The young man that checked the trailer in for me was awesome. He caught me before I went in the store and told me where to go to drop it. Followed me over there and got it done quick. His attitude was the best thing, you can tell he knows what customer service is. Nice guy, great employee.josh H.

I was forced to use this location 35 miles from the one I booked because the "24 hour mobile pickup" changed from mobile to hand pickup. On an order for 7:00am at a place that doesn't open until 9am. They lacked ones of the dollies I needed as well. The facility was nice and clean and the guy at the counter was professional.CHAD S.
Valana was so helpful and excellent to deal with, especially with the extensions we had to make. She also helped with boxes, packing tape, lock, etc. Top notch service.MICHAEL M.

The tow a trailer process is less than ideal. Im not sure how it works normally but this was the worst most trying experience ever. I did drop off after hours and ended up having to dispute extra charges.Maja H.

Rent vehicles with a full tank of fuel and have them returned with a full tank. The half-way thing is too time consuming when you've been driving for hours on end and are exhausted from that and unloading. Other than that, it was an overall pleasant experience.WILLIAM B.

The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. I had to wait a few minutes when I returned the trailer and the employee that handled the return was very nice to me and apologized for the wait time. The van had the yellow low tire warning on. Upon returning the van the people at the location did not walk me through a review of the condition of the van or if it were cleaned. i waited for two people. The just blew me off. They said they would send me a credit card report. i requested that we do this while i was present. I would not hire these people to manage my store. Even the person cleaning the van was a bit special. Just listened to his phone and pointed me to the office. But i guess he is not paid for the higher level duties.DON T.

Upon return of the vehicle, I was charged $15.00 for â€œtires & rimsâ€ when there was no problem with the tires or rims. They were in perfect condition upon return. I was even told by the workers when I returned the vehicle that it was so clean and looked perfect. I was not informed that this charge would be added I just happened to notice it when I returned home and reviewed the bill via email. I was also charged $14.00 for a furniture Dolly and $14.00 for a regular dolly when I did not rent either of them. All I rented was one 17ft truck for 2 days.Marla A.

Provide the folks with a cleaning procedure or car wash voucher to scrub the outside and undercarriage of the trailers. They probably are not allowed to pressure wash the trailers onsite? EPO and city storm drain laws etc.....Trucks are looking nice though. Great job to the folks overall !!!!!!STEVE S.

I initially paid to pickup in Winchester, KY but was called about an hour before and told the trailer was available and that I had to drive 60 miles round trip out of my way to get. Since I prepaid I would think that I should get a discount due to the inconvenience and lost timeâ€¦.Matthew B.

I did not care for the check in procedure as they were already closed when we dropped off the truck. Please keep in mind that not everyone has a phone that allows picture taking so a friend had to help me through the process. Next time, I will return the truck before closing to prevent this 45 minute documenting process.Patricia S.
I always use this location because they've never not had the equipment I've rented when I got there. Other places have not had the truck/trailer I've rented when I showed up at the day/time I said I'd pick it up. Usually when that happens they send me here so I just decided to cut out the middle man and exclusively rent from this location and have never had any issues here.DEVIN M.

I have to ratings My pick up and my drop off My pick up was friendly, maybe not the ideal uhaul, but I would still go back My drop off in Lexington was the worse, after I stored my load, I drove back toward the office where I saw I guy sitting and I asked do I turn it in here,, now my car was still attached to dolly, and he said drop off is here you have to go all the way around the building to here, so I did, when I got out and he was still sitting down, took him 5 mins to get up and come over to me. He then said are you going to unload your car here, you could have did it there and pointed to where I asked him if this was the drop off, so now I'm getting upset, so I said, I asked you when I was there, we are all standing there, finally I said when are you going to take the car off the dolly or do you want me to move the truck again? He said that isn't my job it your job, no it isn't I didn't put it on I'm not taking it off, that's your job. So now he is loud and I'm loud, the other guy that was there said I'm getting the manager, so she comes and takes the side of her crew and said did you pay to have it taken off. You didn't even asked what happened the the rudeness of you employees. Again I didn't put the car on and I will not take it off! So she said she was calling the cops, ok call them they are going to make you take the car off the dolly, I then called customer service and complain and going to call the other number she gave me and complain to corporate. So while I'm on the cell with customer service they unhook the car half way and tell me to take it off their dolly and leave property. Now my biggest problem is about to happen. I get into the car and try to drive it off and your professional uhaul employees didn't unhook my car and my car was damaged by the dolly being still attached to my car. I will now have to go to a competitor and get a truck and a storage locker, because I do not want any of my money to go to that location or your business in Lexington, Ky.Amy Dawn J. | First Impressions
