It was a great experience. Every time I was there the facility was clean and employees were helpful and friendly.

Joseph O.Provide a snow brush. The windshield was covered in ice and snow when I picked up the van. When I returned the van, there's a sign that says to stay with the vehicle and someone would come out. No one had any intention of coming out to check the vehicle. Perhaps the sign should be removed??

Lawrence K.I returned the truck at 10:50 and they did the check in at 1:52 so they are charging an extra day of rent and insurance. This is not correct, they were not busy at the time I returned the vehicle.

The only improvement I suggest - you should not have customers complete those pre-arrival questions that are going to be repeated anyway at the Uhaul location. I had filled in for example to decline insurance and they need to ask me again. I filled in emergency contact and phone and it was asked again. Don't waste our time filling things out ahead of time (which is meant to save everyone's time) when not used. I know a number of things were used, so streamlining this would be great - either don't ask it twice or 2. Make the online pre- question suffice. Thanks so much. A good experience.

Daniel M. | Online Move Inu-haul did not commit to the original 20 foot location promised. Had to choose a 15 foot truck at a location far from the original pick up spot. The change of pick up location for the 20 foot was even further out of town.

Don P.When we booked the storage locker we were advised the locker we had was the biggest. That night we struggled moving items into the locker. Ultimately found out the next day a way bigger locker was available. Upset the customer service representative did not offer that option to us. Very disappointing as the room was very difficult to maneuver. The door/ locker was very weak and not as sturdy as other locations. When I eventually spoke to the manager/ acting manager the refund for the locker was issued but I had to present my Carlsen as we had rented a van at another location. The initial customer service woman was very discouraging and I have always had an amazing experience with Uhaul. I was saddened and upset by thr treatment from the initial customer service rep that I spend 3 weeks resolving the issues. We have closed down the locker and moved to another facility.

I would definitely call customers or send them a text when's it time to return the trucks. Waited on the phone for over 20 just to be told to wait a few minutes just to be told come back at 9am won't be ever renting from this company again.

Doug L.Was instructed to hook the trailer up myself. Was missing the wiring harness extension and rubber retaining loops for the safety chain hooks. I had to get them from an adjacent trailer. Other location had better equipment and service.

PATRICK F.When I arrived, the unit I had rented had no power in the building and therefore I wasn't able to access the elevator. As I had a truck full of items to move in and then had to change and rent a more expensive unit in a different building. Although the gentleman working there tried his best to help me I am really not impressed with my overall experience.

Benedick V.Only drawback is paying $10 extra to get 24 hour access. I declined. Makes absolutely no sense why U Haul would apply this charge. Why not just include in the rental price and give customers the option. Comes across as a money making scheme.

One of the pins were missing so running lights weren't working but it was daytime and I wasn't going very far so it wasn't a big deal. The check-in person took a picture of the connector for proof. Other than that all went well and quickly.
Darren T.Summer months was very hot inside. The carts were nice, although one was broken once. The alarm seems useless as it keeps going off and it doesn't look like anyone checks. I tried to buzz security multiple times for different matters, like the alarm or lack of toilet paper, but nobody ever answers.

It's a service business someone need to train them on what that looks like. I prefer the south service road location because of that which I have used over the years. They work for you.

I spoke to the manager, Lorelai, and assumed she had taken care of the error. I arrived again a week later to find that i had been locked out of my unit again. I spoke to lorelai once again, i found her rude and unapologetic. She was very unprofessional. The beginning of this month I received an email from Uhaul saying I was late with my monthly payment and was charged a late fee and locked out again. I was confused as my credit card was nowhere near its limit. I called Uhaul and spoke with a young man to find out that there was no credit card on file for my account. (You cant make this stuff up). I have had nothing but issues as a direct result of the unprofessionalism and incompetenace of Lorelai, the manager. If I treated my clients like this, i would have none. Do yourself a favour and go to another Uhaul in the area or make sure to have another customer representative take care of you at this location.

Blowing in insulation made no difference to warm the second floor that was now around 50DegC the temperature made sorting through archives is difficult (can not ware gloves) . Plus the billing credit from prepaying a unit and downsizings seemed to be a mystery. The previous management kept it warm on the sevens floor and billing and upgrades and down grades were never an issue. They always accommodated my needs.

The lock i was told to buy was the wrong one for the locker so I was forced to buy a second lock. Not sure why I cannot use the lock i originally purchased.
