The customer service was horrible and the manager with pink hair was very unprofessional and left me waiting at the counter while she continued to talk to other employees about her wild evening the night before all while using profanity very loud. I will not return to that although that’s the only I ever use when moving so I really hate that. She needs customer service training asap

The lady that helped me was terribly slow. There seemed to be no supervisor around. The guy in the back was nice but didn’t have a clue what he was doing and it took forever to get connected and off. I was onsite for almost 45 mins and I had pre called to reserve the trailer. I will avoid this location if possible in the future.

The 2 girls at the counter were rude. Their customer service was very poor. However the gentleman that helped hitch up the uhaul trailer to our truck was great. He was friendly,caring,and had excellent customer sservice.

Communication could be better among the staff. I received a phone call at 5:45 that I needed to turn the rental truck in. I had turned it in at 3:00. So, for them to call me asking why I haven't turned it in and that I needed to pay for it and would be charged a late fee (in a voice mail). So I called back to tell them I had turned it in hours ago.

Robert Miller at 1200 New Circle rd Lexington KY, is a liar and a thief. The management their are thieves. And Dyamond Clark the GM is running a show of it all. This is my 3rd and last time I will rent from Uhaul. They forged Documents, Documented straight lies, and stole my money. I am still waiting for Dyamnds call to resolve my matter and I'm not holding my breath. I was hung up on and transferred by at least 5 customer service reps who obviously just "love" their rolls in servicing customers. My issue is still not solved. I have a copy of my original contract, and you have Robert and his manager documenting and submitting a lie to their superiors. A healthy review will follow this. Good luck to you Robert and may you find your way in life.

They seemed incredibly busy, but were super calm, thorough, and efficient. I was moving all morning and pretty short on patience, but the people who helped me were friendly and easy to work with. Would absolutely choose this location again.

We were majorly overcharged for mileage. They had the mileage wrong and charged my card $172 when it was only $69 or so rental and all. Instead of canceling the charge and recharging it’s going to take TWO weeks for them to take the charge off of my card. Wasn’t pleased at all considering my husband got the guy to come look and he said he would change it. We also had picture proof.

Train the manager how to respect customers, and not be disrespectful to paying customers, Loquita was rude and not helpful at all, I will not want her to wait on me at all. She needs training on how to treat customers and be more helpful, , than rude. I like renting from that location, but I refuse to rent from her. Everyone else was nice. Thank you for honoring my extension request.

When I arrived to pick up the trailer one of the ladies at the desk was very rude. She kept yelling "hello, hello, hello even after I replied back to her three times. The rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. Hope the one lady was just having a bad day.

I called to push my pick up time back and it wasn't updated correctly in the system so my trailer was rented before I showed up. Luckily we found another one in time, however I dropped it off an hour early and have now received a fee for dropping it off late. I have screen shots from my mobile check into prove "proper drop off" but I called and have been waiting all day to hear back from the manager to dispute this fee. All in all,yes I got my trailer to move but everything was kind of a disaster.

The address is wrong on the Web site and on their invoice. It is listed at 1200 New Circle Road and the address when you call is 1200 E. New Circle Road. The GPS takes you to the location but it takes you around Lexington miles out of the way. The web site is not working I tried to sign in and it would not take my drivers license number and when at the location the young man could not get the system to take my drivers license. The manager had to sign me in.. Not cool.

The particular truck we were given seemed to have some issues the wiper blades were old/dirty and I had to stop and clean them on the trip because it rained the whole time. There was also a dash light on it looked like and air bag warning we tried to call the 1-800-GO-UHAUL line to ask about it but it didn’t work

My truck stalled a lot making it hard for us to get anything done at a reasonable time so it made us late to what we needed to do racking up unnecessary miles. We would’ve just returned the truck if it didn’t take sitting in the uhaul lobby for an hour and a half waiting for help but having all the employees DODGE you and “look busy” right before they clocked out for their ending shift. This uhaul caused me so much money, time, and energy I don’t think I want to ever use uhaul ever again.

When returning vehicle, it would be nice to have a signal nearby to alert staff that you are waiting for checkout. Presently no such arrangement.

The staff at this U-Haul center were quite unhelpful. I was told that I would be assisted in securing the dolly to the U-haul truck, but I had to ask several times for assistance. At one point I was told “this isn’t my job” by a employee named Robert. And when I went to the office again to ask for further assistance the entire team had left the office. I paid $750 to rent this vehicle and dolly and I think I deserved a little more assistance to insure that I was correctly using the equipment. I would not recommend this location to a friend.

When I picked the 6x12 trailer up the woman behind the desk acted like this was the last place she wanted to be. When I went to hook up, her and another woman were driving 2 trucks around in circles and had no clue what they were doing. I finally got hooked up and a turn signal was out on the trailer. They didn’t have a spare bulb, so I took it anyway. Returning the trailer was great. There was a different crew there and they knew how to run that place. Took 5 min to drop it off and leave.

Everything was fine except when we picked the truck up she told me it was between 3/4ths full and full. It actually had a tad under 3/4ths of gas at pick up. I returned it with 3/4 th a tank of gss... a bit over what we started with. They added a $15 and some change charge to my bill. So they overcharged me $15. I will never just take someone's word for it again. The reason I didnt know right away was that my ex husband was the driver not myself.

I will do my best to not use or recommend U-Haul in the future. Your Company sent me 30 miles out of my way to pick up a UHaul that you initially said you would have 3 miles down the road. Then you did not have the dolly that I reserved a week in advance and you told me I would be charged . 49 a mile to go out of my way to get the truck and still charged me .79 a mile. Once back on your lot I had to perform the work of checking in the truck or you would charge me another $20. Very unsatisfied with my UHaul and will be happy to share my experience with others looking for a truck to move in.

Staff was friendly, but the reservation process was a nightmare. We wanted to pickup in our home city/county. I called the night before to make the reservation and was told it would be available and that a representative would call me in the morning to confirm. I never received a call. When I called myself, I was told the reservation was not available and that I would have to pickup in a different city and county. This caused me to be late and pay more mileage. I am pretty upset about this and feel a refund of the extra mileage and gas should be refunded.

Rented a cargo van that was new and well maintained. However, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Suggest you not allow your employees to smoke in a vehicle that is being driven up for a customer to use. Overall it was a very good experience, the stench was the only negative.

Had to wait like 1h 30 min just to be attended by a person and then the system kept freezing going down I made an online reserve and by the time I got there the gave it to somebody else this has been one of the worst experiences so far poor service

The staff was not very friendly. One of the guys said they would have my truck ready in the back. That day is was pouring down rain. When I got back to it the driver door was left wide open so the whole seat was soaked. The door was soaked. No one was back to go over anything. On returning the truck, the sign said to pull around back and to wait that someone would be with me. Waited and waited. Went to walk over to the building and four people where back there. They could see I pulled up! Two of them where cleaning out there car. One guy was throwing these snap firecrackers. Bother oner one was playing on a cart. Far as the truck I was given.. what a piece of junk!! I spent $110 on a truck that is advertised $39. That thing had so much play in the steering wheel that at 55 it walked all over the road. I’m not at all happy and will not be back. I would love to talk to someone that is over this location at a regional level. Sure it won’t happen but one could wish.

Many problems with management and staff regarding storage from 1 way rentals. Never given access card or instruction for storage access. Horrible customer service, staff attitude and constant issues.

My U-Box held from pickup by Moving Help. Low rating due to lack of effort to resolve the issue (a $10 issue). Did not call me and refused to answer their phone (5 calls). Had to drive 30 min to fix.
