The truck, specifically allotted for one-way trips, did NOT have cruise control. I would expect that to come standard on any truck not reserved for "in-town" use.Caleb A.

Received a truck with air bag warning light on. That sounded like like passinger door and cab we're gonna fall off. Plus there were a few different noises that came from turning and moving that made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like I was givin the biggest pos on the lot. There could've been one or two more people working the counter. It was Friday afternoon so there was quite a few people there and only two people working to take care of the counter and get the equipment for customers and also the ones returning equipment. Terrible time checking in and out online and the place was so dark that we and another customer couldn't find the drop box to put the keys in upon returning the truck so at the request of the after hours people, we locked them in the truck after a 30 minute holdKen B.

The employee that helped us was fantastic. Things that could be better: our truck was given to us on Empty which was inconvenient. The tow dolly was missing safety chains, had ratchet straps that were beginning to fray/had some cuts, and had a tire that we had to put in air in twice.STEPHEN B.
Never got the furniture dolly that I had reserved with the truck App messed up would not let me take a picture of mileage on drop off... and I should get a refund for the extra gas I put in half a tank of gas in the truck....over the 1/4 that your company added.KATHLEEN B.

Employees attached car to tow dolly incorrectly. One wheel strap was completely off after driving only 5 miles. The strap for the other wheel was threaded incorrectly. Both employees were helpful and friendly; seems like the result of poor training.Steven P.

I will say the Lindsey st location is awful. Offered no help and made for a bad experience that I never have with uhaul. I was lied to and put on the back burner. However the traffic controllers one in Lewisville and Christie Brackin in Oklahoma were quick, efficient and kind in helping. 10/10 for the traffic controllers. -10/10 for the actual store.TYLER M.
This experience was terrible. The staff was unprofessional and acted like they were just hanging out, instead of working. They pulled up the truck and hit a trailer. I asked about it and they said "it's tougher than you think". When I went in to ask about the less than 1/2 gas tank, they said "read you contract". And finally, they forgot to load up the dolly and the truck was filthy, with a vape pen in the cabin.CHRISTOPHER S.

I have used this location twice now, since August, and find the staff friendly and accommodating. I expressed a concern over the fact that the low tire pressure light was on. Sorry...I don't remember names, but the GM got right on it and asked his AM to assist me. All tires were checked, and I was assured the vehicle was safe to drive. NOTE: however, I did find it somewhat stressful making a long drive with that light on. I would recommend offering the customer another vehicle, just for peace of mind (I suppose I could have made that request, too). The AM was also kind enough to adjust the side mirrors for me.MELYNDA M.

I was having a lot of trouble with the mobile check in. I think you need to let people know they will need to have verification calls so that they can have people ready and lined up so the process can be quicker. Also, after having so many issues, I was led to believe by the employees at the location that I was ready to go. They handed me the keys and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, it wasn't three hours later I was getting a call wondering if I still needed my rental. Apparently nobody put me under contract. LOTS of miscommunication.Connor A.

At first uhaul sent me to a location that wasn't open.. then when I went to return it it couldn't find that I had a rental out forcing me to leave the truck there and take the fee because it wouldn't find my reservationderek M.
Stop allowing people to smoke in your rental vehicles. The pickup reeked of cigarette smoke, very offensive! There was trash in the bed of the pickup, it was not very clean.LINDA A.

Engine light was on when I picked it up. Your mechanic did a diagnostic and said no big deal and reset the light. It came back on for the trip, I monitored the gauges and continued, but it was annoying. Passenger side mirror was lose. I had to tape it in place, maddening.CHAD S.

The trailer I used swayed violently at 55MPH. There was no jack attached to the tongue, I returned the trailer after hours and pulled muscles in my back when I lifted it off the hitch of my truck. I suggest this trailer be pulled from service.GARY B.

They lied to me and overcharged me and did not give my money back. I left with the Van, a young employee called and asked me to look for his cellphone left in the Van. I was already behind but he begged me to bring his cellphone if I found it and said he would pay me to bring it back. I found the cell, drove back over there to return to him, he did not pay me anything, but said I would get a 10% discount on my bill when I returned van. I returned van and did not get the 10% compensation and was overcharged $50SHEILA C.
Check all the latches on the trailer doors. BEFORE it gets hooked up and gets sent out hooked to the customers vehicle.GEORGE M.
