I absolutely love uhaul in morning side there very friendly and went out of there way for me! Also I used many uhaul servo and this one is very clean

I have rented trucks, trailers and bought moving supplies from U-Haul over many years. Pulled a dual axle trailer from Muncie, IN to Anna Maria, CA and back with no problems Have always been very satisfied with the customer service. Nice folks at each location I have worked with.

The milage was totally off and was charged I guess for the last persons rental mileage because it was 10134 out but in contract which I had emailed it said 10060 and when it was returned it was 10194 which I paid for 50 miles and was about 8 miles over but they charged me for 134 miles. This needs fixed!

When I picked the truck up, I did not have a dolly even though the employee at the desk told me oh yeah everything that you'll need will be on the U-Haul so when I came back to return it, I told them hey I did not have a a dolly on my U-Haul truck I got told there was nothing that they could do to refund the purchase

REBECCA GHere is why, they asked us to make sure the gas stayed where it was. No problem! I drove 10 miles maybe 11 total and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. The gas gage never moved,yet I'm charged. For what? I was told to keep it where it was. Not fill it up. Disappointed in this experience. This was not my first time renting a U-Haul, I know the rules. I feel I was charged for no reason.

KENNETH POverall, the experience was good. However, I did not like how things worked out for the charges. When I arranged for the trailer I got it for two days just in case I needed the extra day. The issuing associate said if I needed another day just call and there would be a $20 add to the contract. I am 74, but was able to empty and return to the drop location in less than one day. I asked if I could get the extra day removed from the contract thinking I would save $20 dollars. However, the receiving associate told me They do not give a refund from unused days. The pick-up location associate should have told me this and I would have just taken it for one day and added a day if I needed it. Failure to disclose this may not be illegal but it is certainly not ethical. My hopes are that a list of items to cover when arranging for a rental should be covered by the associate. One other item, I called a local Uhaul dealer and they told me I could rent the trailer for a month which would be less than the total of the daily rate. At the pickup I was told that Uhaul only has monthly rates on specific items and the closed trailer was not one of those.
STEPHEN JI put gas in and filled it up to where it was when I picked it up but them was charged 19 dollars for fuel. Not happy about it.

Edgar aI believe the gentlemen who waited on me was Devin. He went above & beyond in every way. After a solid week of moving, 4 days in extreme 100° heat, I was mentally & physically exhausted, severely stressed, and he did everything he could to accommodate us and make it easier to get to my climate-controlled storage (he gave me the closest unit possible) and he arranged for me to return my truck here instead of a location 40 minutes away. U-Haul is who you want to go with whether moving locally or one-way. Most other companies charge you a $500+ drop fee for not returning your truck or trailer to same location. U-Haul does not. For a 26' truck, 18 moving pads, and an appliance hand truck (dolly), I paid $342.80. I will ALWAYS use U-Haul for all of my DIY moves. Thanks U-Haul and thanks to Devin, Geneva, Shelby, and the others who assisted my family.

Brian PI rented a 9" van. the app showed a price of $644.00. The van I recieved had a slow leak in the tire. The back drivers tire was at 23PSI when I got home the day I picked it up. I re-filled the tire and by the next morning it was down to 34psi. I returned the van and the center did not have any other vans to switch with and no one to fix the tire. The person at the counter gave me a 10' truck in place of the van and told me there would be no additional charges. When I returned the truck - I was charged an additiona $479.00. No one a UHaul could figure out why. I explained that I wasn't paying the additional fee and asked them to have the Manager call me. She never called me but did charge the additional fee to my credit card. I would like to speak to a representative about this.
ORINA AWe had some water damage in one of the units. it looks like an air conditioner vent or piping was dripping water and saturated some of the boxes and became moldy. I let the office know of the issue. The ceiling tiles above the unit had collapsed and come down right above my daughters unit and were yellowed and water stained. Thought you should know. other than this issue all else was fine and the Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We went in at 8am to rent the truck. She was struggling so much I had to come back at 10am They wasn't helpful to work the doors or to explain them. They moved me out before my things was even moved out. So I had to set off the alarm.

The driver seat smelled like a sweaty smelly person just drove it, that I had to smell that odor while driving the truck all the way to Memphis. It would be great if they clean and sanitize the seats especially the driver seat. Other than those they did great.

He said something about a different individual hitting it and that it was out of order and the other garage door wouldn't open for me to be able to get my stuff out easily.
Shirley D | Overall ExperienceWas fine with most of it until there were cockroaches on the carts and a bedframe covered in bed bugs and you guys say it's pest free I really pray I don't get any bugs from your storage I told the staff and they acted like no biggie and let the bedframe and stuff stay covered in bugs it's disgusting and paying that kind of money y'all should be way more clean and make sure your customers don't leave with bugs bc you don't really offer much protection for that it's like false advertising when you say pest free and there are pest I took pictures and everything bc I was so thrown off and grossed out by it

ANDREW W | Overall ExperienceThe facility itself is very nice. Garage pull-in for unloading is awesome. Carta are in good shape and always seem to be available for moving your stuff. The floor plan could be better makes on each aisle, but there are huge maps around to help you figure out where you are going. I would have preferred 24 hour access, but that is an additional fee. When I rented the unit, the young man getting it all set up did not communicate well that they do not have actual 10x20 units. So, I did not ever got the memo that they gave me two units. When I went to clear it all up, my message did not make it to the manager to get handled the first day and the second day that I called the person that answered the phone was rather rude. I have almost always had great interactions with the staff at this facility. However, after yesterday morning, I won't go back.

Short term storage was needed before he could move into his new rental house before school started. We rented a truck as well for moving out of the storage unit and moving into the new house. The staff and facility at your Uhaul Morningside of Muncie, IN are great!! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process easy. Definitely a 5 star, highly recommend. ¡Gracias!
