On this day I applied a new VISA to my autopay storage account DUE TO A PREVIOUS CARD BEING STOLEN! Mysteriously, I was withdrawn from text alerts about my storage pmt, emails about storage payments, and the ONLY NOTICE I RECEIVED WAS AFTER ONE MONTH & 15 DAYS OUT AFTER A BALLOON PAYMENT WAS DUE (300$ PLUS) THIS IS REDICULOUS WHEN IVE NEVER BEEN LATE!!!!LISA P.
Worst experience ever! I made a reservation to pick up at 10:00am from a location that was 6 miles from my house. I ended up picking up at 1:00pm at a location that was 25 miles from my house because of Uhaul's incompetence and not having any trucks available at the original pick up location. When I did pick up, an overwhelmed Kijuan (the ONLY employee at the Uhaul store) was very rude and showed no concern for my inconvenience. When I returned the truck after explaining that I put enough gas in to cover what was supposed to less than 25 miles round trip, all he said was "If you don't go put more gas in, then the computer is going to charge you $45" I will never use Uhaul againClinton S.
Be upfront on the cost of everything. Hopefully it was a misprintâ€¦.truck turned in 3 hours early checked and by bill went from $137 to $155 for 4 miles over the estimated 100 miles. Then got a call saying I was being charged an extra 1/2 day for being late. They found truck but still really? The lady who took my order was fantastic today was an awful experience. I wouldn't have even given it 2 stars if lady who rented it wasn't so good.JEFFREY M.

Kiwan (I think that was his name) was incredible. I came in the week before and I needed a specific harness for my vehicle that was a direct plug in. Unfortunately, that harness was not in the store but he stopped at absolutely nothing to help me find the harness. He called every single uhaul in the memphis vicinity as well as other parts stores. Unfortunately we were not able to locate the harness locally so I had to order it. The customer service I received was great and he took care of other customers as well while helping me. He is an incredible worker and deserves recognition.CAROLINE K.

The whole Millington TN location staff was awesome ðŸ¤© we had to stay a little longer due to us closing on our house and they helped us all the way and plus some . I got to give a huge shout out to the Manager Mrs.T she is a lifesaver and went beyond to help us from the beginning to the end without her I would of went crazy doing this ! Everything was great. The location did an excellent job of getting me in and out. The only problem is one of the straps on the trailer needs to be replaced. It was on the car trailer I rented. The driver side strap at the front that goes over the towed vehicle's right front tire. It has a big tear in it.Thomas L.

The unit was tiny and dark. It was weirdly shaped being under the stairs. There were bugs everywhere. It didn't feel cool like other climate control places I have used. I went to Jonesboro office twice and called a number of times trying to just set up an appointment to have a hitch and cargo carrier installed. I never got to speak to the person they said I would need to talk to, while I was in their store; and no one ever answered my calls from home; except a person in Phoenix. She ordered my the hitch and cargo carrier to be installed in Millington TN on Aug25th, because I was fed up with Jonesboro UHAUL. Finally, Millington UHAUL called me and confirmed the hitch and finally come and I could come in for the install of the hitch and cargo carrier; only to find out that the cargo carrier never showed up at Millington and they let me drive 175 mile round trip for the install - even though the cargo carrier was not there. The people at the store were nice and friendly, but I still came home without a cargo carrier being installed. I will never use UHAUL again. Rick HenryRick H.

I called and did extension on my uhaul rental somehow the young man didn't enter it in. They issued a warrant for my arrest repoed the uhaul full of my belongings they drove the truck careless. Alot of my things were broken. I beat the uhaul back to store and I paid well over 1600.00 to be told I could not take the truck to my unit on hwy 70 to unload my belongings. So I had to go to the store everyday until they closed at 7 and I have a ford escape well on the last day I was told I had to have everything off truck by 7 or it would go to dump next day. At 645 the young guy came out with manager on phone telling me that my time was up if I didn't get off her lot she would call the lawSONDRA T.

The staff was super in checking in. Cara went extra mile and printed out directions for me because my phone died. I am new to the area. Only problem was when picking up the truck and car transit. The transit wasn't there. I made my reservation a month ago. I was promised that it would be there. Had to use the car dollies. I was charged for the car transit. Well for starters, if someone gets called into work and misses their drop off time, you should only charge for extra hours not a full day. That is ridiculous and this is my last time ever renting from a uhaul again. The employees were very bland.. No personality, no welcoming vibes. Just get in and get out attitudes.Charles S.

The app was not helpful. The 1800# does not send you to customer service. After 30 minutes of holding for the wrong department I was then transferred to customer service where there was a 50 minute wait. The truck was returned around 6:00 due to the app not being user friendly we finally figured it out at 8:30.CHERYL M.
The man was attaching the car hauler to the truck and didn't secure it properly and it ended up damaging our car. He just handed us some paperwork and basically said it was our problem now. He was very nice and I'm sure it was an accident but it needs to be remediedKATRINA L.

I had paid for 24hour access and I was there about a week maybe and 2 of those nights I was back and forth still bringing things and getting things cause that's why I paid for 24 hour access and they said I was living there when I was not I in fact was staying at the hotel across the street also they said I was tripping the alarm and why when its 24 hour access does the alarm trip and then i explained to the manager she then said ok I understand I said I am very sorry I am a very respectful person I meant no disrespect if I offended someone I just assumed with me paying for 24hour access that meant I had 24 hour access I didnt know there was a time limit then the manager said I'm sorry my employee yelled at you I will handle that and I said do I need to move my stuff she said no everything is fine so then I left and then an employee by the name of Kijaun the same one that sold it to me asked me to meet him up there the manager said for him to come in on his day off and terminate my storage unit so I said well she told me I was fine I did not have to leave so I then got off the phone called her back her name was T and I asked her again do I need to come and clear my storage I need to leave she said no everything is fine I then said well Kijaun called and said you wanted him to terminate my storage she said no your fine she said he probably just wanted to talk to you so I called Kijaun back and said someone is lying and this is very bad business so he showed me the messages it was the manager lying looking me the customer dead in my face and lying and now I have all my stuff just sitting out there like it's a free for all until I can get there to get it it is the Uhaul in Millington Tn I will never send anyone there not even someone I cant stand and I have been trying to get a hold of someone to do something a bout it cause I really want to talk to a lawyer and if my stuff is stolen or messed off in anyway I willShannon M. | Overall Experience

I was quoted a price online and have an email with the price. When I got to the facility to sign the price given me was higher. The entire staff that I interacted with was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I choose an auto trailer for my mid size tractor and it was too wide for my tractors wheel width. The helped me choose an appropriate size trailer with smiles. They made me feel important never an inconvenience. Today it rare to encounter service and staff that have pride and care about their customers. I highly recommend this staff be acknowledged for their work ethic. And highly recommend this Uhaul in Millington to anyone that needs to utilize any of Uhaul's services. I watched them interact with other customers with the same professionalism and service while I was there. Five stars all around! Uhaul corporate you have a gem here in Millington Tn.
