MARK HFor pick-up, there is no way to do online pickup without the Uhaul app. This is VERY inconvenient. When I did use the app, it didn't work for online pickup at all. I got through the first couple steps after 15 minutes but then it would not recognize my face picture and I gave up.
JOHN SDespite a long line, check-in went relatively quickly. Upon return, however, seemed very disorganized and the man who disconnected trailer was extremely rude.
ROGER BService was disappointing today compared to the service I've received from this location before. When I arrived at my destination I discovered that the furniture blankets I had rented were not in the truck. I tried to call to let the store know my son in law was coming back for them but no one answered the phone. I hung up after waiting for 18 minutes because the movers I had hired arrived and were waiting to start loading the truck. I called my son in law and he said he was waiting in line and would be there soon. I tried to open a chat online but the window closed after 5 minutes when no one responded. 90 minutes later when the movers were almost finished loading the truck I called and told my SIL to forget the blankets and just ask for a refund. He was still in the slow moving line but he said he would. I had to drive without protective blankets on my furniture because of their failure to properly load the truck or answer the phone. It was a very frustrating experience that truly tested my patience. Much later my SIL arrived at the new location and told me that the blanket charge would be removed and much later after that I received a notification of a voice mail on my phone from the store asking me to return to pick up the blankets they had forgotten to load. I though that was pretty funny
JAMES HFirst of all, when I went in there, all the IT systems were down and the U-Haul team was having to do everything from their phone. Slowed things tremendously. Then, this trailer I rented had a bald tire on the left side (did not see this until after I left) and it bounced around so badly that I thought it would damage my vehicle. The new quick-tow couplings stink. They do not provide a solid connection to the ball. It was a terrible, awful experience. When I brought the trailer back, I told the associate that I did not even use it and he says to me "yeah, well you have to pay for it anyway"!! I thought - you asshole - I was not even suggesting that I not pay for it. I was simply telling you that I did not use it. Jerk. You know, the whole day with U-Haul was a bad experience.
Robert GI had a quick and easy checkin. The specialist was very kind and helpful. My only problem was upon returning the vehicle after hours, the app would not allow me to continue through the photo taking process of the vehicle. I was able to take a photo of the odometer and it uploaded. And it calculated my total. Then I tried to upload photos of sides of vehicle after uploading an interior cab shot and it froze and went back to the beginning. At that point I could not start the process over.

Nainar L90% of our belongings had to be thrown away because of a RAT infestation. We went to clean out our storage this past weekend and there were two Dead Rats and RAT URNINE AND FECES, on and in everything. Our 30 year old paintings, our only Son's photo albums, dozens of books, electronics, shoes, clothing's and blankets all had to be thrown away. The smell was horrendous and we had to let it air out for a few minutes before even emptying the unit. U-Haul denied our claim and offered absolutely no compensation. Do Not keep your items here!

Sharonda UVan was covered in bird poop. Windshield needs to be cleaned on the inside. Difficult to see at night. GMC van is difficult to use. Both the back doors and side rear door will not stay open. This makes loading and unloading difficult and dangerous.

I had to take a call I'd been waiting for all day in the middle of the transaction, he took care of getting me checked out while I talked. Rude of me I know, but couldn't miss the call. Whole process was incredibly easy.
TIMOTHY KMy son thought he had accidentally thrown away some fishing items when we returned the truck and several of the employees worled hard to help him locate it. They went above and beyond. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location is doing an amazing job - everyone we worked with from start to finish was extremely professional and friendly!!

Kanvin RI rented a car transport from this location and when I brought it back I parked at the return equipment area. No one showed up to unhook the equipment after a few minutes an employe waived to come towards the back. I did and he asked me to back-in the equipement and I said I will try since there were too many car transpoers parked. I tried once then told the guy hey I don't want to hit your equipment and he yelled at me you have to do it and I said then he told me I don't know how to drive so I should get out of the car so that he can park it and I told him no he is not driving my car. The guy said I am not un-hooking your equipment. I got out and I un-hooked my equipment and this guy had the audacity to tell me that they are not going to rent me any equipment. I went inside and talk to Joseph Fuller (manager) about the incident and he said he was going to talk to the employee involved. I have rented equipment at this location several times and had not experienced such unprofessional rude behavior fro a U-Haul employee

JESSALYN Jeverything was fine with the truck. issue was I reserved at one location and then once I arrived was told the truck wasn't there and I had to go another location. I DID receive a text in the morning telling me there was a change in my reservation and to call a #.... but it didn't specify anything so it looked like a scam text. It would have been EASIER if someone just called me, or the text told me about the change in location.
CRAIG BNo clear information while picking up. The link they sent me on my phone kept expiring before I could submit. The original pictures of the truck did not load on the phone. I tried 3 different phones with 3 different services. It did not work on any. Had to go back and forth to the service desk multiple times, which did not help much. They tell you the truck number, not the license number, and they DO NOT tell you where to look for that number. Its somewhere on top. They should be more helpful for a person picking up for time from their facility. They cannot assume that the person knows everything already. While dropping off, there were no clear instructions or directions on where to park. If they had clearly mentioned to park under the shaded area and a rep will help you there, it would have saved me a lot of time and efforts! The app and website do not work well. Picking up and dropping off was very disappointing experience.

SAMANTHA GAfter getting the trailer hooked up to the car, the service tech told me I was good to go. When I got home I saw that a text had been sent to me asking me to verify the license plate number and provide a trailer condition survey BEFORE I left the lot. I was not aware of this message until I got home and by then the link had timed out. It would be nice if the service tech had told me about this before telling me I was good to go.

Angelo R | Overall ExperienceThe only elevator at the facility was out of order the day we were moving out of our storage unit. We were informed that the elevator had been out of order for over a week and the manager did not know when it would be fixed. We had to carry our entire unit down the stairs. This was a very dangerous task as we had large pieces of furniture and there were two flights of stairs. Uhaul put our health and safety at risk and did not offer anything more than an "I'm sorry." The staff was very friendly and kind but there was no help or solutions offered to us. We were very disappointed in Uhaul and will not be recommending it as a storage facility to anyone.

ADAN VI was double charged and I had to take time out of my day to call and get the situation corrected and get a refund. It was a simple five hour move where I went 15 miles. No extras and there should've been no reason to make a mistake of that magnitude unless it was intentional.

ZACHARY BThe door was broken when it arrived and couldn't be closed, my stuff got stolen. Not a penny's compensation from Uhaul and the terrible insurance company keep saying bullshit. I know I won't choose uhaul next time. UPods or whatever, not uhauls. Even Amazon knows to partial refund for poor quality of products. And You? NOTHING. I contacted customer service, kicked me to coordinating center manager. Manager kicked me to insurance company and insurance company keep saying bullshit. I paid $2000 on this, get a shit product and lose my nintendo switch and laptop and not even get a $5 coupons. Ridiculous.
Zhisong LThis location was incredibly crowded when I got there. The staff worked fast to get everyone through the line as fast as they could. When it came to be my turn the staff (I didn't write down his name, but he had "owner" on his name tag) was incredibly helpful and took the time to get me the best deal. He was friendly, quick and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. The staff loading and unloading the trailer were extremely friendly. Great job!

Samuel N | Overall ExperienceTina was wonderful in accommodating our needs after it seemed that I had booked a storage room but it was only a reservation and not an actual assigned storage room. The original 5x10 storage room that we originally booked also had a large structural pillar on one of the side walls which would have taken up a lot of the required space of the room so we had to move to the larger room which was probably just as well because we had a lot of stuff and didn't want to pile it up on top of each other. All in all it worked out really well for us. The one issue that we did have was that we drove 2145 kilometers from Canada and after we unloaded our trailer we then had to drive the trailer to the middle of downtown Dallas in rush hour traffic to drop it off at a rather unusual location which was very inconvenient considering we thought we would just unload at Plano and drop it off at Plano once we were done with it. At the end of the day it all worked out. Thanks.

There's a complete failure in communication. Please refer to all the emails we sent a general management.

From not being able to get in to the staff placing a lock on my door because i had the incorrect lock but they lost the key to remove their own lock. I rented a truck and a dolly from them but they did not have any dollys and it was a lengthy process in trying to get a refund for the dolly i paid for but they did not have.

Ms. Rita did a great job but I can't understand how they could rent a truck in such ill repair.

When I came to empty my unit around 11am there no electricity and the power would not be on until 5pm. There was no notification of this outage . This force me to empty my unit in a dark environment with no ac. I will mention my unit was on the second floor. I could not use the carts. I had to carry the boxes myself. I s add m 70 years old. If you think I had any thoughts that was good service think again.
