I didn't get guaranteed delivery on 9/26 as you promised even told to wait 15 more days since you don't have trucks to deliver. The staff works better with moving helpers than customers. I paid extra to moving helpers to get job done. But on uhaul side everything is sluggish very poor customer service. Thanks for moving helpersZEKARIAS Z.

We made a reservation 22696342 on last Sunday. However, we received many phone calls asking us pick it up on one day before picking up time. We spent many hours and our efforts to clear everything up. Uhaul employees messed our schedules, canceled our order without telling us up front. When we made 6 calls, we are put on wait for 25-48 minutes each trying. On Sunday, we showed up to pick it up at Mill Station in Sacramento. Our reservation was canceled again. After going home, We spent 1 more hour over the phone asking questions and begging Uhaul Officers. They asked us going back Mill Station. We found out Uhaul did a very bad business. We needed to pay more money to get our deal. Moving out of town is very stressful, Uhaul put a lot of stress on my family.TAM D.

The phone customer service from Uhaul is horrible! After booking my round trip pick up, I was informed the day before that my pick up was unavailable and spent nearly an hour on the phone to find an available location. I was then charged for a one way rental even though nothing was available. On the return, they couldn't input my return location which was on my reservation, so I spent another hour on the phone getting the drop off location corrected. Considering this is a 4 billion dollar company, some investment needs to be made in online capabilities so hours are not spent on hold.Cherie L.

the online pick up process was extremely tedious, got disconnected from customer service twice, they were rude and unhelpful. It is ridiculous that you have to provide 2 personal contacts just to be able to pick up the truck--which was not listed anywhere in the pick up instructions. Truck was parked in the back of the parking lot, completely blocked by other trucks and was not accessible. I will never rent from U-haul again thanks to this horrible experience.Janie H.
The facility had short fences. Broken fences. Not enough cameras. The employees told us they never walk around and check the cars out. They are not liable for anything lost or stolen, or thefts they say. Homeless drug addicts a Hang out where the fence was broken I'm the back by my car. My car was vandalized numerous times. I made the reservation and I failed to show up on time. I was over one hour late, which prompted a call from the rental location, which is understandable. When they called however, they told me I needed to call back within 15 min or loose my reservation. I called immediate but was placed on hold for almost 15 min. If you are going the threaten to cancel the reservation at least give the person enough time to respond. I also called the location manager on Monday to express my displeasure and he never returned my phone call. I will be looking to your competitor for future rentals.DAVID S.

make sure communication across all locations including staff, site supervisor, traffic department and document in system are in place. I was disappointed with all the trouble that I went through with long wait on the phone, agent support was horrible, no record in the system for another agent to look at, rental truck's alignment was way off and tires were wore out...not safe. Your online check in to pick up the truck didn't work right. I ended up having to go inside. I also had to ask for the items I purchased because it was separate from the truck order. When I did the reserve with online check in it said it would all be in the truck for me. Glad I didn't trust that part and asked or I would have been out the items.JODI C.

I have used uhaul for a number of years in different states and this is the first time I've felt the need to write a bad review. My car was damaged on the property due to negligence on uhaul's part. I paid for car storage and after 5 weeks of being away I came back to a big dent in the top of my car. It was obviously from something being dropped on it. Uhaul has been doing work under the awing that my car my under and never made sure the contractors were using protection for people's cars in case something was dropped. They honestly didn't care about the damage and said they weren't responsible for it since they say you rent here at your own risk. They have also had break ins into RVs. I had to wait an hour to get my rental do to the computer system not working . This is unacceptable I was on a tight schedule and this caused issues for me. Lots of break-ins. My trailer was broken into twice in just 10 months. 5 trailers in total broken into the same day my trailer was broken into. Uhaul management did not reach out to me to inform me if the re-occuring break-ins. Never received apology from Uhaul. Had to call the police myself to have them come out to investigate the break-ins. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY TO STORE YOUR RV/TRAILER. Staff were always very polite and friendly. The facility, however, has extremely poor security and is an easy target for break-ins. Our RV trailer was vandalized twice while stored at the facility, as was all the neighboring RV trailers next to us. The last vandalism to the trailers was extreme. When reported, the staff gave us insurance pamphlets and said they were sorry, and said that it's a problem at that facility.
