What if I didnt have a cell phone? you just assume everyone does and also knows how to work it. Other than that , the trailers are very affordable for local use. I am upset with uhaul not the location. My pick up location was changed numerous times and on short notice and I was supposed to get a $50.00 discount and every time I asked about the discount no one could tell me anything and they could not see it the system. This is very unprofessional and I want the my $50.00 discount credited back to my card. This was a huge inconvenience and cost me additional money because I was having to be dropped off by uber. The person who checked me in was a bit rude to me, I've rented from your location many times but never encountered with this person til this last time I rented a U-Haul , I think he was the supervisor, David Wilson (?) When I returned the vehicle it was by another person. And he was nice ! It's why I come to your location..! The guys are all nice !! I used the van for a short trip, it should be under 15 miles. The gas meter was right at the Full level mark (not all the way above compared to other cars). I agreed and marked at F on the chart before leaving. After driving, I pumped the gas for 2 gallons which should covered that 15-mile trip. But today, the receipt showed I returned the van with the mark lower than Full level. This is absurd. I received at F and I filled up at F. The office filled up additional over the F mark and charged me the difference?TRAM L.

Costco didn't have delivery service so I needed a truck for my Cal King Mattress so I went to U-Haul. It was such an easy and pleasant experience as if I went to my neighbor and borrowed his truck. Do your job I rented a trailer for one day brought it back early and they want to charge me for extra days? I have spent several hours one the phone I finally went down there and they still haven't fixed it. It's horribly sad how unorganized they are.david M.

The trailer tires were 25 and 15PSI under inflated . I wouldn't have known had I not checked them with my gauge once it was hitched to my tow vehicle . Under inflated trailer tires can cause a big problem especially at highway speeds . You should have a maintenance reminder to check tire inflation every so many rentals as well as the proper operation of the turn signals and brake lights prior to customer departure .Gregory W.

However when your attendant went to get a wrench for me to change mine out , she was told by manager it was not allowed. I would recommend it because its the only place to go. Everything was great and Tom was really helpful in helping me switch to a bigger unit. The only thing I was displeased about was the information regarding Storage Access hours. On the email, storage access hours says it's from 5am-10pm; however, I came to the unit on Saturday around 9pm, and there was no access into the building (the garage was closed). The next day, I got to the unit and saw a sign near the elevator with storage access hours closing at 7pm, instead of 10pm like the email said. Tom explained that access into the building closes at 7pm, but you have until 10pm to leave the building. However, that wouldn't make sense for the 5am opening time for access hours? If the building doesn't open until 7am, how is someone supposed to have access at 5am? The information in the email is very misleading. Please correct the information in the email. Thanks for being there for our important storage needs at this facility over all these many years. We depend on this facility for secure, & clean storage, we now have 3. We really appreciate your communication regarding any situation, like when we failed to throw the latch over far enough on one of our units. We even placed the lock on it and didn't realize it wasn't over completely. Store manager Aaron alerted us with a phone call within 24 hours. The cleanliness of the facility, the amenity of the elevator and carts, the security features, and most importantly the staff made this the best uhaul experience we have even had. Most times that we interact with the uhaul brand the staff is disinterested and a bit short with clients, but this was not the case here. Bravo to the team at this location. The one comment for improvement would be the layout of the yard for getting into the storage until loading zone. If the tow trailers could be moved elsewhere that would make the logistics of coming in and out much easier.
