The Check in staff outside are far the best in the business they went over and beyond to be helpful even with the return line backed up down the street which would be the reason a lot of people would be over the time agreed to return including myself which they nor i should be charged additional because of the huge back up with so many people returning at the same time literally backed up off of the property.

Le faltó luz y mantener el gate cerrado estubo abierto por mucho tiempo, y eso no es seguro, para una dama entrar ahí sin el gate cerrado. , pero no me movie por eso, me mude a Miami Dade 33177 tiene alguno por acá, déjeme saber por favor y tienen que más organizarse mejor cuando hay muchos carros al rededor, aveces se tenía que esperar porque los truck estaban en el, camino del cliente. Me fui como 3 semanas antes que se venciera el próximo mes, les deje saber en la oficina gracias. Los empleados adentro excelentes.

This is the third time I have rented a truck from this location. The online reservation system is user-friendly the staff at the store is always helpful and friendly and returning the equipment in the designated area is quick and easy. Horrible attitude of female employees. Shopping on Victoria Secret website all together. Ignoring patrons looking at them. When male was asked to help he said that was their job. I understand him - if you do their work, who is going to do yours?? APP did not work for me so I ended up returning truck in evening and then coming back in am to return keys and get checked out. PAIN IN THE @$$. I think I'll try Penske or give another company a try.

Our rental was great overall. The only complaint would be the strong cigarette smell in the rental van from previous renters. I hope those customers were caught and charged extra.

Got charged extra for after hours rental. I had to call and tell them that I had returned equipment on time. Even though they provided a full refund on the after hours return. A company with great customer service would provide more for a mistake on their part. Otherwise great service. Gracias

Overall you have done a good service, but the last trailer I rented had no working brakes, no working running lights, and the roof leaked (I believe in several locations; items were wet front to back). I realize you are a busy center, but have ample supply, so I go there. I understand it would be time consuming to test out each item, but for safety reasons, running lights and brakes are necessary. Manager Maranda was quite helpful in remedying my situation. I appreciate her assistance.

As I've been informed, this location has a backlog of trucks to check in. I will now be speaking with CS to get an itemized bill, as the date for my check-in was 3 days past the actual check-in date, and I am not sure if the additional charges are being applied when they shouldn't be? And before I got the bill, I called the location to ask why the truck hasn't been checked in. After a lot of silence and attitude, I get "I'll check it in once I fine the keys, OK?". I tell her ok, say bye, and get replied with "OK" and then hangs up. Attitude much? Outside of that debacle, when I rented the van, the app asked me to update pictures if I don't agree with them. Glad I did! There was damage to both the front and rear bumpers where the pictures did not show this. I was NOT going to pay for damage I did not cause. Finally, I get to my location, the point I needed the van in the first place, open up the back door, and now I see ROACHES in the truck. They went scrambling between the openings in the van walls and under the floor mat. When was the last time this van had it's mat removed and cleaned?! I've dealt with u-haul before in many different states. Usually always a pleasant experience. THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ABSOLUTELY ANYONE.

This It was an old piece of equipment that fit very loosely on my hitch that made it so it was very loud when Towing it from it moving up-and-down back-and-forth on the hitch continuously even though it was as tight as it could be. You need to make the part that goes over the hitch newer this is a very uncomfortable trailer to tow for any distance.

Once AGAIN, the 'check-in' procedure is NOT working. It keeps on asking me to upload photo of trailer. IT will NOT let me complete self check-in. I took over a dozen photos of the trailer and uploaded them, ALL different exposures, etc. It is a WASTE of my time.

On check in, the lady NEVER emailed me my receipt. I had to go back into the office to get the trailer # so I could get my trailer, and she still DID NOT email my receipt. I NEVER got a receipt, after 3 requests. And she would not print one out for me. The staff member inspected the trailer and left visible trash in the trailer, so I had to clean it out. When I brought it back, I dropped it off at location, but was unable to check out. NO ONE TOLD ME I HAD TO INSTALL A SPECIFIC APP in order to check it back in. NO MENTION, NO EMAIL, Lots of other emails, But NOT ONE on how to check it back in. I drove home and had to search online, at 1:00AM!! to figure out how to leave the trailer back, so Uhaul doesn't charge me an ADDITIONAL $20!! What a waste of time!!!. SO I downloaded the app, DROVE BACK TO UHAUL, uploaded photos of the trailer 12 TIMES!!!! and it would not complete the check in, NONE of the 12 attempts.The app SUCKS and the lack of directions SUCKS! Over all, VERY disappointed. Also, The damn chains are WAY TOO LONG. The guy had to twist them all about, just so they won't drag. I couldn't do the same, so they dragged during the trip.

Your staff needs to understand customers are the ones who decide to come. With kind of swevice at counter it was ABSOLUTE annoying as the attitude was with an attitude. I did get helo from a gentleman to load up. Today Emmily was to rescue and check me in other girl was toooooooo busy with smart phone to even raise head. Go gigure.

Provide customer with the correct information. The gave me the wrong info regarding dropping off my truck. Then when I went to drop it off at the first location the girl told me that the lot is full. I cannot drop off my truck at this location so I had to drive half way across town. It took me an additional hour and half to drop off a truck that should only took 15 minutes. Was super piss off. Worst service ever. Truck smell like cigarettes.

It really is free storage for a month when you rent a truck. They even give you more than 1 unit if they do not have a big enough unit to match your truck size rental. I rented a 26 foot truck. Be sure to remind the employee when you pick up your truck though. They don't always remind you

I explained to the young lady that I have one unit there and I wanted another one. She gave me 2028. I didn't realize it was an inside unit, so I went back and asked for another one. This time the one 2471 that I was assigned, had a lock on it. At this time it was 7pm and the agents refused to let me inside. Finally, a representative came to the door to tell me they were closed and I told them that the unit I was assigned, was being occupied. She proceeded to assign me another unit and to tell me about a unit that I am being charged for that I do not own. The representative then assigns me the unit that I already have possession of. I told her over and over that, that unit2453 is already occupied by me. She didn't believe me so she agreed to walk to the unit, once she saw that it did have a lock, on it. She told me to just use the unit next to it , that had a green tag but it was not showing up in her system. So I have to spend today and the Uhaul to try to get all of this mess figured out.

I want to thank Angel the assistant manager & Miranda the manager. For being king, helpful and specially for knowing what they where doing. Because of them I Chose Uhaul. If I would of listen to the customer reps that I spoke to before communicating with Miranda & Angel you would of lost a customer. I'm sorry but your customer service reps need more training.

The customer service at this U-Haul location is always over and above. I feel very welcome, as the manager Maranda, is Always accommodating in every way. Most of the staff is very friendly and I feel very secure and comfortable having a warehouse in this location.
