the front ratchet is unusable I got to my destination and tried to use the tie down for the front tires of the Antique car and the ratchet part would not ratchet down or off and I had to buy a set of straps to tie the front tires down and cost me 35.00 which should be taken off my bill and fix the strap for future customers .. Also I have a dodge truck and had to buy a adapter for the electric hook up 12.95 and think you should have them available to use for customers at no charge because I'll go my whole life and never use it againCHRISTOPHER PATR G.

Girl at register was very rude to me. Gave attitude about questions i was asking her, i requested a dolly and she said if there's one not in there dont know what to tell you. Then she got very nasty to me about returning it by 4 the next day. This young was on her phone as well. When i returned the vehicle the same girl was at the counter sitting on boxes on her phone and i asked to have it looked at she replied with and attitude and leave the keys in it we will bill you. I was very disappointed in customer service hopefully i will not have to move any time soon.RAYMONDL O.

Only thing I U- haul needs to work on is the phone system - when a customer calls in it should not take 10 minutes to talk to a person. Should be press a button to get a live person.JOEL WILLARD J.

Pulled up to drop off area, sign said wait with vehicle, waited 10 minutes nobody...another private vehicle pulled up next to me and driver went inside . I waited another 5 minutes...nothing... i went inside...two men were at the counter. One was working with the driver of the other vehicle and the other ignored me while he chatted with a friend about various things the drop off ended up taking over 30 minutes.Richard A.

Be a little nicer at the other Uhaul we go to they would come out to the rental. I have issues with the app on my phone the manager didn't care said Here they said we don't do that â€¦. We went to go in once done and the girl came out and said put key in vehicle and she will send receipt. I thought they were rudeâ€¦. Plus I paid 30.00 more and this Uhaul was closer to home. My hitch installation took one hour, but I waited 35 minutes after my 3P.M. appointment before installation started due to the installer leaving for lunch when I arrived at the appointed time for the installation. Installer should have been ready to install at the start of my appointment time.Bob E.

Didn't get the truck i originally rented due to coming in later. Was told by customer service that would not be an issue. Well it turned out to be an issue and agent at store told me I would be penalized if i kept it past 2. Not what agent on phone told me. Felt mislead. Ended up having to settle with a smaller truck.GIL R.

Staff was great However, gas tank was not full. Just a tad under FULL. I drove 26 miles and I stopped pumping gas at 3 gallons. Other than that. Everything was perfectRAFFAELLA D.
Charged a surprise rental tax. This is not what was revealed when I booked the truck. Plus I had to go to a different location to get the tow dolley because obviously my reservation for it at my preferred location didn't mean anything to uhaul.Entisar Y.

We rented an upper 10x10 and a lower 15x10 unit. We were NOT told that the upper unit had a huge roof support beam running through the unit. When we checked in, we asked for another unit without a beam. We were told they only had smaller units available without the beam.
