I gave it low rating because when I rented, I was supposed to be getting the trailer three blocks from my house. They called and changed it to a couple of miles from my house. Then, 20 minutes before I was to pick the trailer up, I was told I have to drive to Midway if I wanted a trailer. This was a two-hour round trip on a Friday evening! The personnel at Midway were friendly, but the trailer had obviously been in an accident, and the mere fact that I had to drive to far may have lost you a customer.Christopher S.

I have been incorrectly charged for my rental. I believe I was charge the insurance fee after denying it? Additionally, When I picked up the rental, I was requested to provide my Drivers License. It wasn't given back to me/ I left it at the location during the duration of my rental. U-Haul has all my info, and nobody called me to let me know they had my drivers license?? Not a very good experience.Austin K.
This place went above and beyond to help me out with renting a trailerâ€¦Stephanie has the best customer service and did everything without any extra questions and Shannon the rep worked her magic and got me in a trailer to move my items to another state and Questin made sure everything was working properly for me to haul it outâ€¦I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move and rent with uhaulNAOMI P.

Small location and very cluttered. Helpful but not great customer service. I called this location to ask for an additional day and was quoted $40. I asked if this was the total due upon return and the woman said yes. I specially asked about insurance and taxes and she said it will be $40 total. But of course they charged me $61 and said they had to add taxes and 1 day insurance. So frustrating. What is happening to good trustworthy knowledgeable customer service????KIMBERLEE H.
Two things. I had to sweep out the back of the truck when I got it. Way more important: I paid for the insurance on the truck so if there was any problems I wouldn't have to pay. So after they accepted the truck and didn't mention the scratch, I thought it was ok. Next day I get a call informing me I was going to be charged for the scratch/damage, AFTER they had checked it out to someone else. Worse, the insurance I paid 50$ for from only covers 20%!!! I got hit w a 600$ bill. I will never use uhaul ever again.ANDREW B.

This was my original drop off in reservation. When I arrived I was told I couldn't drop my truck here. Then told it would be my responsibility to add more fuel to drive back to another location after the young lady spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone unwilling to allow my drop.MATTHEW G.

The system was down at our scheduled time and we were unable to pay. We left and we're called AN HOUR AND A HALF later when it had rebooted only enough to use cash payments. Before returning I checked with the staff that they were still cash only before going to the atm. I retrieved the cost she tried to run for me 5+ times on different mediums in the morning and she THEN informed me she needed double because cash required a deposit. There is absolutely no reason I should have to go out of my way and pay more when your system is the problem. I noticed that the systems were down at multiple locations and she mentioned that this happens regularly. If your system needs a reboot there is no reason it should happen during active moving business hours when there's a whole night schedule when few/if any would be moving. The staff handled the situation the best that she could apart from forgetting to mention the increase in deposit cost for cash over the phone. The equipment was perfectly functional and return went smoothly. But come on. Updating the system at 10 am on a Friday? That's ridiculous.JOSE O.

What can you do? Being honest with the customer money, you guys are slick! You expect to receive the truck with a complete full tank when you barely leave the gauge touching the top line, right after the first 30 miles you already used 1 quart of the tank, also service your trucks can't give to your clients a truck with a faulty transmission! for reference I will advise friends and family members not to use this location.DANIEL G.

Upon arrival to the location the app wasn't working. It was near closing time and the girls had an attitude an indicated that they were closed and to call the 800 number and refused to help. I spent 30 minutes on hold before being connected to an agent. The agent was extremely helpful. I'm still waiting on a follow up from U-haul as I was charged for over 40 extra miles.Jennifer T.

MANAGING operator that holds title of owner was terribly rude to me waited for 10 min for him to come inside to wait on me (camera Verifiable) then when I signed he asked me to please give him an actual signature, who is he to judge my signature also when was the last time the actual owners did a walk through of the storage space area carts have not been washed in months but his black personal vehicle gets bubbled every time im there!!!JUANITA A.

Make sure the vehicles are maintained. The steering/alignment was a nightmare! Not to mention you need to bleed the brakes on the truck I used. For the rates you charge and your expectations on how the vehicles should be returned, you should in turn do for your customers! We need a safe vehicle, and that truck was NOT!!MARISOL C.
The staff was very professional and they helped me while I picked up the trailor and also when I returned the trailor. What confused me is the sign on the door requiring masks due to COVID . In the morning only one out of the three employees I saw were wearing masks. If that's fine please take the signs off the door.JUAN C.

Train your employees to follow protocols. The employee never came out to the parking lot to inspect the vehicle before I left the premises. I had to walk back in to notify them that the front fender was damaged. The employee told me we put stickers on the damage but they don't have any more stickers. I said why isn't that documented in the contract? Then when I returned another employee implied that I didn't return the dolly mounted in the truck. The truck was never supplied with a dolly and no employee checked it before I left. I tried the online registry which was a terrible experience. I preregistered on Wednesday for a Friday pick up which your employee failed to tell me they need to contact two friends and an employer which should have been done Wednesday. This was absurd that all this had to be verified when my expectation was it just a quick pick up. I wouldn't recommend U-HaulMICHAEL B.
