Haroutioun A.I rented a locker for about six years. I like the security arrangements, and that the building was climate-controlled. The only issue during that time was once when I found that water had seeped into the back of the unit. The manager was not as helpful as he could have been, simply telling me to record any damages so an insurance claim could be filed. Fortunately the damage I found was minor. However, facility management showed no interest in investigating the incident in order to prevent it from re-occurring.
GREG M. | Overall ExperienceUpon arrival we were told that the location had all their catalytic converters stolen from the trucks we needed and that the trailer we had reserved through them was at a different location, which they gave us the wrong location, we drove 16 miles out of the way to get to a UStore storage box location. We were directed to the correct location which was less than 3 miles from the original location. That location was easy and friendly, we hooked up the trailer and were able to get on the road. Unfortunately, the location where we rented the truck had serviced our truck and had forgotten to tighten the spark plugs, so 2 hours into our 20 hour drive, the truck broke down and delayed us by 4 hours, causing me to be charged for a hotel room even though we didn't make it to it. The mechanic that fixed the issue said it was a temporary fix and that we might make it, but there were no promises, he had to re-thread the spark plug housing and tighten all the spark plugs that he said weren't tightened from the previous mechanical issues with the Truck. He cleared the check engine light but the truck continued to miss fire the remaining trip. We went through double the fuel because it was misfiring and flooding the engine, it broke down a 2nd time because the engine flooded with fuel, we were advised by the mechanic that it might happen and to let it sit for about an hour and it should be fine, we waited and the truck started up but continued misfiring and the check engine light stayed on. I called roadside assistance and Jasmine stated to continue on course and if the vehicle were to break down to call them and they will have someone come out and service it, so we continued reluctantly. All and all a bad experience

OLAV H.Staff was good. For pick up and drop off we could not use the online system. Each time the site could not identify our location so we could not proceed that way. This was even after setting Safari to allow uhaul.com to track location. We tried many times. If this system had worked as it was supposed to, it probably would have been very convenient.

FARROKH Y.I'm not quite sure how can a customer go about making sure his or her combination to a lock box will work when they arrive to pick up before business hours. My experience was not great I lost 3 hours of my move because my lock box wouldn't open with the code provided. There was nothing I could do until they opene at 9AM.

Valence M.Poor customer service, the rep was rude when he called me because I missed his calls because I was on hold with road side assistance. I received a damaged truck that they charged me for. Luckily I had insurance. Truck broke down mid move and I was given 4 different numbers to call for roadside assistance.

MADELEINE C.Vehicle dirty and windshield wipers did not work. Driving in the fog and rain putting my self at risk of accident and death. Needed to pull over and wait for fog and mist to subside to drive safely. Wasted a lot of time needed to complete move.

DORON I.Over all I was very satisfied, the imployees where very communitive and happy to help. When I got there I had to wait behind someone else that took about 10 min to complete check in. My only suggestion would be to train more of the workers how to check people in to make the process go faster. As soon as I was done with the check in my equipment was waiting for me outside and I was on my way.

Movses M.Not friendly staff. Furniture dolly wasn's available even though I had booked it. The appliance dolly was not in the truck. I had to go around and ask staff where my dolly was. He pointed at a dolly far from the truck. I had to go pick the dolly put it in the truck and after all these, look for the key that they had tossed it somewhere inside. I would fire these staff in a blink.

Jeremy K.Nothing. The gentleman in the yard was professional and very helpful. Did not give up when my headlights didn't turn on the trailer lights. He got a test light called for an assist and got me on the road and on my way safely. This gentleman is an asset to your company as far as I am concerned. The whole team was professional and courteous it was a pleasure to deal with them and I will be back definitely. I am very disappointed that I did not get the gentleman's name that was helping me, but I was impressed nonetheless. Thank you. Edward Peña

GENNY M.During COVID and mandates, the lack of personnel to enforce mask wearing was non existent. All the staff are very nice, but you can tell they're over it. The staff did go over and above to make my experience great. The return staff even tried to upsell me on propane and I think I'll actually go back for it!

I have had interactions with 7 staff members and they were all great. The storage space was dirty ( had previous items in it) and the staff took care of it immediately. The storage facilities have issues. The entrance to the space itself is too small. The space measurements are not accurate. Due to the way it's constructed it's not a full 5x10.

But Luis got me set up, and even had an extra space, which I needed at the last minute. So, all good.
