Staff were friendly, but checkout is excruciatingly slow. I rent a moving truck every month, and UHaul is, hands down, the slowest checkout of them all. Even with the app, it is painfully slow. Sooooooo slow. Did I mention how ridiculously slow your checkout process is?charles D.

Absolute worst customer service at a new location. The girl with the purple hair and the rest of the male and female team that worked between 12:45p and 1:30p 5.9.22. Lazy service. Unprofessional demeanor when instructing guest on steps returning vehicle. Will never use this location again. For this to be new they are making the uhaul brand look bad. It was great except I was supposed to get some helpers to come and help and they never showed up. Made it more difficult to move . Had to get help elsewhere. Even tho I paid for the service , they never showed nor did they answer my messenges or call or even gave me a call back ever real bad service from then . They definitely need more training and proper customer service help. I set my reservation for Thursday and when I realized I couldn't make it I called and reschedule for Friday but the notes were not placed and my reservation was canceled with no email. When I showed up JoJo tried to send me away when there was an extra U-box in the back. They made it seem like it was my error and even called out other employees as fault. When Charles got called over he actually helped me and pulled out another U-box but did make a stink about it in the office. When JoJo then reopened my reservation she didn't do it properly and my items were sent to another store and I had to call and inform them my items were supposed to be shipped. My items were supposed to arrive April 13th but didn't get here till April 22nd. I have called multiple times and been hung up on multiple times to U-haul properly for improper phone handling. U-haul has been great in the past but only for trunks.Sabryna J.

This is a fraudulent uhaul, I ordered a 17-foot car, the clerk told me it was $29.95 per day, but when I went to pick up the 17-foot car the next day, another clerk didn't tell me Under the circumstances, it was secretly changed to $39.95 per day. Truck had a check engine light and ran really bad, we were afraid we would break down. Since we only had a super local ~12 miles total of driving we kept the truck and did our delivery. Upon return they tried to charge us $45 for gas. (again a ~12 mile delivery run.) We showed them the paper marking the gas level when we picked it up and showing that its in the same range as returning. We then had to go inside to talk to the front desk in order to get out of this $45 charge. Again a big hassle, big waste of time, and an unsafe vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place and likely won't use uhaul again.Dewitt H.

My issue was I had a reservation for 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:20pm and did not leave until 5:15pm. The supervisor was handling a call while having to train a new employee, also with other people and calls on hold. I had to be back across town by 5:30pm. This was the only location with the trailer I needed, so that was why I made a reservation at a specific time. I was expecting to be on the road no later than 4:45pm due to having everything filled out online. Process was basically started from the beginning so why fill out everything on line????? Supervisor was very cordial, went as fast as she could and yard person was also great! Process and staffing sucked, period!!Dave B.

If you have a storage unit in the back, they will not open the door to make it easier for you to put your things in or out. They make you have to walk them through that maze. I had movers and I expressed to the manager they would charge me extra for bringing my items so far, they didn't care. I received one free month of storage with my trailer rental. Inetead of giving me the first month free, they charged me for the first month and added a free month. I only needed the storage for a few weeks. I have been trying to get my money back but so far have not been successful. Insatisfecho ya que el servicio del personal fue muy poco eficiente al momento del arribo al no querer mostrar alguna otra unidad argumentando no tener disponibles cuando en el website de u haul presentaba algunas otra, la unidad asignada no contaba ni siquiera con número de identificación de hecho no cuenta hasta hoy. Y por último en el contrato me asignaba un candado el cual al momento de preguntar por el me lo negaron argumentando k no tenían en esa tienda. Que lo tenía que comprar yo.
