ERIC A.When I picked up the truck, it had a quarter tank of gasoline in it. I was running late and I had to stop and get gas making me even more late. When I returned the truck, there was some foot prints in it and a little bit of a wetness on the deck and your guy charged me $25 to mop the floor, that was the third rental I had in a month I will never rent from your people again if you don't reverse that charge for mopping

roland C.Truck smelled like smoke but was otherwise exactly as expected. The staff working on January 1. We're very good. Both the young lady in the morning when I picked up the truck and young man in the afternoon when I dropped it off they seemed especially pleasant and helpful. I have rented a U-Haul truck from this location many times over the last 20 years, and I've always been pleased with the results.

Janell S.Attention to detail is needed. I drove 20 minutes home and opened the trailer to discover the appliance hand truck I had rented wasn't there. I had to go back and get it, which was time taken away from packing to move. However the staff is excellent in every other aspect.

Joseph C.We were not happy that when we got there the reservation I had made, from the quote I was given, was not accurate. The deal it was giving me was not applied and was full price. This not only made me late for work, but I had to do the whole thing over again from my phone when it should have been ready to go. The employees were great, but this was unacceptable.
Shannon T.The rep at the desk made me uncomfortable and then when asking questions about the photo policy he took out his cell phone and called someone who identified himself as the store manager. I explained to the store manager I was uncomfortable with this policy and don't remember ever having to do this and would wish to decline since they can't tell me where to get a copy of the policy. The general manager requested that I give them a $50,000 deposit for my rental that I reserved online if I want yo rent it without taking a picture. Overall I still took the rental because I needed it and was in a schedule for the items I needed moved. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know. I felt very uncomfortable. The rep has 3 cellular devices in front of him at desk and asked me to take a selfie for my rental and laughed when I questioned the policy. He had sunglasses on as well. I just don't think I received good customer service from the manager to the rep at the store. I also later was charged an extra $5.00 on my receipt. But I was so uncomfortable by this poor experience I don't even want to dispute it or go back to this location. Very unsatisfied with the service and the request of $50000 deposit.

Charles B.It took 8 hours. I waited the whole 8 hours. The heat shields were removed from my car and I had to ask for them back. They weren't cut like the YouTube videos from u haul instructed. Forgot to give me the the ball, pin, etc. Had to return and request them. It's on tho I guess - hopefully It eventually got installed.

David G.I returned the tow hitch 2 hours after the time due and was charged for a second day. That is not fair as i did not use it for the second day. In addition, when I disputed it on the mobile app, I was told I would get a phone call and that never happened. I am very disappointed.

COMFORT P. | Overall ExperienceCard reader never accepted my card. Made a reservation via phone for storage, and that reservation was never filed. Ended up with a unit only because one was still available. Made another reservation online. Called the day of move-in and was told there was a 7 day grace period to sign in at the office before the reservation expired. Arrived the next morning. A man at the next counter was angry that they didn't have his reservation. The clerk then started my interaction with "don't worry we take reservations seriously. We don't give them to anyone". A minute later I was being told that they had given my reservation away and it was really my fault for not coming the day before, despite the clerk remembering that I'd called and she'd said there was a grace period. Oh, and some moron decided it would be a great idea to install oversized speed bumps across the entrance/exit so every time you move cargo the trailer hitch gets stressed and the cargo gets jostled for absolutely no reason. I've moved to a far more professional facility.

BERNADETTE G. | First ImpressionsI respect the staff but they were incompetent (or badly trained) which led to confusion, frustration, lost time and money for the customer. Slow truck pick up time (uhaul employee talking endlessly with the customer in front of me). This is not a restaurant where you make small talk to get a tip. You're supposed to make the process quick and efficient so the next customer can pick up their truck in a timely fashion especially if you're the only employee there. Poor training. Nobody knows what is going on. They kept asking me who told me about the one free month for storage... At least they honored the free storage month that was promised (after a call to the manager, which wasted more of my time. My movers were waiting for me in the truck and I was paying them $200 per hour) So a 10 minute delay from uhaul employees cost me more than $33. Mala experiencia.

I have an upcoming one way truck reservation and when I booked it it gave one month rental but then customer care told us we could move in today and the website also told when I entered the uhaul reservation number that my first pay will be on September 26. But store manager said I can't avail that offer for upcoming reservation. This is very bad

The wait to get processed is ridiculous, the app is poor, the call for picking up a truck is as bad due to the wait... The people have all been fine, your tools are extremely sub par. It's like you are a startup and haven't figured out how to efficiently deal with rental and storage.

Then I found a complimentary lock in the unit. I asked the office for a refund of the one I purchased. This was denied since I didn't check into the unit with online app. If I knew check in online was an option I would have saved 20 minutes and not been charged for a lock!

When she carried me to the storage there was a padlock provided in the empty unit but unfortunately for me the associate quickly grabbed it. I asked her if that was left for me and he lame excuse was that the previous renters probably left it. Really? An unused and unopened padlock. Lucky for her I was crammed on time and had to move my stuff into the unit and be out of town by the end of the day so I did not have time for the small details. I will be coming back for my refund as I confirmed with another uhaul facility that I should have never been charged. On the bag it says COMPLIMENTARY. It should be mandatory for all stay to know the policy and be able to read their products.
