The associate that checked in the trailer was professional and friendly. She gave clear and concise directions regarding parking the trailer and checking out. It was fast and easy. The storage unit was fine and sufficient for my needs however my issue is with the billing system. Charging a $15 late fee one day after the due date and then a second $15 late fee 12 or 13 days later along with being sent a threatening email that there would be a $50 lien placed on the unit and the items sold to cover cost in my opinion is a bit harsh and for that reason I removed my items and closed out my unit and went to a different facility and will NOT recommend uhaul to anyone evertom m. | Overall Experience

The manager at this location went above and beyond to help us. All the other employees were great as well. The equipment was in clean and in good working order. What can you do to improve for our next customer? Having employees that are as top notch as the people at this location and the next customer is going to be happyLarry R.
The location was changed at the last minute without me being informed, resulting in my being an hour behind from the start. Then UHaul representatives had to reset my order because I was late picking it up. While using the TruckShare 24/7 feature, the website timed out on me and it took representatives 2 hours to realize I hadn't yet picked up my UHaul and to reset the order to give me the keypad access code to retrieve the keys. Then I was charged $8 upon returning the vehicle for extra mileage, when I likely wouldn't have exceeded the mileage limit had I been able to pick up the truck from my preferred location. Additionally, the gas tank gauge indicated I had replaced more gasoline than required but I was still charged extra for mileage- after everything I went through with your company I will not be a returning customer in the future. My partner and I are will be moving to New York City this summer for residency, and we will be using a different company. Worst experience I've had in some time. And there was no way in which UHaul could be held to account. Calls with customer service were dropped, and wait times were excessive. This is the first forum in which I have been able to articulate my frustrations.JESSIE C.
The whole rental process was quick and easy from trailer pick up to drop off. I will note that renting in person was much easier than online...way to many screens offering additional things to add to the rental before you finalize the order.john B.

Very slick. Checkin and checkout was very easy. The charge was reasonable. I build furniture on the side and a cargo van would be easier and better than my pickup in bad weather. The last time I rented from Uhaul was 1997. We will be back.matt W.

Make sure the vehicle has had its maintenance. When I got in my vehicle it's dummy light indicated it needed an oil change. I did tell the crew member when I returned it. Some people might freak out about that.Andrea H.

Units are very clean, passage ways where always clear. They had a service door issue, so the two unloading bays in the back was cut down to one. You're automatic phone answering system just plain stinks. I phoned a few times to your hub which is selected by my internet connection, and each time I received a recording then my waiting time was 1 hour. If you had a computer programmer ("System Analyst") not an IT person designing this for you, you would have many many more customers. Where I work for 42 years, we did everything possible to answer the phones. If you don't answer the phone you're insulting the potential and present customers. The only downside was that I was told there was gas in the vehicle (like there usually is) and it needs to be brought back with the same amount. I have driven uhal several times and know the gas gage tends to be a bit wonky. So I drove about a block and a half and the gas guard was buried on E… so they got it returned with alot more fuel then I left the lot with. We also used the self storage facility.
