Terrible customer service. Never a grounds person at the storage facility. Homeless and drug use a big issue.

The thing I noticed was the garbage cans were always full and garbage spilled all over the ground. Not the first thing you want to see before entering. I guess that's why they have rat traps.

Not happy at all! Couldn't use my storage cause the lock was on door and there was no key. Couldn't return truck I rented it was still loaded which complicated the rest of night, & work the next day.

The garage entrance looks like homeless people live there. I was never told i did not have 24 access yet that is how it’s advertised. Not easy to get ahold of human beings. Notenoughspacefullopinon.

I was supposed to get 30 days of free storage, but I had to pay for the following month. Otherwise I wasn't going to be able to store my stuff. So I guess free means 80 extra dollars with uHaul.

I was told the storage was to stay open until 10pm but doors were locked at 7pm. I believe you need to have some understandable policy to your paying tenants.

Our area was hit with extremely difficult weather and these folks were very understanding and I was well taken care of. The only problem with the location is customer parking. There is none.

Benjamin was very short with me. The storage area had a group of people were loitering inside. Renters had stuff stolen with no reply from the GM. I would not recommend this location.

12+ units burglarized 9/18-11/18, including mine. I was not notified. Employees/GM are uncaring, rude, & incompetent. Facility is not secure. Transients stay in units, prowl facility @ night. Terrible

The staff I encountered at the actual storage facility were friendly and helpful. The staff at the UHaul office were not. They need to work on their customer service skills.

Need better communication for those who rent online. Had no idea that there are two separate security boxes one to open the door to the facility and a second to disable the alarm for the unit.

Your call center people need to have more training as to what tell people when they have questions about uhaul storage , instead of sending folks on a wild goose chase and wasting my time.

Staff misrepresented the terms of our contact. When we pointed that out to them & they realized they couldn't do what they promised, they blamed us and charged many late fees. Situation was escalated.

I moved out a week after moving in to the North Parkland location, did so after hours, but notified by phone and email several times (I want to say8 or 9 time) & still got billed & charged a late fee.
