The truck was extremely dirty. It looked as if somebody threw up in the truck and didn't clean it up. It's Covid going around and sad how nasty and filthy the truck was. I had to ask for spray and towel to clean the truck myself. I'll NEVER rent from this location again.

My issue with the U-Box experience was a huge lack of communication. I was told I would be contacted the day before the U-Box was to be dropped off at the initial location. I was not contacted. Then I called that evening and they said someone would contact me between 9-10am the day of the drop-off. They did not contact me. So I called and someone told me the box delivery would happen between 1-4pm that day. At 10:30 I got a call that they were on their way, which was at a time I was not going to be home. So finally they shuffled the schedule around and said they would call when they were on their way. No call, they just showed up. Then I was told I would get a call when my U-Box was available to be picked up from the destination. After 2 weeks of no communication I logged in to the U-Haul site and saw that my U-Box had arrived over a week prior at the U-Haul facility, yet no one had called me to let me know. I called in and the person said someone should have contacted me. It finally got it delivered. So overall, even though my U-Box arrived safe and sound, with nothing broken, the communication piece was so lacking and frustrating. I would use U-Box again, because the price was very reasonable compared to a moving company, but... I would know to check on the status of my U-Box delivery more closely and not count on anyone to contact me as promised.

I will never pay for another U-Haul in my life. I have never had a worst experience with a company in my life. As if moving isn't stressful enough, I was sent to 3 different locations to pick a U-haul and not one single location I went to had any U-Hauls. So, I called customer support and ended up having to wait until the next morning to pick one up. Meanwhile, just burned through a half a tank of gas looking for these damn Uhauls. Then, next morning I went and picked it up and they charged me a $100 deposit!! This was my third time renting a uhaul this year alone and I've never been charged such a high deposit. So I paid $212 to get the truck and since it took 3 days for UHaul to get me a truck and now I didn't get my deposit back. It's absurd and very dumb with the holidays coming up

After returning the truck and paying with my credit card about an hour 1/2 later someone tried to cash app money from my credit card. I believe my card number was use by an employee. I called to report it but have not received any call back. The employee took extra long with my card. From my understand a person must have my card number to attach to cash app.

I rented a truck. The drivers side mirror mount was loose and had been duct taped. The mirror was constantly moving making it difficult to see if any vehicles were next to me. This is a safety issue.

I was charged a $20 after hours service fee that I've never heard of from uhaul in my life. I returned the trailer well within the 48 hours that I was entitled to under the contract I signed. Charging an extra fee for returning uhaul equipment in the same way the people do every day is ridiculous, especially given that the holidays are approaching. I'm extremely irritated and dissatisfied 1) that I was charged an extra fee for something completely normal for uhaul and 2) that I'm having to spend time and energy trying to get the charge refunded. This will definitely make me think twice about renting from uhaul again in the future.

Make sure all head lights and tail lights work before renting the trucks out. Our truck had one headlight and only one reverse light and we were driving at night.

They accused us of not returning the uhaul and the key within our 6 hour frame. We got the rental around 545-6p and returned it at 10:42pm that same day. Someone obviously had an reservation to pick it up at that time. We left a foot board in the uhaul once we called the next morning at 9am that's when they said that we didn't return their equipment. Blow us all for a loop

The drivers side door was bent at bottom. Every time I opened the door, it made a terrible noise. I could barely see over the dash. The representative I dealt with that day had a very bad attitude against me. His tone was very rude & in the parking lot when I seen him & I called him over about the door problem, he rolled his eyes at me. If he's there again if I need your service, I will go elsewhere.

I will never go to this location again! I arrived at Uhaul in Colerain for my scheduled reservation for my 26ft truck. Upon arriving they said they saw my reservation but didn't have a truck for me. This is obviously concerning when I had a day and a half to be moved from my current home into my new home. The employee helping me names Danny had very little sympathy to the fact that they didn't have a truck for me with a “I don't really care” attitude. When asked if he was looking at other locations he said no. Someone behind me in line said she was bringing back a 20ft truck that I could have that one and was the only reason I left out of there with a truck. Never again dealing with Uhaul in Colerain and will be telling everyone I know!

During the six months contract we visited several times. The magnetic card for entry/exit never worked. Hard to reach staff each time due to activity at front desk. At move out, had to wait 15 minutes at gate to exit until an employee happened nearby to go open gate. Intercom not working?? Why not offer another replacement card or code??? Very frustrating experience each time we visited… facilities were clean and well maintained.

Ubox service was absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend it to anyone. The boxes were shipped a week late. I was charged for extra empty boxes. The computer information was entirely wrong.
