I received an e-mail stating my 4x8 trailer was being converted to a 4x8 cargo van which was fine. I changed the vehicle I was coming in to one without a trailer hitch. When I got there the girl told me I was incorrect and a cargo van is a trailer. I guess she thought I was stupid. My son pointed out that the visual display of available options showed trailers and cargo vans. She then told me that their cargo vans were for local use only. I had to spend an additional $120 for a 10 foot box truck because of the error. I chose not to make a scene but am highly disappointed with the service I received from U-Haul. I also was upset when the facility I chose for drop off on Monday was closed. This is a great scam to try to assess a convenience charge for unattended drop offs.

Have the Internet agent be more specific when asked specific questions about rates. Extremely disappointed in the overall cost when returning the vehicle. Was led to believe rental cost of vehicle would not change only the mileage would be discounted when driven over a certain amount of miles, not miles would go down BUT the daily rental COST WOULD GO UP. I specifically asked about costs and this information was not given. Then was told at return with a snide attitude well the contract says it. Needless to say I will be renting probably from Penske from now on. I can back someone who doesn't hide things or lie. Thank you

The UHaul salesman at the Lubbock store failed to send pictures of damage on the truck I rented. The salesman at the Austin UHaul noted damage yo the truck but not my fault. I worked with a great customer service lady named Vernita and she called and figured out the problem. My money will be refunded.

Checked in online and still had to wait quite awhile to get our truck. This location is always slow and never seems to have enough workers. They have a good selection of vehicles otherwise I’d go elsewhere

Dont require the "check-in or charge" for after hours returns. You have a pull up area that is well marked, well lit and has plenty of cameras.

We moved out in Feb 2018, continued to be billed afterwards. They lost the key to our unit and we had to call corporate to get the facility to help us and tell them to pay a locksmith! Nightmare!

The facility was always clean outside. However, upon moving out we found dead rats and there was rat urine all over a lot of our furniture & feces on the floor. Ruined some of our furniture and rugs.

Our bill date was the 27, we moved out of the storage unit on the 1st before 3 PM. We were told we wouldn't be billed and it would be waived. They lied and charged us 140$ for three days.
