Joseph M.Employee did not seem to care about the latch issue on the back door when I told him that it sticks. I had to use a corw bar to get the door to close. Also, would be nice to get a truck and not have to fill it up as soon as I drive it off the lot. Truck pulled to the right significantly. I have rented a lot of trucks and storage units from UHaul. Will never use UHaul again. WIll pay more for better service and better trucks.

MICHAEL S.The online checkin process is RIDICULOUS. There is no QR to scan at the key lockbox to help with the app access. It was almost 30 minutes from the initial mobile sign in before I finally had keys and was able to access the truck. It is the least favorable part of using U-Haul. At this location, we've had trucks not ready for 24-hour pickup in the past, as well as inflated mileage charges. Unfortunately it has been the only site with the equipment we needed at the time. The Millard Ave location is much better, but we have to remember to really plan ahead to avoid them being sold out.
CHRIS S.This is the best U-Haul around. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. We had our hitch put on here and always rent from this location when we need a rental, which is pretty frequent. Always the same great, consistent service.

Uday K.It went from 19.95 To 60 something dollars. Plus I had to gas it up...... Brand new truck that gets 0 gas mileage. No wonder I don't buy Chevy's anymore. So we're looking at fees of course and taxes and mileage fees and all that crap. Only had the pickup truck for a couple hours and all I did was take it to the hardware store pick something up and bring it back. Won't do that again... I mean hell 20 more dollars and I could have that store deliver my item to my door.

kerri K.I've rented Uhaul trucks for several years now to pick up Girl Scout Cookies at the beginning of cookie season, this is the first year we took advantage of using a storage unit. I want to thank the cleaning lady, all my parents were very surprised on how clean the building was, she does a great job. It was very easy to get into the building for us to load and unload cookies into our unit, we liked having access to the carts and being inside out of the cold weather. After talking to other leaders and parents, we've all agreed to use Uhaul again next year during cookie season. Fingers crossed we can have the same unit. I also want to thank all the employees we encountered, they were all very helpful and always let us know they were locking the sliding door. Thank you for making our experience so easy.

Jim m. | First ImpressionsI thought i had completed my online reservation but when i had called on sunday to find out if theyd stay open til i got there and if she had my reservation (i found out at 435p they close at 5 and I was coming from Benson, my movers were late or we'd have been there by 430), the rep said she didn't have my reservation. She said she could get me the unit I was looking for but it had to be in person. I RUSHED to get there and missed by 2 minutes. When I got a 2nd arrangement for the movers to help on Monday, things settled and I tried again Sun night to reserve a unit online, it fully completed for a 10' by 10'. I got a text giving me 2 unit numbers and an access code. Why couldn't the representative have done it over the phone?? I had to pay movers again to help in the morning, I had to buy a lock for the truck overnight, i had to have my aunt drive back to Omaha again to help me return the truck to Maple st after the movers finished the Monday, and pay for the additional day with the truck. Not fun, but worse when ya have a 4 and 5 yr old with you too. Plus, when I scoped out the unit numbers to see why it gave me two, it was giving me two 5' units which was not what i requested. So when we got there Monday I had to talk to the front desk so he could correct it. The proper unit was available so why did it give me two wrong ones? Even if i had completed the online reservation for Sunday, we would have gotten there and not had the correct size unit , even though the lady working that day said there was one available. So while it's great to be able to do it outside office hours, if you arent given the unit you want when its actually available, its not great. And again, it appears the rep couldve helped me over the phone Sunday and spared a bunch of hassle. Otherwise, the facility is clean and welcoming, plenty of carts and entrypoints.

It is not fair to tell a customer that they will have a 10x15 unit, and then day of it not be available and have to combine other units to get the same square footage. When I reserved it online, I expected it to be available. The attendant was not very empathetic, and blamed corporate that they don't check if it's available. He said it's only square footage they could guarantee, not the exact unit. It felt like this happens frequently. I feel like that is a poor business model, what is reserved should be what is gotten. I was in immediate need of the unit that day as I needed to be out of my house and had all my family lined up to help, so I had no choice but to move forward. If I had more time, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and with low integrity.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service and the personnel was so beyond rude. At one point the worker (Mr. Large and in charge) picked up the phone and pressed 3 buttons and faked that he called a different Uhaul location for us. We ended up not using this location and losing out on our free month of storage and spending $250 on a different storage unit. So disgusted with this place!!!

It was 3 pm, the office door was locked with a sign that said retuning at 9:30. Made several calls, went to voice mail every time. I was making a long distance move, drive most if the night and the very last thing I needed was the other storage company to be a no show during their own business hours. The moving crew showed up at 4 (found via uhaul, btw) and I called Uhaul. Got a live person, made the reservation, and high tailed it over to Uhaul. Got the unit and everything unloaded in less than 2 hours. Bonus points, was also able to change the drop off location of the truck at no additional charge. On move-in and drop off, great service all round!
