Customer service could improve greatly. Several customers on the store. ONE rep working. Long wait time. Employee who installed hitches came in the and told the rep he had to order parts. Rep stopped helping customer to help employee. They use there personal phones to take photos of drivers license. When asked they said they can't delete. Security issue. Employees seem to do what they want. Observe customers getting frustrated. One employee working. A couple standing around talking. I actually wonder how this store stays openDAVID W.

The truck was in horrible shape. The check engine and oil life lights were both on. The headlights were so old that the high beams had to remain on to be able to see more than 5 feet, and even those barely worked. My entire drive was at night so it was completely unsafe. Lastly, since for some reason, there is only rentals for 24 hours, I explained to them that I had to drive it to my new duty station and back it's not going to be back on time, and they had told me not to worry, but the next day an extra $300 was added to my bill. Very helpful staff and they sell a ton of moving supplies at prices that are much better than you would find at major big box retailers. Really felt like they were looking out for the customer every step of the way with very efficient prices and great customer service.Rodney F.
The first choice of equipment wasn't available due to being broken/waiting for parts. The staff said it had been down for couple of weeks. This has happened before. Need more open utility trailers at this location, (that are rentable). Very pleasant, hard working staff.FREDERICK W.

The most inefficient rental process that I've ever seen. I made a reservation a week in advance and the reservation was disregarded and the staff tried to change the pricing...WILLIAM D.
Not charge any vehicle recovery fee. Why charge that when the customer is the one bringing the vehicle back to the store? Just seems like another cheeky way to get a few extra dollars out of customers.ZELVAN RENARDO Z.
I was told the truck had a quarter tank of gas, but it only had an eighth. Because I didn't want to be charged extra, I made sure to return it with a quarter tank. No big deal.David M.
Tried to use the online pick up, but after 10 mins of 'waiting for approval' we decided to go inside and do it person. But the staff were nice, efficient and helpful! In no time we had our truck and were on the road, and thanks to them the return was even faster and easier!Jacob W.

My only feedback is that on the last day of the month when everyone is moving, the store should be staffed better. The two women were so busy and it wasn't their fault. They were both very pleasant and took care of my transaction great. However, I had to wait almost half an hour and there were only 3 people ahead of me in line!MICHAEL R.

Told me to leave the keys and I was all set to go. I didn't realize that meant they would lie about my fuel level after returning the truck. I filled it past where it started but they said it was only at 1/8 of a tank and charged me the $30 service fee plus $18 for 4 gallons of gas that I put in right next door before returning the truck.SHAWN M.

The u-haul web site needs to address round trips that go longer than a day. Coupled with this and the fact it's just about impossible to talk with someone on the phone, the experience of attempting to book a rental was really frustrating. I would address that. repeatedly telling a customer over a voice mail in a threatening manner that "I will RUIN a custtomers reservation" is not the verbiage I would use. I have no problem with this location. The girl that helped us was awesome. The truck was in good condition. The problem i have with U-haul is there U-haul Move. I called and set up 2 movers to come and load my truck. They never showed up. So, when I call the representative told me I can get someone there between 5 and 6 pm. So, the whole day basically shot. I asked the representative if there was going to be extra days added. She didn't say a word. She told me that I was getting a discount, but the price was the same. And on top of that. The 2 guys were supposed to be there and pack for 2 hours. They were there for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Because it started raining real bad. Now the whole day was sunny and great for moving, but remember those people didn't show up. And when asked for a discount, NO, there's a minimum of 2 hours.RODNEY S.

Customer service. No one spoke to me and when I asked what I was suppose to do to turn in the uhaul, the man just looked at me and walked away. When he did come back out he just looked at me and told me to start the truck. I waited, standing in the rain, and finally I asked was I good to go and he barely acknowledged me and grunted yeah. I was rather pissed off at that experience. I'm not letting that sway my decision to use uhaul again but I'll never do business with this location again. Rude rude rude... Signage for where to go and what to do is very poor. I waited for 20 minutes with just one person in front of me. I was sold a lock for the storage unit. Then I found a complimentary lock in the unit. I asked the office for a refund of the one I purchased. I rented a storage and the associate was adamant in charging me for the lock. I was confused as to why because I thought it came with it. When she carried me to the storage there was a padlock provided in the empty unit but unfortunately for me the associate quickly grabbed it. I asked her if that was left for me and he lame excuse was that the previous renters probably left it. Really? An unused and unopened padlock. Lucky for her I was crammed on time and had to move my stuff into the unit and be out of town by the end of the day so I did not have time for the small details. I will be coming back for my refund as I confirmed with another uhaul facility that I should have never been charged. On the bag it says COMPLIMENTARY.
