i liked the experience at this location as well the calls on Nov 29 that lead me to this place. I like the way Mrs Heather handled the call and arranged the return of my belongings in the u-box container. I liked the way the manager kylie and Taylor helped me unload / load my mattress from the container to my truck , without them i would not have been able to move this. thanks a ton for both. special mention for Lyndsay for helping me understand the options that i use going forward at u-haul , checking my vehicle at the end of day with patiene and kindness. The 1st truck I was given had water in the back and the check engine light was on so the second truck still had a small water leak but not as bad and the door on the back was Alittle hard to open it was like it was stuck or somethingKAREN G.

Very good experience and staff that checked me in were great. Very friendly and got through the process quickly. Just FYI ... I did an after hours check in and the app would NOT allow me upload any photos and therefore did not allow me to complete the process on-line. I spent 20 minutes at 2AM trying to get it to work. I appreciate the next day return done by the staff at this location. I use a Galaxy S21 Ultra phone on Verizon.John S.

The one way charge for the smallest enclosed trailer from Columbus Ohio to Plant City Florida ($650) is absolutely outrageous. Because Uhaul has the only rental trailers available in the industry seems to lead them to believe that they can PRICE GOUGE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will buy a trailer befor I rent one from UHAUL again.MICHAEL P.
The staff was great and even called the location where I was to drop my truck off and had them change my drop off to where I was getting the storage locker so that I didn't have to go out of my way and waste gas returning it there! Maybe have more staff available. Our pick up was on a Friday morning snd the young woman was there alone when 1st opening the location. That is s busy area of town , and being there alone would be hard if there were more then one customer scheduled @ same time for pickup. She did a great job , and was very competent , and friendly. I'd use this location again if I ever need to rent a truck again.STACY J.

Rented a car hauler. All 4 tires were near the end of life. Took hauler home at noon, after work began to start loading and noticed tire was low at 5 pm, Called center and repair service, replacement was finished at 1am the following morning. Should probably replace tires earlier in maintenance cycle. Very sketchy 1 good tire and 3 near bald driving in rainâ€¦JEFFREY B.

The website is not accurate. It offered free storage with truck rental and said there was available storage units you can reserve online, but the actual location said the website isn't accurate and they had no available units. I wasn't able to utilize the special with no other options.CHRISTA P.

The Pgh location had us dropping off in a dangerous area that was not the Sinclair Rd location which we had asked for. The 18 St location was not well-lit and had no visible drop box. We could not check in after hours as it was not picking up my location. So we were forced to drop it off at the Sinclair location that we had originally asked for and had a smooth return. Unfortunately this added to our mileage after we had put gas in the truck causing us to be charged a few extra dollars.TIMOTHY S.

Girl who took my payment rude. No service skills. Guys behind the counter immature and giggling it was not crowded I was the only one there there's horrible horrible experience and then when I returned the vehicle the app did not work so I charged me extra I had two other people with me with iPhones the app was not working I tried for a half hour and the manager assistant manager when I called the next day was rude to he tried to say they were busy the phone was not ringing I was the only one in the store at that time on Friday, September 24 every time I tried to call they would say hold and not even listen to me. This happened all week you can never get through they always put you on hold no matter when you call a bunch of lazy immature people work thereCONSTANCE G.
