This was my first time using a storage facility and a U-Haul truck and it was a very pleasant experience! It was great being able to get everything done all at one place. Thanks for all of your help!

I appreciate the staff at this location. During these times with unforeseen circumstances they were very helpful while my belongings were in there facility.

Very helpful customer service; navigated many options and Hannah helped me select the best option that works for me. Pick up and drop off was very efficient and swift. Truck was clean, ran great, and everything was in great working condition. No improvements needed but website to book reservation was a little tricky to understand rates and mileage use with regard to cost/charges for rental.

Great service, very convenient and way cheaper than their competitors. 3 years flew by, thanks Uhaul.

The process was so smooth and stress free, it made moving day so much easier. Thank you! The girl at the front (I forgot her name!) was a friendly face and explained things quickly and well!

The online process was easy The in store personal experience was Amazing Mr Artie was so helpful, and even when I picked the wrong size unit, he made the process to get a bigger unit very simple. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the units and knew exactly where to place me so I could have quick access to get in and out. I particularly like to comment one youngish lady ( I am sorry I don't remember her name - she was relatively new ) who always, always, always had the most personable way of engaging me and other customers who were there during the times I paid my rent. She deserves special recognition for her dedication to her job. She was on staff when I checked out around 1:00pm on Wednesday the 23rd if that helps. Thanks again for being there over these years....

Amanda was awesome. My pick up was quick and easy, and my drop off was the exact same. I don't have a single critique. I will exclusively use this location from now on.

The check out process was confusing and staff was a bit rude and seemed annoyed at my questions. Also, my unit wasn’t lit at all, and the hallway lighting did not work either so moving in/out was a bit tricky.

I ordered a furniture dolly but it was not in the truck so I never got it. Also, when requiring customers to check in make sure the vehicle they are using us available to actually inspect. I had to fill out a questionnaire about the condition of the vehicle before I was granted access to see it. There is no way for me to know if there are any prior damages to report if I haven't seen the truck first.

The staff with whom I have dealt have been courteous and helpful.

I left my wallet in the front cup holder and I took a picture for proof, next business day I went to pick it up and they told me they did not find anything and assumed a homeless person took it. Do not trust any employee there and overall worse experience and customer service I have ever had with U-Haul. Will not be renting from this place or any U-Haul location.

Try to record the fuel level correctly and try to charge your clients the right amount... I overpaid $10 just to comply with incorrectly recorded initial state of the fuel in the company's database

I had a very good experience with the truck and the storage room. This is a professionally run location. Everything works. Everything is ready. Staff is polite and efficient. This is a very well-run place.

You let someone rent something under my name. Not my card but all my information was given n when I called I got no explanation!!! Wtf

We will never go back to this Uhaul location, or at all. We had reserved a dolly with a moving truck 1 week prior on the app. When we arrived to pickup our vehicle, we had trouble finding the keys to our vehicle, and when we went inside, the employee told us we can do everything ourselves outside by ourselves using the app, implying that we didn't need to be bothering him. When we told him we couldn't find the keys, then he realized he didn't even know where the keys were, and it took him a good while to find the keys. When we asked him about the dolly, he blatantly said, "we don't have dollys" and stared at us without any apology. Be warned that if you rent from this location, you may be going into a move without a dolly, and you will get subpar customer service at best. And on top of that, the vehicle we rented had trash all around the passenger seat, so you can bet they aren't staying on top of making sure vehicles are sanitized between uses. There also is no ramp in the moving trucks, and that will make it that much harder for loading/unloading. And one more thing, we used the app to save time and to avoid personal interaction in light of covid, but we ended up having to utilize the staff and go in for help because they didn't have their sh*t together, so it's just a waste of time to use the app. Good luck if you decide to go with Uhaul.

I wish I could recall the name of the gentleman who helped us. According to the receipt I believe it might have been Arthur. He is the reason for my 5 star review. He was EXCELLENT. He patiently explained everything and answered my questions. He re-emphasized exactly what steps we needed to take if we wanted to make sure additional fees wouldn't be added. I really appreciated the time he took to genuinely make sure we understood the form whereas other rental locations just say “read and sign here.” He was so kind and professional. The owner of the business should know that he's reason I will be returning, as well as recommending this location to friends and clients.

Nothing; the manger and staff were friendly and helpful; the equipment was in good condition; all needed supplies available; the check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth.

I experienced some difficulty with an after-hours return of my vehicle, but Amanda (who I believe is the manager of this location) called me promptly the next morning and worked with me to find a resolution so that I did not incur significant additional fees. Her polite demeanor and willingness to assist when she was not obligated to were very much appreciated.

I had shown up just after closing and was having difficulty with the mobile check-in finding my location. The employees present, despite being past closing hours, still offered to help and manually checked me in to help expedite the process which was both very kind and very helpful.

Returning the truck was a very confusing process, had nowhere to park the truck and little to no instruction on where to leave it. Returning the keys was also confusing and hard to find. Spent 10-15 minutes trying to figure out how to return the truck.

The manager that lives on site really need to take a class in customer service. Very rude attitude.

AMANDA =AMAZING!!! Even with a mask on you can feel her smile when you walk in the store. Her personality deserves her own spider like Charlottes web, so people can see how great she is. She made the whole process so easy. She is efficient and friendly.

5 STAR SERVICE!! I was having a difficult move with my apartment and Miss Amanda was a great help! On move in day there were still people living in the unit so I needed somewhere to put my belongings. Miss Amanda helped me with a temporary storage unit and late night drop off. All effortless and made my move easier ! Def referring this specific location move

First, when we were moving in the maintenance guy broke the sliding door (yes, he told us it was his fault) . When moving out, we hired movers at $109/hour to move our stuff out of the storage unit. In the middle of the move the maintenance guy tested the fire alarms and took down the elevators. We had movers sitting with no elevator service. The office only shrugged and stated “we’ve called the elevator service”. The movers had to finally use the stairs which was more time consuming. When we finished up and left, the elevator service still had not arrived. The maintenance guy knew we were unloading our unit, why would he proceed to take down the elevators? We ended up paying an additional $164 due to that error! My experience with U Haul has always been excellent until this. Not okay!

I've used Midtown U-Haul and Storage for many years as offsite storage for a wine collection. They facility is clean and well maintained. And the staff is always friendly.

Was able to get my storage unit and lock as well as a pick up truck without a long wait. Access times and room options was explained

A few staff members were not friendly at all, the elevator never worked as it was right across form my unit. I always had to use the stairs or the other elevator.

I had a climate-controlled storage unit there for 13 years. During the summer the building was cool and in the winter it was warm. My belongings are in good condition.

I didn’t have any problems, the staff was extremely helpful and generous. The storage was clean.

Everyone was helpful. Just had a major issue with the people over the phone making the reservations it was a disaster. If I were rating that it would be negative stars. Everything set up was changed.
