extra 60 miles). I should have had the transport for free. I did business with your company on regular basis I don't think I will return after what happened. I need to thank Jaquel from customer service that went above and beyond. My thanks also go to Dave Denim and Xavier in Owensboro KY.

Did not have equipment available where i booked and had to travel 140 extra miles out of route.. But the worst part was customer service lady who called me, down right rude!

It would be in your best interests to not get the time wrong when a customer sets a reservation. I reserved a can for afternoon but they got it wrong and set me for morning and rented the van for someone else , forcing me to rent a stupid pickup truck. The lady was very unhelpful and rude. I will never use this location again and will never recommend it to anyone I know.

The wipers didn't work to great but the customer service was very good! We love the site on Parrish Ave for returns, well lighted and easy, safe access. We will use this location again!

All fees were explained and above board (and reasonable), staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the location is very near where I work. The only issue was the mobile phones issued to staff. They had trouble connecting to the internet and some of the work couldn't be done on computer. So that took time away from them when they could have been doing other things.

Was suppose to pick up at Town and Country location and was re-routed to Parrish Ave which is 12 miles more than I needed to go therefore had to pay for an extra 24 miles travel and gas. The move was right across the street from Town and Country (Which is why I picked that one) and when I got there, there were 2 U-Haul in the yard that I could of used. Also the Granny attic leaked and everything got wet.

Odometer was incorrect, gas was only at half a tank instead of full, incorrect truck provided instead of reserved truck. Terrible experience.

Sign outside says to stop and wait for someone, so I waited for 10 minutes and eventually went inside to look for someone to help. Ended up calling the support line and when they patched me through to the locations phone number, the attendant told me that I had not been there as long as I said, even though they admitted to not being at the desk and the desk cannot see where the stop sign is in the parking lot.

Explain about mileage ,and extended mileage. Was told about 500 mile, and explained I needed more because I had to go and extra 120 miles . My destination was 477 + 120 + another 30 to the drop off. Thought I was getting more extra miles then just 80.

They were very nice! They even hooked up my trailer and unhooked it when I got back! Very nice!

I rented a car hauler trailer and the ratchet straps were seized up and almost inoperable. I contacted the location inrented from, and the guy was very polite and helpful. I recommend that the ratcheting straps on these trailers be regularly maintained.

We were traveling over 900 miles and they gave us the oldest truck on the lot. It had ants in the cab and the cab area was dirty. It had steering problems and was hard to handle and maintain. It was not a good trip because the truck was hard to drive. I’ve had my CDL license for over 15 years, I’ve driven some pretty crappy school buses. This was the worst vehicle I’ve ever driven.

I reserve the 15 ft. Truck for sat am.with furniture dolly And the first customer rep. Put in wrong size teuck. When to get it no dolly was available and i 10 ft truck was only ine available, so i had to make 2 trips instead of one. It cost me ectra 30.00 dollars plus gas.

I was issued a note for 11.54$ that turned into $41 because of a late fee. However, I was never made aware of this, and was told NOTHING until I received the charge to my bank account.

I called to make sure I could drop the truck off after hours and the employee was very cheerful and helpful. And they sent an email early the next morning confirming that everything was checked in and perfect.

The HORRIBLE online reservation system (and U-Haul Master Scheduler) without any communication to me just CANCELED my reservation and created another reservation at another location across town -- when I called there the person was rude, didn't understand me or my situation, didn't want to understand, and hung up the phone on me. Without any other transportation, I needed to drop off my Enterprise rental car and walk next door to the Angliana, Lexington U-Haul location. Many phone calls, email messages, and days later I discovered the U-Haul master scheduler discovered just before my CONFIRMED pickup that the Angliana location had NO moving dolly and canceled my CONFIRMED RESERVATION -- I really didn't need a moving dolly at all. Seems that a U-Haul Confirmed Reservation means absolutely NOTHING. SO SAD!

After 40 years of renting trucks from Uhaul in 12 different states, This location was the best. Owensboro needed this. Thanks.

Your booking website is terrible. It let us book a location that did not have what we needed. We made plans for that and then got a call saying we couldn’t get it at that location but not until the next day. What is the point of being able to reserve online if it’s not available?

David and Sarah at the W. Parrish location were great. Both were extremely friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. Sarah even had the truck running and warmed up when I arrived to pick it up the next morning. My only suggestion is for uhaul.com. When returning the truck after hours. I attempted to follow instructions online to return truck. I had a problem with the location showing on step 1. It will not continue from that point and there aren't instructions on what to do, except find another dealer to turn it into. When I called uhaul I was told to just put the keys in the box and the dealer would take care of it or contact me with any questions. It would be a lot less stressful and confusing to just say that, rather than find another dealer.
