I did not care for the check in procedure as they were already closed when we dropped off the truck. Please keep in mind that not everyone has a phone that allows picture taking so a friend had to help me through the process. Next time, I will return the truck before closing to prevent this 45 minute documenting process.Patricia S.
I always use this location because they've never not had the equipment I've rented when I got there. Other places have not had the truck/trailer I've rented when I showed up at the day/time I said I'd pick it up. Usually when that happens they send me here so I just decided to cut out the middle man and exclusively rent from this location and have never had any issues here.DEVIN M.

I was told $ 39.95 and 99 per mile but the guy as so-called assistance manager ripped me for $302.61.I request him to explain why so much for me just for 30 miles. The assistant manager of the store threaten me and said I will call the police or kick you out from the store. am I not allowed to ask why my bill is so high. Nobody from this location called me to provide the pickup information a day before as U-Haul promised. I had to call customer Service and learned this location had my truck. The I called this location, was told everything is ready including my rental pads. Then, the next day when I picked up the truck, the staff members told me no pads available. They did not know which staff member told me pads were ready. I asked why nobody called me about this. They said: we are just a pick up and drop off location, we are not responsible to communicate! WTF?! It was my moving day, I had to have pads. Thank God the U-Haul neighborhood dealership in another location at Canfield had enough pads. So, I would not recommend for this location at all! For any customer in Canfield, go to the neighborhood dealership, do not go through this one! Most horrible experience that I have ever had! U-Haul should terminate contract with this location!Marian T.

Uhaul is supposed to make your moving easier. First thing I have to deal with on the day that I move out of my house is coming to pick up a Uhaul to a place where the customer service was poor and then when she finally acknowledged me and started getting my reservation information, she informs me that they do not have the utility dolly that I reserved with the truck. It was just a very stressful situation and I don't understand what the point of a reservation is for if they don't actually reserve the equipment you ask for. One of the managers named Manuel (I believe is how his name is spelt) was highly unprofessional behaving in an aggressive manner with me and the customers around him. He demanded his co-worker who was helping me to refuse me service over my questioning of why I wasn't able to rent the vehicle I reserved several days prior. Uhaul is a great business that I have chosen to work with for many years but after this poor display of communication and problem solving from this gentleman, I unfortunately will refuse to do any business with this company again. I did not argue with Manuel out of concern for the discomfort of people around me as he complained about his pay but I will also be telling others going forward to rent elsewhere. So that they do not have to be treated so poorly by folks like Manuel. His store is on 1200 E. New Circle Rd in Lexington Kentucky. My last comment to Manuel was that I hoped he would improve himself, with utmost sincerity. There was no need for him to behave so angrily.HARRISON H.

The front desk manager and staff were inept at working your system. It took 45 minutes to work things out even though I had checked in on line. The managing employee was extremely rude. The interior of the truck was dusty,I felt afraid of the air in the truck. It had not been wiped down from previous customer. I will try very hard to never use this Uhaul location again.LOUISE T.

I have to ratings My pick up and my drop off My pick up was friendly, maybe not the ideal uhaul, but I would still go back My drop off in Lexington was the worse, after I stored my load, I drove back toward the office where I saw I guy sitting and I asked do I turn it in here,, now my car was still attached to dolly, and he said drop off is here you have to go all the way around the building to here, so I did, when I got out and he was still sitting down, took him 5 mins to get up and come over to me. He then said are you going to unload your car here, you could have did it there and pointed to where I asked him if this was the drop off, so now I'm getting upset, so I said, I asked you when I was there, we are all standing there, finally I said when are you going to take the car off the dolly or do you want me to move the truck again? He said that isn't my job it your job, no it isn't I didn't put it on I'm not taking it off, that's your job. So now he is loud and I'm loud, the other guy that was there said I'm getting the manager, so she comes and takes the side of her crew and said did you pay to have it taken off. You didn't even asked what happened the the rudeness of you employees. Again I didn't put the car on and I will not take it off! So she said she was calling the cops, ok call them they are going to make you take the car off the dolly, I then called customer service and complain and going to call the other number she gave me and complain to corporate. So while I'm on the cell with customer service they unhook the car half way and tell me to take it off their dolly and leave property. Now my biggest problem is about to happen. I get into the car and try to drive it off and your professional uhaul employees didn't unhook my car and my car was damaged by the dolly being still attached to my car. I will now have to go to a competitor and get a truck and a storage locker, because I do not want any of my money to go to that location or your business in Lexington, Ky.Amy Dawn J. | First Impressions
