did not like how technology reliant UHAUL is to get anything rented. What happened to just paying $$ and using what you rent.

Had a bad expierence regarding rental blankets. The man checking men in was not polite about the blankets not being folded. No one told me before hand that was a requirement, and honestly do not understand why you would require that. Surely your staff has to inspect them before re-renting them so it seems a cheap way to double your fee.

The young lady that checked me out and a coworker were arguing the whole time I was there. Then a third worker came in and they as well had words. She was asking about how there was no deposit listed so the 100$ was applied toward gas milage. She ask about how many miles would be driven and I replied 100 miles. So the 154.99 that was pd was 19.95 times two days.And 100 applied toward milage useage on truck. I called tonight to decide this problem and the person I spoke to was short and rude. I simply was asking for explaination of charges now on the text message that was sent to my phone today. Yet I was cut short and even more confused after the call.

The manger Chris and his two guys working on Sunday were the worst and most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. I loaded my equipment by myself and had to find the extra stuff I ordered by myself

The transmission does not shift gears and the passenger side seat belt does not pull out so it can not be used. Really needs maintenance.

Took longer than 30 minutes to be waited on. The equipment I rented was not in the lot and took another 30 minutes to get one hooked up. More help at the counter would be an asset. Overall experience was poor

I wasnt able to return the equipment during after hrs through the website...it kept saying tht I had no order even when calling customer service it still said the same thing and no one was able to help me that was frustrating and I wasted over an hr trying to get the issue resolved

The appliance dolly was old and Worn out I had to fix it before I could even use it and the auto transporter was all bent up and it was nasty the only thing that was nice and new was the regular dolly. I asked if I could get something nicer and newer and they said that all of there equipment is old so that’s all they had.

The vehicle was unaccessible when I arrived and they had to find a vehicle that was accessible which took far too long. Then they had to call a bunch of people to verify who I was, even though I had sent in pictures and my license info. If you are going to require all of this information prior to picking up a vehicle it needs to be documented when making the reservation online. I did not have 45 minutes waste at the pickup and you caused me to be late to the job site which almost cost my company the contract.

They didn’t listen to the drop off location I asked for. The girl expected me to know how old the process of renting your equipment worked even though I had not rented anything from you before. I needed to car dollies and she Wrote one up and then had to write a second one up after she charged me for the first one and didn’t tell me that had to be the way it was to be done. Why you could not have put them both on the same bill I do not know and why they had to go to two separate locations to be dropped off which is inconvenient for me was beyond me I did not appreciate it I would not go back there again.

My rent was due on the 13th and I paid it.I moved on the 20th and lost three weeks off money as I was told there would be no refund. We left the space in perfect condition.
