Jeremy J.Make sure trailers are turned in clean. No oil, dirt in corners, dusty/dirty floors. I have turned in several trailers as clean or cleaner than when I picked them up, and no one ever looks inside before checking them in.

Not only are they extremely helpful (every one of them), but they are exceptionally kind and always willing to help… even when not asked. Both pickup and dropoff staff outside were very helpful and VERY friendly. - Commendable staff at this location; even as busy as they were, they were a pleasure to work with.
Erik K.Truck ran horrible, I was stressed out the entire time driving, thinking it was going to break down. The check engine light was on the entire time. I didn't get my furniture pads that I needed. They said I couldn't keep it another day we didn't get to us it due to the rain. It was a nightmare.

Features were installed and nothing explained. I am a frequent customer and the staff attitude made me reluctant to continue. The store in Madisonville KY is an example of the proper service.

Thamar D. | First ImpressionsThe remote/mobile check-in is kind of useless if I still have to go in and get keys. And the picture taking and ID process was cumbersome enough that I'd rather just use the traditional method. Keys in the truck with a wifi-connected lockbox would be more effective.

Lance S.Beware- DON'T BOOK if you want a good easy move. After the initial booking everything was down hill from there. We didn't have enough containers. We used the recommended amount for our house size and we even sold several large furniture pieces and we were still short. Getting an additional container was a nightmare. I spent a few hours getting transferred from department to department. Finally one of the departments I had already talked to completed the booking of the additional container. Which we had to go to the location to fill. Contract said from 2-8 we could fill. Well after we got things all loaded into a borrowed truck it was 5. We start heading that direction and for some reason I thought I should call when once we got down the hill we lived on. Glad I did, apparently that location only allows people to load until 5. We had to be out of our house as we closed the next day at 5pm. They suggested we try a different location that's open later. Couldn't get anything. So we had to wait until the next day, which was closing and keep the borrowed truck another day. This made for a very hectic closing day trying to get the last remaining items out of the house. Onto the next problem Our house sold prior to us being able to get in contract on our new house across the country. Once we went under contract I called to update the address and delivery to match with our closing. Guess what, I was told you can't do that until they get to the new location. Apparently you can't update anything in the system while they're in transit. This was a call with several transfers as well. This was about 3 weeks before the wanted delivery date to my new house. When they arrived in the new state I called the next day to update the address and delivery date. I was told she needed to review something and would call me back. This was about 1.5 weeks prior to the wanted delivery date. That call back never happened. So I called again. In this call I was told the extra Ubox was never shipped and the previous agent didn't add my new address into the system, didn't schedule delivery or anything. This new agent claimed to be in the state I moved to, which I found out later was a lie, she was located in the state I moved from. I also found out the boxes were in a city that was about an hour and a half away from my location. The house we bought was in the same city I put on the original rental agreement to ship to. Before delivery could be scheduled the boxes had to be transferred to a location closer to my house before delivery could be scheduled. I had to talk to scheduling for that. Transferred to scheduling who wasn't sure how to get the boxes transferred so I had to call back again. Called back when I was told to, now we're a week out from delivery date, it was scheduling for the wrong location. Transferred to another locations scheduling. There they tell me the delivery would be 3 weeks past what I was asking for, which would cost me an additional months rent for 7 uboxes. Not to mention everyone I talked to up to this point assured me delivery and pick up was possible on the days I was requesting. We finally worked a deal out to have them delivered 5 days after my requested delivery. Mind you this also costs me additional months storage since the delivery was the day I was requesting them to be picked up. This whole process was a nightmare. Each time I called the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. Had to be transferred to multiple departments and talk to multiple people. Every prompt you hear says you can update things online, we'll you can't for uboxes. You can't even update them until they are at their final location and even then you have to talk to multiple people to get it done. The amount of stress this caused in a cross country move was not worth it. We originally went with ubox because we knew we would need storage for a short period while we were between houses, the price was reasonable, and the booking was easy. Those happened to be the only good things about this process. Don't book with them if you don't want a headache.

I walked outside and continued the rental online which allowed my debit card to be used. Communication on this would have been great so that I wouldn't have walked into the location at all.

She had an attitude the entire time, walked off with an attitude and everything, which I feel you shouldn't have that kind of attitude period specially dealing with people who are already going through a overwhelming time of moving and relocating the last thing they need is a bad attitude customer rep. The others however were super nice and helped me out a ton, I believe he was a manager I decided to talk to him about exactly what I needed because the previous rep was soooo rude I no longer wanted to deal with her. And he helped me out and it was super easy and quick.

I had a specific unit which they said I could reserve on the first floor (did this about a week or so ahead of the actual time needed for move-in). When I went to pay for and secure the unit...they had rented it and said they could not actually hold or "reserve" a specific unit location or type requested. In the end I got a good unit, just on the third floor.

The security card I was given did not work, it set off the alarm for the entire building. I sat there for 10 minutes with the building alarm screaming aloud and could not get ahold of anyone to help me. I left with my stuff and never even got to move in.

Very inconvenient if you are carrying heavy items. We had to try to go to the facility during off times so it wasn't as busy. The layout was not planned correctly. The original employee who signed me up made some mistakes. Spelled my name wrong, didn't set up auto draft correctly, and had me down for the wrong storage number. The employees who corrected it were nice and helpful but the initial employee was not a good experience.
