The vehicle that I had rented on line the night before wasn't actually available when I arrived. So, thankfully the gentlemen helping me was able to find another vehicle in a pinch.

I returned the truck on Sat at 5:15 PM. The attendant told me that I was good to go, and that he had many returns to log. I did not receive an e-mail invoice and called Sunday at 10:40 AM. John could not find the truck or the keys at first. Finally he did and told me he would check it in. No apologies or explanation for the delay. When I received the final invoice, he had charged me $14.25 additional for 3 Gal gas when I returned it at exactly the same tank level (1/2) as I received it. Very disappointed in that location . I used them 4 time in the last 6 years but am not sure if I will use them again. And the truck was old with damaged door that made highway ride very noisy.

Dash showed message that right rear tire pressure was low at pick-up. Attendant filled with air and checked, but that did not clear the message. Another customer had same issue. Left me wondering if other maintenance issues existed.

They charged me for two days when I only had the truck for 6 hours. They said I did not return the truck on my own when I did Ryan to return the truck on my own the app was messed up. I took a picture of the messed up app, I called the after hour number and the rep said he would leave a note saying that I was having problems (apparently he didn't leave the note) and I recorded myself dropping the key in the drop box but they charged me for two days. The employees agreed that it wasn't right but said they would loose their job if they refunded me. I called customer service and they said they would look into it but I do not believe they will.

Even though I could not enter my returned cargo van, who ever entered my info added an extra 10 miles and 1.00 fee (no problem) . The truck was clean but the extra miles on the was only ending in 43(ending) and I only drove 21 miles Plus my license and debit card was accidently dropped with the truck key in the drop box. But no one could find them.????Explain that????

A guy that was working there completely ignored that I was there.. there was 2 other trucks that came back after I got there and parked.. those people got helped before I did.. and then the same guy.. almost hit my car with a truck backing up into a parking spot.. and I confronted him about all of this and he was very rude about it all... I have used this uhual place many times in the past few years and never had this issue.. everyone has always been on helping and always friendly .. until today.. I was not very happy at all.. I got to the point I told him I will probably never use that location again

I don't appreciate my Credit Card being charged $14 plus dollars. I rented online because it was quick and easy, no one answering phones and this was my only option I thought. I would have paid cash and not paid additional fees because of my credit card. This isn't fair or right to customers. What a way to get more money from customers. To me this was sneaky business!!

Uhaul is trying to profit on the gas issue. The gas tank wasn't even completely full. The customer should not have to take pictures to prove the amount of gas.

The 20 ft truck is misleading. The truck is 18 ft plus the 2 ft mom attic. I lost 10% of space to pack boxes. Lost space will cost me another truck rental. We told your employee the exact destination drop off point. However they put in a diffnerent location and then tried to charge me $299.00. They drop the charges when i explain what happened

The Apple iPhone U-Haul app needs some work. There seems to be a lot of bugs in the phone app the smart phone app and somebody at corporate needs to sit down and test and D bug this app because there's issues. This app would be awesome if it would just work correctly. The latest issue that I had was that it would tell me that my alternative contact phone number was the same number that was on the contract which was not true. I had to go inside and get help and I was not able to complete the pick up by myself. Fortunately the location was open and staffed at the time if I had come after hours I would've been stuck. The customers rely on this app to work correctly and it's not doing that

I rent from this location quite often and this last rental experience... not great. The initial check in the young man was giving it 1/2 his attention to details of the rental as it generated twice the amount of what the 1 day rental would be. He finally figured it out saying the system generated 1 hour more which threw it in to another 24 hr charge. Then apparently he did a less than detailed installation as when I returned the rep looked down and asked if I had twisted all of the chains .... Nope

The first person I spoke with was so rude and unhelpful that I walked out of the store. After about ten minutes to compose myself, I went back in and the second person was amazing. He understood why I was trying to do, answered my questions, provided assistance and even suggestions; a perfect interaction. His name would be in your system for my transaction. The other (who is undoubtedly one of the worst employees I've ever interacted with) won't be.

The first truck was filthy and they exchanged it, so that was good. Dropping off out of hours was a mess. There were at least six trucks being returned and all of us customers were struggling to access the internet site for returns. We tried to help each other, but it was impossible. One man had been trying for 20 minutes. I worked on it for 20 minutes, too, but your site session expired the second you sent me a verification code. I gave up and just dropped the keys in the drop off box and left. It shouldn't be that hard!

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable manager and support staff. I ended up renting a truck for extended days and they made it easy. Then moved back out after renting one way equipment. Losing my father-in-law came with many unplanned situations... the staff made this part seamless. ¡Gracias!

Ubox service was absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend it to anyone. The boxes were shipped a week late. I was charged for extra empty boxes. The computer information was entirely wrong.
