I feel all customers should have 24 hour access to their belongings !
Chrishonda M. | Overall ExperienceMy pick up and drop off were the same - vital information was not added to my reservation that would have made the drop off go much smoother and quicker - the employees working when I returned the truck were as helpful as possible since they did not really know what to do with my return (I was supposed to let my truck be checked in “by Traffic Only†but apparently “traffic†did not know what to do).
Christi B.Shitty vehicle, lousy transmission, shitty gas mileage (6mpg). Paid almost $150.00 to use the 15' van for four hours. Put less than 50 miles on it and had to put $21.00 of gas in it to bring it up to the level it started with. A total rip off. I will NEVER, EVER rent from U-Haul again, nor will I recommend U-Haul to my friends...and I have a LOT of friends at the American Legion Hall.

Luis B.Only problem I had was the little seal they put on the dolly had apparently broken loose, probably from these fine Louisiana roads, because I had to tighten the dolly wing nut when I got home. If that seal is broken then they assume you used their dolly, and they will charge you $7. I didn't use it as I have 2 bigger ones , so hoping they don't charge me for it. They need stronger ties or something. They could be hit or broken off during moving as they are located right by the door.

Truck number not there. No key in box. Manager arrived at 7. I had spoken tp someone at 1-800 number by then. Manager was nit apologetic. It took 40 minutes to do check ln on app. Then no truck. Why?????? No key!!! Why??? I am very disappointed and unhappy. That is my money. I paid my movers to sit & wait for your mistake

Deandra R.What you can do to improve for all customers, is to stop giving the customer a sheet of paper saying what the mileage is, and check the mileage with the customer before renting, because I have rented twice under the impression the mileage is one thing but when I turned the truck in it says I went so many miles that I can't calucuate. Point is stick to the original customer service. This new lazy customer service make a customer feel some type of way when I feel like I have been over charged especially when I put the fuel over the mark when I rented it. I want a discount right now because I was trying to do my $20 discount that wasn't discussed. I'm confused. Is Uhaul really for the customer?

The hall lighting is sometimes off and the units don't have interior lighting. Complaints aren't taken seriously and the GM seems unconcerned and unwilling to improve the situation. I would never recommend this location for storage! Their rental truck service, however, is much more efficient. The counter help is polite and courteous.

There is NO LIGHT in the units and there were rat traps and holes in the walls. I had to leave my things in the unit until I could schedule another time that I could get labor to help me move AGAIN. The person on the counter was very helpful and apologetic but the GM was a complete JERK. He couldn't care less whether my belongings were safe, that the A/C wasn't working sufficiently, or that the unit had a huge hole in the wall into the next unit. Whomever the franchise owner is should lose the privilege of representing Uhaul. This owner is negligent and doesn't represent the quality or service on which Uhaul has built their reputation..0
Kelly M. | First ImpressionsI reserved two climate controlled units and was unable to complete my move in because the second unit was not located in a climate controlled building. The facility is in below average condition and I had to leave the truck locked with my belongings and have to return to the facility this morning to try to get an appropriate remedy. I am having to pay labor again, alter my travel plans, and possibly pay another day for the truck since I was unable to empty its contents and turn in the key. I am very disappointed and exhausted. The uhaul answering service after hours was very sympathetic when I called and did direct me on what to do accordingly. Hopefully this will be resolved easily this morning.
