The employees are great but the truck had some issues. It made a grinding noise when turning the steering wheel. It felt as though it was going to break off the column. Also when driving the truck was slow shifting gears, even when pushing gass peddle to the floor. I did NOT feel safe at all.

I understand we are all living in a COVID19 situation but the vehicle was very dirty, even the windshield was hard to see out of. I was told the carwash was broken. The night drop has a big sign on it - It's broken. Places should be cleaner now than ever - this location is not.

The employees were helpful. The truck I rented had some major steering issues though. Anytime I went over a pothole or bump in the road, the wheel would jerk pretty hard. When I was driving the truck on the freeway, the steering wheel kept jerking back and forth.

I will be sure to know the exact amount of time needed for the rental. I returned the truck and equipment prior to the end of the rental request, but was not given a discount or refund for the unused rental time.

The rear right ramp metal lacth to close ramp was broken and I wasnt able to lock the ramp correcthly. I informed the employee at return. Its located on the right side of the rear trialer to lock the ramp in...... The employee at time of pick up at 800 am,,, was very proffesional, fast and had a great smile to help....great job

Check engine light on truck was advertised with a ramp and no ramp. Staff was excellent but truck was horrible with light on and wasted full tank on a 40 mile trip. Also truck shaked while driving anything over 40mph

I am a regular customer. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have picked up a truck and it was not cleaned. This particular truck had a very strong odor of filth and cigarettes. I had to wait for the worker to clean it after it was rented. It was still dirty although he attempted to mask the odor with deodorizer. I was almkst ready to go elsewhere due to the Cobid scare. Felt the truck had not been sanitized properly. I did let them.know...but they did not seem to care very much what I thought!

I felt like I was treated as a criminal during the sign in process. I had to provide four (4!) phone numbers. You have my credit card! The next time I want to rent rent a truck I will explore other options first.

The lady who was helping was fantastic. I didn't get her name but she deserves a raise. She was extremely well spoken and knowledgeable about the process and product. She also muscled up the trailer on the hitch and had it rigged up in no time flat. As for the trailer, it tracked well on the road and was perfectly sized for my needs. All the lighting was in good places and i ifelt very comfortable backing it up and towing in heavy traffic. My one suggestion would be to add eyelets to the roof area or one more horizontal wall support up high on the wall for tying off. I watched your video on packing and noticed they used twine to secure the load intermittently while loading. Because the highest support rail was about mid way up the wall it made it hard to get good leverage to secure the upper portion of the load.

Give this location a few more team members. When I arrived there were only three guys working and they were swamped. They were cleaning trucks, checking people in and out. All of the employees were really nice and helpful despite running at full speed. I really like this location.

We reserved our trailer for 11AM the following day on Blackstone/Bullard, when we got there they said they did not have the trailer after all and that we needed to pick up at a different location (Across town-Clovis). So we went to the clovis location where they also did not have it and we were redirected once again. They sent us to the Blackstone/Abby location and still was not available for an hour+ after our reservation time. On top of the running around, we got to our loading destination and opened up the trailer only to realize that it had hay all over the floor and feces smeared all over the walls. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. This trailer was picked up from the Blackstone/Abby location. Would not recommend either location. (Blackstone/Abby, Blackstone/Bullard)

This was the worst experience with u-haul. ever. A trailer was booked weeks in advance to be picked up in San Francisco area and had to pick up in Fresno. This took about 1.5 hours out of my way and cost of gas. The cost of the rental was about twice as high as it should have been.

Reserved trailer 1 week prior at nearby location. Was told to pick up at other location ACROSS town, for $1,000 you'd think they could transfer it. Upon MY inspection found nail sticking out of tire sidewall. also not cleaned. Caused delay in trip. Very apprehensive in driving such a long distance, very poor customer service.

When I got there no one was in the store. Then a guy wearing a uhaul shirt came out of the bathroom and I asked him what I do. He treated me like a child and was very disrespectful. Then when I dropped it off of was after hours. It took me 45 mins to check it in because your website kept giving errors. So I'm in a bad side of town after hours and it made me very uncomfortable to be in and out of the truck over 10 times. I probably will never use uhaul again. Terrible experience.

Double blow out of tires on freeway. The tires were completely bald. The tow truck driver took 90 minutes. He replaced the two tires but didn't want to let me leave as the tires on the right side were completely bald as well with metal sticking out.

The Trailer wasn't cleaned out yet. But I don't think because the employees were negligent. They seemed sort staffed. Which seems to put a lot of pressure on them. My helper was professional and displayed courtesy. But one could tell he was very over worked. I felt bad for him. Maybe Your company should concentrate more on taking care of their employees instead of the almighty dollar

I have always used Uhaul but this time I rented a 10 ft. truck for 2-1/2 hours to donate lumber to a homeless shelter. No one told me there was a $25 fee for cleaning! The truck cost $19.95. I was shocked to find a charge of $25 added to my visa charge. I could have blown out the truck in 30 seconds! There was very little dirt from the lumber. I will be going to budget from now on and will no longer refer my friends. Bad customer treatment for certain!

Unsecured location no gated access and the unit was not cleaned.There was Liquid stains and debris.The good part is they have big locks to the unit that the store would unlock along with that ,the tenant’s can have their lock. Door latches are sturdy and heavy metal that are hard to open.

I was charge a additional $82.00 for not even knowing. They said the truck was dirty with roaches. That was derogatory remark because my house has no roaches plus I they were renting trucks all day. How do I know it's even my truck. This is the worst place ever. I'm looking at a filing a lawsuit it's a pandemic and I can't believe they stole my money!
