I didn't catch his name but the man who helped us get checked out and everything was very polite and knowledgeable. It is nice to deal with friendly associates. Great customer service!

Stuart H.Seems a little asinine that you have to go a specific direction to drop the uhaul back off. The guy who takes the trucks away was standing right there but wouldn't just take the truck where I pulled in. I had to go back out onto the main road and come from the opposite direction and park the truck directly in front of him for him to take it away. Seems like a lazy and weirdly specific process. Just take the truck from the customer where ever they pull in. The process also isn't clear or explained you are just supposed to know that you approach from the other side. User Experience 101 - You're supposed to make the customer process easy for them, not for you.

Mykhaylo H. | Overall ExperienceI pulled into the equipment drop off location and waited in my vehicle for more than 10 minutes, as per the POSTED instructions. When no one came out, I went inside to get assistance. There were two workers talking with one another behind the counter and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they could assist. I had actually put more fuel in the vehicle than was required, but was not compensated for that. This was a very frustrating experience.

Michael G.The service person quickly removed the front wheel straps and safety chains releasing the loaded vehicle from the trailer and extended the ramps. I backed the car off of the trailer. The service person then unhitched the trailer from my tow vehicle and disconnected the lights and safety chains. Great service at this drop-off location!

We'd have to push it up and rush into the elevator quickly to avoid being hit or the gate hitting our items. With other more modern and safer options in the area, I won't be using this facility again. However, the staff was helpful!

You have an excellent service person at this facility. Further, it seems apparent to me that you have repurposed an older, existing facility with modern storage equipment and security features. I am extremely impressed. It seems to me that someone has "re-thought" and somewhat reinvented Uhaul as a modern competitive company, much different from my experiences thirty years ago. Such a pleasure to see where this company has gone, particularly in an Era when "obstacle-tech" has become a prized asset of so many otherwise, product desirable companies.

Steven S. | First ImpressionsLocks were placed on my unit twice and I wasn't notified. First time they didn't have a key and wouldn't cut the lock off!! Took 2 days to get a resolution. Second time they acted like it was no big deal because the circle lock is required and free when you rent the unit. Wasn't given one when I rented and had been there a year. Worst customer service ever!! They also charge a $20 late fee if rent is 1 day late. Will never use them if I need storage in the future.

They made no mention that I would not have access after hours. Next morning. Based on the unit number we assumed the unit was on the 2nd floor. No stairs anywhere...eventually we realized we needed to take the freight elevator just to find the unit. Silly and excessive, stairs would be fast and efficient. The first representative I talked to said there would be a lock in the storage locker. The next day second representative said there would be no lock. So of course I had to pick up a lock. Finding a lot to three trips to different stores. Eventually I found one and of course there was a lock in the locker. Not sure why they were the mixed signals. Two days ago I called about the free first day for college students promotion based on the COVID-19 move out. I was told I would receive a phone call in return. I'm still waiting
