I really appreciate the cleanliness, the remote control operation of loading garage, the temperature controlled unit. The staff was helpful opening and closing the account to the unit. Only thing I'll mention is the after hours return: after going to the website to start the process, it took me a while to figure out how to share my location on my personal device....unfortunately my tech skills aren't the best, but thank goodness I was able to get help. So I'm assuming that step in the return policy can't be modified or something..just wondering....But overall our experience was great...very nice customer service when we picked up the vehicle.JAMEL M.

I drove this van a total at 55 miles. Upon filling it up it took 10 gallons of gas (i have receipts) That comes out to a little over 5 miles per gallon. Thats impossible. Semi trucks get more mpg than that. It cost me $35 in gas to go 55 miles. Apparently the gas gauge did not work properly. I hope your company can rectify this with me.LARRY A.

I picked up a 10' truck on Friday evening right before closing and on my way home the truck backfired 3 times. I called to report it and they allowed me to come back the next morning to replace the truck. Although having to go back the next day slowed me down from starting my moving project, I'm very grateful for the professional and kind people who helped me transition into another truck. The people at the facility are nice. The online sign up is very easy. I don't think they make it clear that these are not normal walk in units. These are stacked one on top of another. They need to make note of that. I'm pretty unhappy honestly, but that's a corporate issue. I rented a truck there a couple of weeks ago also. The staff is very nice, very courteous. Receiving the truck was great on the return was horrible. The store only had one person working doing the returns and handling people at the desk. Make sure you have enough staff on Sundays.THELMA S.

Had an reservation to pick up my truck at 7am and it was a line...that wasn't a problem the problem was 3 workers were there and only one of them was assisting the customers. I thought seeing how long the line was they would stop and help but no they just kept right on walking by which made it a longer wait. 30 minutes to be exact.Montoya M.

Very clean. There are two buildings and I was confused by where my room was bc the online reservation just tells you a room # but not a building #. I went inside the office and the guy who works there was polite and very helpful. He gave me a map of the building and explained how to disarm the unit with my access code and where to pull my car up. I guess I would just say when you do an online reservation, the process of where to find your building and how to disarm your room should be provided via text before you get there to make things a little more clear.Taylor K. | Online Move In

Staff was unacceptably helpful with the fact that I was assured my reservation for a storage unit was taken care of and it was not I was basically told what do you expect me to do by a u haul staff member very bad customer service I went over all of this on the phone before arriving at the storage unit just to arrive and be told there is no reservation for me there and after all of that I received a storage unit that I was told by u haul would be big enough to site a 2 bedroom apartment in which it was not and by the time I figured that out it was too late and the facility was closed so due to that fact I was unable to store all of my furniture in the space u haul has been very unorganized with my whole reservation for storage I would like some kind of credit toward my storage unit and towards all of the extra gas that was out in the truck that I didn’t need to put I’d appreciate a prompt response in this matter and expect u haul to rectify this situation for me...Laurie B. | First Impressions

The only complaint is that an elevator or a ramp would have made it a less strenuous move. The only open locker was on the first floor and not the ground floor which was what I had registered for. When I got there it was too late and we were too tired but had no choice but to move it up a flight of stairs. I wish that it hadn't been changed but the employee td us they were building a new facility and I could request to move to that location when it was completed. If when I am ready to move it will be coming back to my house. I just wish that Uhaul had stayed with that ground floor instead of the 1st floor. Like I said a ramp or an electronic lift or elevator would have made my rate an excellent.Wendy P. | First Impressions
